Abstract

Medical record patient information system is a system that aims to manage the data of patients who register for treatment until the patient is discharged from the hospital or health center in a given period. The information system is important because it is designed to prevent errors in the execution of the procedure of registration and data management so that it can be done as well as possible. This information systems in health clinic is an information system that has patient data, drug data, transaction data and medical records of the patient. As for the performance of the system in patient care in health clinic in generally not optimal because it is still in the processing of patient data and medical records are still using books or manuals. Therefore care patients at health clinic become ineffective and inefficient, because bookkeeping making slow reporting. Patient care information system designed aiming to establish a computerized information system , making it easier for the health clinic process patient data, drugs, transaction and patient medical records to be reported. The expected outcome of this research is to produce medical record patient information system web-based using YII Framework with MVC method at Health Clinic Margasari which can solve problem. Fundamental problem of this research is how to install information system for medical record patient information system at Health Clinic Margasari that make information representation accurately and efficiently. Abstract

The development of information technology has had a significant impact on higher education, with the campus web becoming one of the main means for interaction and access to information. Politeknik Piksi Ganesha as a progressive educational institution has modernized student services and data management and modified the previously existing web through the student information system (SIM-SIS) project. This study aims to analyze the development of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic campus student web with the integration of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program menu in the Student Information System (SIM-SIS) project. In this study, the authors used the waterfall model as a web development model for students of the Piksi Ganesha Polytechnic campus. The result of this study indicate that the integration of the MBKM program menu on SIM-SIM provides a significant increase in the accessibility of information and management of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka program for the students. The implications of this research contribute to the understanding and development of educational information systems in the campus environment, and provide a basis for futher improvement in campus web development

Abstract

PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (Telkom) adalah perusahaan milik negara (BUMN) yang beroperasi di sektor layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) serta jaringan telekomunikasi di Indonesia. Kantor pusat perusahaan ini berada di Bandung, sementara kantor pusat operasionalnya terletak di Jakarta. Pada akhir tahun 2022, Telkom Indonesia memiliki 387 gerai Plasa Telkom di seluruh Indonesia untuk mendukung operasional bisnisnya. Sebagai perusahaan terbuka dengan nama PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, perusahaan memerlukan Sistem Informasi Absensi Berbasis Web untuk memudahkan karyawan dalam mengakses absensi, terutama bagi mereka yang bertugas meliput berita di lapangan. Sistem absensi manual dinilai kurang efisien, boros kertas, tidak ramah lingkungan, dan kurang akurat. Untuk mengatasi hal ini, dikembangkan sistem absensi berbasis QR code yang diakses melalui web guna menggantikan fingerprint. Sistem ini dikembangkan menggunakan metode prototype, yang memungkinkan interaksi antara pengembang dan pengguna selama proses pengembangan sistem melalui pembuatan prototipe. Fitur utama dalam sistem ini meliputi dashboard, data pegawai, posisi, shift, lokasi, pemindaian QR code, dan data kehadiran. Di PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk Bandung, sistem informasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi, menekan biaya operasional, dan mempermudah karyawan dalam melakukan absensi harian serta mengurangi tingkat ketidakhadiran karyawan.

Abstract

PT XYZ is a company engaged in the retail trade of large and small clothing, and it is located in the city of Bandung. As a trading company, PT XYZ needs to utilize information technology in managing warehouse inventory, which is no longer manual management, namely recording in paper media, which will be susceptible to data discrepancies. The web application here is interpreted as an inventory application through a display that includes goods to be stored in the warehouse and product transactions that come in and out. The research method used here is the interview and observation method. Software creation is carried out with a waterfall model consisting of the following stages: system planning analysis, system analysis, design, implementation, and maintenance. In the object of system modeling with visual data flow diagrams and flowcharts. The results of this study produce web-based software using PHP as a programming language with MySQL as a database and visual code for its program editor. Through this system, it is expected to facilitate work and can be used at any time. This inventory application can be a benchmark for managing incoming and outgoing goods. Another benefit is that this web-based application aims to control the stock of goods at any time.

Abstract

Politeknik Piksi Ganesha is an institution of higher learning located in Bandung, Indonesia, specializing in engineering and technological curricula. The research's general objective is to describe the design and implementation of the web-based Student Information Management System (SIMS) to manage student data at Politeknik Piksi Ganesha Bandung. The functional and non-functional specifications are represented using Unified Modeling Language (UML) based on broad data collection through observation, interviews, and a literature review. It also entails black-box testing, which measures the system's performance against set criteria, focusing on the output without the details of its internal workings. The significant findings indicate that SIMS enhances highly administrative processes, accuracy in data, and good communication among stakeholders by applying clear UML diagrams of the system. This successful system development meets the institution's requirements and adds to the bar for other developments within the educational technology sector. The result has also emphasized the need for practical design methodologies and testing frameworks to develop reliable information systems to improve decision-making in academic institutions. The research has contributed significantly to the discipline because it has shown how different technological innovations can alleviate the problems surrounding managing student information at higher education levels.

Abstract

The purpose of the database design for student profiles in Student Iformatio Systems at Polytehcic Piksi Ganesha is to simplify data management ad storage of studet information from the beginning to the end of their study period. To this goal, the collection of software needs is carried out through observations and interviews with relevant parties such as the Academic Division, lecturers, and students. The main achievement of Student Information Systems is to design a database that focuses on student data and profile. Waterfall methods are used in the design of these systems to ensure regularity and to form the foundation for further development that may have higher complexity. The utilities used include Visual Studio Code, XAMPP, and MySQL. The implementation is done using PHP-based web technology and Tailwind as a programming language and interface design. With this information system, it is expected that student data management at Polytechnic Piksi Ganesha will be more efficient and well organized.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilakukan untuk menilai efektivitas Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) yang menggunakan metode Weighted Product (WP) dalam proses penilaian guru berprestasi di SMAN 21 Bandung. Sistem tersebut dirancang sebagai solusi atas proses penilaian manual yang sebelumnya dinilai subjektif, kurang transparan, dan memerlukan banyak waktu. Pendekatan pelaksanaan pengabdian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan data diperoleh melalui wawancara, studi pustaka, serta telaah literatur. Temuan pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa SPK berbasis WP mampu meningkatkan objektivitas, keterbukaan, dan efisiensi dalam proses penilaian, sekaligus mendorong guru untuk meningkatkan kualitas kinerja mereka. Aplikasi web yang dikembangkan juga terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi kelemahan metode manual serta menghasilkan penilaian yang lebih akurat dan dapat dipercaya. Hasil ini menegaskan bahwa pemanfaatan teknologi dalam penilaian guru berprestasi memberikan dampak positif dan berpotensi diterapkan di sekolah lain. Rekomendasi kegiatan pengabdian ini mencakup pengembangan fitur sistem, pelatihan bagi pengguna, serta evaluasi dan pemantauan berkala. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan pengabdian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam peningkatan mutu pendidikan melalui sistem penilaian guru yang lebih baik.
