Abstract

The success of a company in achieving its goals is largely determined by the ability of the company in managing its resources. The study was conducted in Negari Kopi Luwak. The sample in this research is all employees of Negari Kopi Luwak which amount to 47 people. Data were collected by observation, interview and questionnaire distribution. The data analysis technique uses variance based method or SEM base component called partial least square (PLS). The results of research is organizational justice has a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction. Organizational justice has no significant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organization justice has a significant negative effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Job satisfaction has a significant negative effect on turnover intention and organizational citizenship behavior has an insignificant positive effect on turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of prosedural, organizational culture and job satisfaction on OCB in PT. Ciomas Adisatwa is located at JL Raya Kaba Kaba, Dauh Yeh, Kediri, Tabanan. Population in research is all employees of PT. Ciomas Adisatwa. The sample in this research is permanent employee which amount to 34 people.Data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis.The results show that prosedural justice has a positive and significant effect on OCB,organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on OCB and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on OCB.

Abstract

Good performance is needed by every company to achieve the goals that have been set. The study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at LPD Pakraman Pedungan. Research population of all employees of LPD Pakraman Pedungan as many as 32 employees. The technique of collecting research samples is saturated sampling. Data were collected through a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of research organizational commitment (X1), work environment (X2), and compensation (X3) have a positive effect on employee performance LPD Pakraman Pedungan. Hypothesis testing results: H1: organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (significance value 0.013 < 0.05). H2: the work environment positively and significantly affects employee performance (significance value 0.008 < 0.05). H3: compensation positively and significantly affects employee performance (significance value 0.032 < 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture on employee’s performance to work motivation as an intervening variable on PT. Mitra Tri Sakti. The population is all of PT. Mitra Tri Sakti employees. The samples are 50 regular employees. Data analysis technique uses alternative methods of Structural Equation Model Partial Least Square obtained by Smart PLS. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance, and work motivation. Work motivation, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on employee’s performance through work motivation as an intervening.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence and creativity as a relationship that mediates between perceptions of organizational support for the performance of endek weaving craftsmen in Klungkung Regency, Bali Province. The population in this study was 1372 employees, with a sample of 93 respondents. Sampling using accidental sampling technique. The data analysis used in this study is descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) PLS. The results of the study show: 1) perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on competence. 2) perceptions of organizational support have a positive and significant effect on creativity. 3) perception of organizational support has a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of organizational commitment in mediating the influence of workload and organizational culture on turnover intention at CV Surya Buana, Denpasar. The research objects include 41 employees of CV Surya Buana, with the sample selected using a saturated sampling technique. The Partial Least Square (PLS) model was employed for data analysis. The results show that workload has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while organizational culture has a negative and significant effect. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Workload negatively and significantly affects organizational commitment, whereas organizational culture positively and significantly influences organizational commitment. Indirectly, workload increases turnover intention through organizational commitment, while organizational culture reduces turnover intention via organizational commitment. This study highlights the importance of managing workload and strengthening organizational culture to reduce turnover intention by enhancing organizational commitment.

Abstract

Maximizing human resources is the main focus of the company in improving employee performance. The purpose of the study is to determine the effect of reward, Punishment, and organizational culture on employee performance. Population and sample of 89 employees. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple correlation test, coefficient of determination, and T-test. The results obtained reward, Punishment, and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Honda Cokroaminoto Sari Motor Denpasar. The conclusion of the study Adjust R Square of 0.775 means that the independent variables are reward, punishment, and organizational culture of 77.5 percent, and 22.5 percent is explained by other variables outside the model. Suggestions for future research add transformational leadership variables or other variables that can affect employee performance.

Abstract

PT Abdi Jaya Bali adalah perusahaan logistik berbasis teknologi yang berfokus pada pengiriman paket, baik besar maupun kecil, dengan layanan cepat dan andal. Namun, kinerja karyawan di perusahaan ini mengalami penurunan yang disebabkan oleh kurangnya efektivitas komunikasi, lemahnya kepemimpinan, serta menurunnya semangat kerja karyawan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh komunikasi, kepemimpinan dan semangat kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di PT Abdi Jaya Bali. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh atau sensus dengan jumlah 35 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert (1-5) dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Abdi Jaya Bali. Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Abdi Jaya Bali. Semangat kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT Abdi Jaya Bali.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puri Raja Hotel di Kabupaten Badung, dan berfokus pada pengaruh pengembangan karir, keterlibatan kerja, dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini melibatkan populasi dan sampel 47 karyawan Hotel Puri Raja di Kabupaten Badung. Observasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji validitas, reabilitas, asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, korelasi berganda, koefisien determinasi, dan uji t. Semua uji ini dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja berdampak negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan keterlibatan kerja dan pengembangan karir berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Saran yang dapat diberikan peneliti adalah Puri Raja Hotel Kabupaten Badung diharapkan selalu bersikap adil dan transparan dalam memberikan kesempatan bagi karyawan dalam mengembangkan karir, meningkatkan kemampuan karyawan dalam bekerja, agar nantinya karyawan dapat memberikan prestasi kerja yang baik, selalu melakukan pengawasan pada saat karyawan bekerja, agar nantinya karyawan selalu menggunakan waktu kerja dengan baik dan selalu mengembangkan kemampuan karyawan, agar nantinya karyawan mampu mencapai target jumlah pekerjaan yang ditetapkan.

Abstract

Sumber daya manusia merupakan salah satu unsur yang terpenting karena hampir seluruh kegiatan oprasional perusahaan di jalankan oleh manusia. Tanpa peran manusia meskipun berbagai faktor yang dibutuhkan telah tersedia organisasi tidak akan berjalan, karena manusia merupakan penggerak dan penentu jalannya suatu organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh iklim organisasi, motivasi dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan Delcielo Villa Jimbaran dengan total sampel sebanyak 35 orang karyawan. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linear berganda yang diolah menggunakan software SPSS versi 26. Bedasarkan hasil analisis, penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa iklim organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Semakin baik iklim organisasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Semakin meningkat motivasi akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Delcielo Villa Jimbaran. Semakin baik kompetensi yang ada di Delcielo Villa Jimbaran maka semakin baik pula kinerja karyawan.
