Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan di UMKM emping jagung Desa Milangasri Kecamatan Panekan Kabupaten Magetan Jawa Timur. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dengan memberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan pembuatan kemasan produk UMKM yang baik dan menarik (Smart Packaging).Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pelaku UMKM tentang pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen untuk membeli produk serta memberikan pelatihan kepada pelaku UMKM bagaimana membuat kemasan produk yang baik dan menarik. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan selama satu bulan yakni pada Bulan November dimana terdapat empat sesi pertemuan masing-masing sesi dilakukan kegiatan selama 2 hingga 3 jam. Hasil yang diperoleh dari kegiatan ini adalah pelaku UMKM sadar akan pentingnya kemasan dalam menarik minat konsumen. Rekomendasi dari kegiatan ini agar kegiatan sejenis bisa terus dilakukan dengan melibatkan banyak pelaku UMKM serta melibatkan instansi terkait.

Abstract

UMKM Batik Ngangkrik merupakan salah satu produsen batik khas Kabupaten Madiun yang didirikan pada tahun 2013. Pengrajin Batik Ngangkrik memfokuskan pembuatan batiknya pada teknik tulis. Pengrajin Batik Ngangkrik meproduksi berbagai macam motif batik seperti Kenongo, Porang, Serat Jati, dan Gabah Sinawur. Meskipun Batik Ngangkrik ini sudah berdiri enam tahun silam, akan tetapi para pengrajin masih mengabaikan aspek kemasan batik yang menarik. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan para pengrajin batik tentang pentingnya kemasan produk untuk meningkatkan pemasaran produk batiknya. Selain itu juga dilakukan pelatihan bagaimana cara membuat kemasan produk yang menarik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan ini dilakukan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi, diskusi, dan pelatihan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya kesadaran pengrajin batik akan pentingnya kemasan produk serta menambah keahlian pengajin batik dalam membuat kemasan produk guna meningkatkan penjualan produk batik mereka.

Abstract

The Russia - Ukraine war has had an impact on the global economy and Indonesia is no exception. This study aims to determine the effect of exports, imports, crude oil prices and the rupiah exchange rate on economic growth in Indonesia. This study uses quantitative methods and sampling using saturated sampling techniques with secondary data samples from the official website of Statistics Indonesia (https://www.bps.go.id/), Bank Indonesia (https://www.bi.go.id/) and Investing.com (https://id.inveisting.com/) for the quarterly period 2008 - 2022 as many as 60 samples with the help of SPSS software version 29. The results showed that exports had a significant positive effect on economic growth. Imports have a significant positive effect on economic growth. Crude oil prices have a significant negative effect on economic growth. The rupiah exchange rate has a significant positive effect on economic growth. This indicates that when exports, imports, crude oil prices, and exchange rates decrease or increase, it will affect Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Faktor Keuangan dan Non-Keuangan Terhadap Income Smoothing. Serta, untuk mengetahui faktor yang lebih berpengaruh terhadap Income Smoothing. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di BEI dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 6 perusahaan yaitu PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk., PT. Bank Tabungan Negara, Tbk., PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk., PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk., PT. Jasa Marga, Tbk., serta PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. Penelitian dilakukan selama periode 2014-2020. Prosedur riset ini mengenakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel faktor keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Income Smoothing dan variabel non-keuangan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Income Smoothing. Serta juga dapat diketahui bahwa faktor keuangan lebih berpengaruh terhadap Income Smoothing dibandingkan dengan faktor non-keuangan. The purpose of this study is to empirically prove the influence of financial and non-financial factors on income smoothing. And, to find out the factors that have more influence on Income Smoothing. This research was conducted on state-owned companies listed on the Stock Exchange using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 6 companies, namely PT. Aneka Tambang, Tbk., PT. State Savings Bank, Tbk., PT. Garuda Indonesia, Tbk., PT. Bukit Asam, Tbk., PT. Jasa Marga, Tbk., and PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia, Tbk. The research was conducted during the period 2014-2020. This research procedure uses a quantitative approach by utilizing the SmartPLS application. The results of this study are financial factors have a significant positive effect on Income Smoothing and non-financial variables have a significant positive effect on Income Smoothing. And it can also be seen that financial factors have more influence on Income Smoothing compared to non-financial factors.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of Green Financial Performance which is proxied by Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) on Financial Sustainability which is proxied by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Value. which is proxied by Tobin's Q in state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population of this study are state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2022. The sample of this research is 17 companies using purposive sampling technique. The research method used is a quantitative approach using linear regression analysis and using the help of the SPSS version 26 program. The results of this study indicate that NPM, ROA, and ROE have a considerable influence on a company's financial sustainability. While NPM, ROA and ROE partially have a significant effect on firm value. Green financial performance will increase company profits which will affect the increase in company financial sustainabilty and firm value.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product design, price and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for electric bicycle users in Madiun City. The research method used is quantitative research. The research location or data collection was carried out on users of electric bicycle products in Madiun City through online media by distributing questionnaires using google form with a sample of 384 respondents. Data was collected through a questionnaire based on a Likert scale of 1-5. The data was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 27.0 application. The results of this study prove that product design has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions, lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the level of compliance of hotel taxpayers at the Madiun City Regional Revenue Agency. The method in this research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach, which aims to describe tax compliance in depth. The population and sample of this study were 33 hotel taxpayers in Madiun city. Data is collected through 1 interviews, observation and documentation to get an overview of taxpayer compliance. The results show that the level of compliance of hotel taxpayers in Madiun city varies, with some taxpayers showing high compliance, while others still face various obstacles in fulfilling their tax obligations. Factors that influence taxpayer compliance such as understanding of tax regulations, the tax system, and socialization provided by the Madiun City Regional Revenue Agency. Recommendations from this study include increasing socialization and education about the importance of tax compliance. Thus, it is expected to increase the level of tax compliance in hotels in Madiun City.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of green accounting, financial performance, and firm size to determine the sustainability of manufacturing companies by paying attention to and maintaining the environment and public trust. This research uses Environmental, Social, Governance (ESG) as a proxy for green accounting, financial performance which is proxied by Return On Assets (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE), and Net Profit Margin (NPM), and firm size which is proxied by logarithms. from company size to Financial Sustainability which is proxied by the Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) in manufacturing companies listed on IDX. This research uses samples taken using a purposive sampling method and obtained 46 companies as samples and multiple linear regression analysis tools with data processing using SPSS version 20. The results of this research show that ROE has a positive and significant effect on financial sustainability, ESG and ROA have a significant negative effect on financial sustainability. Meanwhile, NPM and firm size have no influence on financial sustainability. Financial resilience is simultaneously influenced by ESG, ROA, ROE, NPM, and firm size when combined together.
