Abstract

This article discusses the existence of disability in shaping the professional attitude of the Qur'anic perspective. By preserving the story of Abdullah bin Ummi Maktum narrated in Surat 'Abasa, the Qur'an does not differentiate between normal people and those with disabilities, and not discriminate against one another. Not only acknowledging the existence of disability, the Qur'anic concept also explains how to behave and associate with them as being responsive and courteous, other dispensations that the Qur'an gives to disability. Although people with disabilities are not physically perfect, they have certain skills and skills that can be sharpened and developed, so that it can give birth to a professional attitude of work that does not see the physical.

Abstract

Indonesia as a developing country has abundant natural resources, one of which is a large area of land. It is said, there is an area of 54 million ha of land in Indonesia that has not been touched (not yet utilized for certain purposes). The inability in terms of finance (capital) and the knowledge they have in the agricultural sector is the reason for this decline. Al-Qur'an has concepts in overcoming poverty through empowering land to become productive areas both in intensification and extensification. Through the method of thematic interpretation with a conceptual analysis approach to the pronunciation of iḥyā in the Qur'an surah An-Nahl verse 65, it intends to revive, fertilize, preserve arid land into productive areas through intensification, extensification by utilizing the latest technology. Strengthening human iḥyā processes can make maximum use of agricultural technology engineering, so as to realize sociological, conservation economics and ecological roles in order to strengthen food security for people's lives.

Abstract

This study discusses the urgency of Islamic Economics's transformation in breaking through the global economy. The research method uses qualitative method and descriptive analysis. The research results indicate that to strengthen Islamic Economics, it must have a strategy that goes beyond the global economy and must be based on sharia principles,  referring to the Qur'an and Hadith. The transformation that can be felt now with the presence of the Islamic Economy is the establishment of Islamic Financial Institutions and Islamic Banking which supports the development of the real sector. Islamic economics builds the integrity of Muslims who run the economic wheel under Islamic teachings by adhering to the privileges of Islamic economics itself, namely by avoiding all forms of activities that contain elements of usury which have an impact on harm to others. The challenge faced by the sharia economy is that people still need clarification in understanding the essential characteristics that underlie the sharia banking operational system, namely the profit-sharing system.
