Abstract

The teacher is one component in the learning process. The teacher has a very important role in determining the quality of learning. Therefore, the teacher must think about and plan for improving the quality of education in every learning activity because the teacher is the key that will determine whether or not educational goals are achieved. For that quality education must be accompanied by qualified teachers so that if we expect quality education, but without improving the quality of teachers it is an illusion. With regard to the context of the above research, the author has conducted research on the pedagogical competence of teachers in fiqh learning in MAN II pamekasan. The research focus was set: (1) What is the teacher's pedagogical competence in understanding educational insights (2) What is the teacher's competence in understanding students (3)What is the pedagogical competence of the teacher in planning fiqh learning (4) What is the pedagogical competence of the teacher in the process of fiqh learning (5) What is the pedagogic competence of the teacher in utilizing fiqh learning technology (6) What is the teacher's pedagogical competence in evaluating results Jurisprudence learning in MAN II Pamekasan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the youth's perception of Majlis Dhikr in minimizing online Game addiction and to know the role of Majlis Dhikr in minimizing Online Games experienced by the youth of Dusun Patemon Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data sources in this study were community leaders and some residents of Patemon hamlet, West Dempo Village. Data collection procedures used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done through continuous observation, peer checking, and triangulation. The results showed that (1) Youth Perceptions of Majliz Zikir in minimizing addiction to online games greatly appreciated and supported these religious activities so that they could reduce online game addiction (2) The activities of Majlis Zikir in minimizing online game addiction were quite influential, due to the activities The youth's playing time online is reduced in addition to providing insight into the negative impact of online gaming.

Abstract

This research aims to understand the role of teacher competency in improving the quality of learning in the subject of Fiqh. This study was conducted at MA Al-Husaini Pegantenan. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with a type of field research. The data collection process was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed qualitatively with the stages of: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation, and (3) conclusion drawing. The results of the research found that teachers of the Fiqh subject have taken the procedural steps and processes that should be in designing Fiqh learning. This can be seen in the findings of documents in the form of prota, promissory notes, syllabus and lesson plans. The learning process is carried out through three stages, namely introduction, core activities and closing. The approach taken is active learning and multimedia-based learning, in teacher learning provides sufficient space for students to develop their creativity. To find out the success of learning the teacher conducts authentic assessments of both cognitive, affective and psychomotor.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to enhance student motivation in social studies learning by using visual media in the third grade at SDN Larangan Badung 1 Palengaan Pamekasan. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. The subjects of this study are the third-grade students of SDN Larangan Badung 1. Each cycle consists of 4 stages: planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. Data collection in this study uses observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively in a descriptive manner. The results of the research in cycle 1 during the first meeting showed an average percentage of student motivation to learn categorized as very low at 37.5%, and in the second meeting, the average percentage of student motivation to learn reached 57.5%. In cycle II, during the first meeting, the average student motivation to learn experienced an increase, although it still did not reach the success indicator of 75%, which falls under the sufficient category. In the second meeting, the average percentage of student motivation to learn increased, reaching 85% in the very good category
