Abstract

The aim of this research is to elucidate the improvement of Early Childhood Education management at Attoriq Pamekasan through the implementation of educational management. The research method employed is qualitative descriptive, using interviews, observation, and documentation as data-gathering techniques. Data processing involves data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings illustrate that Attoriq PAUD School has a planning process involving full participation from the headmaster, teachers, and students to achieve clear goals and address existing problems. The organization is conducted considering management principles such as workforce grouping, authority determination, and time discipline. Each school member has their own responsibilities in line with the school's vision and mission. Implementation of educational activities aims to maintain discipline, adhere to instructions, and prioritize collective interests. The headmaster provides guidance and bonuses as appreciation for hard work and cooperation. Regular supervision is conducted to ensure all activities are in accordance with the plan and to identify and address weaknesses for continuous improvement of education quality.

Abstract

The aim of mentoring scientific articles is to improve the structure and content of articles owned by lecturers or students. The implementation method is face to face for 5 hours using laptop equipment, LCD projector, sound system, materials. Implementation results: the first material regarding the title is written in a maximum of 15 words, the abstract is written briefly and the keywords are written in a maximum of 5 words or phrases. The second material regarding the introduction must explain the specific research objectives and research methods that meet a minimum of 4 qualitative elements and 6 quantitative elements. The third material concerns the results and discussion which must be prepared based on the subject matter and conclusions which must be prepared without repeating the research results. The fourth material is about citations and bibliography which must be prepared by memorizing a form of citation. The overall conclusion was that the implementation of the service was successful and had a positive impact, namely that participants better understood how to write good articles according to national accreditation journal standards.

Abstract

Degradation of ethics and morality during adolescence poses a threat that can hinder or even jeopardize the future of teenagers. This counseling is conducted to provide education and a deep understanding of how teenagers can build strong morals and develop positive adolescent ethics. The counseling uses the PAR approach with the aid of media such as laptops, LCD projectors, and materials as primary tools for conveying information. The results of the counseling show: that the event was conducted very well, with excellent interaction between the presenter and participants. The presenter effectively and smoothly delivered information about ethics and morality, the causes of their decline, and strategies for prevention. Conclusion: The counseling on ethics and morality has a positive psychological impact as participants are able to understand the material well.

Abstract

Community service activities in Waru Barat village have provided benefits to the community, especially in an effort to provide understanding to people who are still not aware of the importence of social values in the society and a clean lifestyle with several activities that have been carried out. Training and counseling with an overall level of achievement has provided additional knowledge to the community in an effort to support an existence that is based on social values. In general, the community service activities went well because the community response was quite good even though at first they were indifferent to the existence of the service participants. The implementation of these service programs is expected to be useful for the community to have a better understanding of the social personality of the community, and to be able to optimize resources to practice and take advantage of existing opportunities as well as possible.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) How pessimistic students are, 2) How is the process of Islamic guidance in dealing with students' pessimism and 3) How is the impact of Islamic guidance on students' pessimism. The type of research used in this research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used are interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study concluded that 1) Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Rampak Sana Laok Waru Pamekasan showed several characteristics of pessimism experienced by students including being unusually loud in front of many people, lack of socializing with other friends and lack of self-confidence possessed by students .2) The process of providing Islamic guidance is carried out in groups and sanctions are held for students who cannot change their pessimistic nature. 3) The process of providing Islamic guidance in the village of Sana Laok can actually change the character of students who initially have a pessimistic nature to become more optimistic and start trying to have high self-confidence.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the youth's perception of Majlis Dhikr in minimizing online Game addiction and to know the role of Majlis Dhikr in minimizing Online Games experienced by the youth of Dusun Patemon Pamekasan. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study. The data sources in this study were community leaders and some residents of Patemon hamlet, West Dempo Village. Data collection procedures used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data is done through continuous observation, peer checking, and triangulation. The results showed that (1) Youth Perceptions of Majliz Zikir in minimizing addiction to online games greatly appreciated and supported these religious activities so that they could reduce online game addiction (2) The activities of Majlis Zikir in minimizing online game addiction were quite influential, due to the activities The youth's playing time online is reduced in addition to providing insight into the negative impact of online gaming.

Abstract

One of the contributing factors to divorce is the lack of mental preparedness in dealing with the complexity of marital issues that were not previously discussed by prospective spouses, coupled with inadequate preparation for marriage. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of premarital counseling and assess the readiness of prospective spouses after participating in such counseling. The research employs a qualitative descriptive method, focusing on text-based data analysis. Conducted at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) in Batumarmar with prospective spouses as subjects, data collection techniques include observation, interviews, and documentation, validated through triangulation. Findings indicate that premarital counseling at KUA Batumarmar is crucial in preparing prospective spouses for marital life. They demonstrate mature mental readiness for marriage, a strong understanding of religious values, mutual support commitment, and social and financial preparedness for a sustainable and happy family life.

Abstract

Character education has become a central concern in contemporary educational discourse due to the increasing complexity of moral, social, and psychological challenges faced by students in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the integration of Islamic values ​​in guidance and counseling services as a strategic approach to strengthening character education in educational institutions. A descriptive qualitative research design was used, involving guidance and counseling teachers, school counselors, and students selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and document analysis, and analyzed using an interactive data analysis model consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the integration of Islamic values ​​in guidance and counseling services is based on a holistic perspective of human development that integrates spiritual, moral, emotional, and psychological dimensions. In practice, Islamic values ​​are embedded in counseling goals, techniques, and counselor roles, so that counseling services can function as an instrument for prevention, development, and transformation of character education. Therefore, this suggests that integrating Islamic values ​​into guidance and counseling services provides a sustainable and effective strategy for strengthening character education in contemporary educational environments.
