Abstract

Employees are the main assets of the company that requires the company to be able to create employee satisfaction so as to increase productivity. One strategy to increase power is through compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation factors and Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of Gojek drivers. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects and Man-six Go-jek drivers in Denpasar. The results showed the application of compensation with a trip and bonus system, a trip system with a 20% discount for companies, bonus points, daily bonuses. With the current compensation system, drivers are satisfied even without a fixed salary. Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of gojek drivers is to innovate to improve the system and management by replacing the old system with a rating system.

Abstract

This study explores the qualitative analysis of the trade and investment potential between Indonesia and Slovakia, two contrasting economies characterized by dynamic differences and untapped economic synergy. Using theories and frameworks from international trade and foreign direct investment, this study aims to give a full picture of the complicated web of economic complementarities, barriers, and policy landscapes that affect the flow of trade and investment between two countries. By conducting a comprehensive examination of existing scholarly works, supplemented by in-depth interviews with experts and focused analysis of specific instances, this study reveals significant areas that are conducive to collaboration as well as the intricate obstacles that hinder commercial transactions. The results underscore the significant impact of legislative frameworks, market entry opportunities, and infrastructure preparedness on the facilitation or impediment of economic participation. Furthermore, the research highlights the necessity of implementing strategic bilateral agreements in order to effectively use the complete range of trade and investment prospects. The conversation expands to include practical consequences for legislators and business professionals, promoting specific measures to reduce obstacles and take advantage of the found economic synergies. This study makes a valuable contribution to the ongoing academic conversation surrounding the improvement of bilateral economic relations by providing a strategic plan for future collaborations between Indonesia and Slovakia.

Abstract

This study focuses on the complex dynamics of foreign direct investment (FDI) in the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and its relationship with Indonesia. Looking back over 30 years reveals the dual role of RCEP member countries as FDI sources and beneficiaries. The study identifies various factors that compel RCEP countries to invest abroad, including profitability institutional and strategic incentives. This study examines Indonesia's attractiveness as a foreign direct investment destination, considering the country's significant needs, natural resources, strategic location, and improved ease of doing business and analyzing the transformative impact of the RCEP agreement's implementation on reducing trade barriers. The study foresees positive trends in FDI dynamics in Indonesia, which it attributes to the continued profitable growth and indigenous integration of RCEP countries. The focus is on the policy framework within the RCEP and the critical role of bilateral agreements, highlighting the importance of structural development in Indonesia. Challenges remain, especially in remote areas, and bureaucracy and policy capacity improvements are needed. This study provides comprehensive insights into the interconnected dynamics of foreign direct investment between RCEP member countries and Indonesia. This highlights the need to improve the investment environment, develop infrastructure and ensure policy coherence for Indonesia to realize its full potential for foreign direct investment under RCEP. These results have important implications for science, policymakers, and international economic actors.

Abstract

Examines the crucial significance of the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP) and trade facilitation measures in improving Indonesia's export performance.This study aims to evaluate the impact of customs efficiency, infrastructure development, and strategic investment on export value in Indonesia from 2002 to 2021. The study utilizes panel regression analysis to examine the degree to which advancements in these areas have facilitated the Indonesia's export sector. Research indicates that augmenting customs efficiency, upgrading infrastructure quality, and boosting investment in trade-related sectors are essential for reducing trade costs and expanding supply chain integration. Indonesia's export competitiveness by diminishing the time and expenses related to overseas trade. The  fundamental importance of Indonesia's involvement in the RCEP, which offers distinctive potential for the nation to enhance its trade facilitation initiatives, invigorate economic growth, and achieve improved integration into regional and global value chains. Being the one of largest free trade agreement globally, enables Indonesia to gain from improved market access, superior trading conditions, and a more advantageous regulatory framework. Comprehensive trade facilitation policies aimed at enhancing customs procedures, infrastructure, and investment in critical industries to promote export development. By focusing on these aspects, Indonesia can improve its trade competitiveness and attain continuous economic growth.

Abstract

This study discusses the notary's responsibility for inheritance certificates regarding legal risks for heirs. Inheritance issues are one of the issues that often cause disputes. Inheritance is closely related to property. Conflicts about inheritance generally revolve around two things: who is the heir and how much each heir's share is. A notary is a public official who is solely authorized to make authentic deeds. One of the deeds made by a notary is an Inheritance Certificate. The objectives of this study are to analyze: 1) The notary's responsibility for the inheritance certificate he/she makes. 2) The legal provisions in making inheritance certificates to avoid legal risks for heirs. This research method is normative juridical research with a statute approach. The type of research is normative. The data sources in this study are secondary data, consisting of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. In this study, data collection was carried out through a literature study and then analyzed using legal prescriptive methods. The results of this study indicate that the notary's responsibility for the deed of inheritance statement he made has a big influence on the heirs, because if the making is not in accordance with the applicable provisions, it will cause disputes. In making a deed of inheritance statement, the notary must be careful in making the deed of inheritance because it can cause undesirable things and legal provisions in making a deed of inheritance statement to avoid legal risks for the heirs. In making a deed of inheritance statement, the community must pay attention to the legal provisions or conditions that must be met, so that the heirs avoid legal risks and the notary avoids legal risks, the notary before making a Certificate of Inheritance, the notary needs to carry out formalities such as viewing and examining documents related to the Inheritance and on the basis of these documents a Deed of Declaration of Heir is made.
