Abstract

Employees are the main assets of the company that requires the company to be able to create employee satisfaction so as to increase productivity. One strategy to increase power is through compensation. The purpose of this study was to determine the compensation factors and Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of Gojek drivers. This type of research uses qualitative research. The data source used is primary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation, research subjects and Man-six Go-jek drivers in Denpasar. The results showed the application of compensation with a trip and bonus system, a trip system with a 20% discount for companies, bonus points, daily bonuses. With the current compensation system, drivers are satisfied even without a fixed salary. Gojek's strategy in increasing job satisfaction of gojek drivers is to innovate to improve the system and management by replacing the old system with a rating system.

Abstract

ABSTRAKKabupaten Badung ialah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Bali sebagaimana telah diatur oleh Undang-Undang Nomor 69 Tahun 1958 tentang Pembentukan Daerah-daerah Tingkat II dalam Wilayah Daerah-daerahTingkat I Bali, Nusa Tenggara Barat dan Nusa Tenggara Timur (Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Tahun 1958 Nomor 122,Tambahan Lembaran Negara Republik Indonesia Nomor 1655); Kabupaten Badung sangat mengandalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerahnya (PAD) dari pajak hotel Hotel, Restoran dan Hiburan yang menjadi  sumber utama dalam pelaksanaan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) setiap Tahunnya. Namun dari tahun ke tahun PAD Kabupaten Badung justru capaiannya semakin menjauh dari target. Pada tahun 2018 APBD Kabupaten Badung mengalami Defisit terbesar yang mencapai angka Rp. 2.355.696.667.570,16. Defisit ini sangat berdampak terhadap Pelaksanaan Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah di Kabupaten Badung. Penyebab defisit tersebut terjadi karena beberapa kemungkinan yakni Target PAD yang terlalu tinggi atau Transaksi Akomodasi Hotel, Restoran dan Hiburan melalui E-Commerce belum terdeteksi pemungutan pajaknya oleh Manajemen Sistem Perpajakan yang ada pada Pemerintah Kabupaten Badung. Maka dari itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui Strategi Pemerintah Daerah Mengoptimalkan Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Badung dari E-commerce. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Triangulasi sumber dilakukan dengan membandingkan hasil wawancara dari sumber internal dengan sumber eksternal. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Pemerintah Daerah diharapkan mampu mengopyimalkan PAD dari E-commerce. Maka dari itu, dibutuhkan startegi  yang  efektif  dalam  pelaksanaannya. Kata kunci : Strategi, Optimal, Pendapatan, E-commerce

Abstract

Social media as a digital marketing channel is currently utilized as a promotional media for business people especially those who choose the millennial generation segment as their main target market. The growth in the number of social media users today is also seen as an opportunity to build brand awareness through social media. This research sets its objective to determine strategies in raising brand awareness with social media marketing on Instagram for the millennial generation. This research focuses on social media marketing that has been applied to the Il's Project brand which is one of the local footwear brands in the city of Denpasar. Using a qualitative approach, with a descriptive analysis of this study collecting data through interviews, observations and documentation which is further analyzed by SWOT analysis techniques comparing internal and external factors to determine the SWOT Matrix and IE Matrix for strategy determination. The results showed, Il's Project social media marketing was in quadrant 1 in the SWOT Matrix, and cell 5 in the IE Matrix. The right strategy is to support an aggressive strategy and growth strategy, namely, market penetration, increased sales and profits and increased marketing effectiveness on social media.

Abstract

Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi CSR dalam perpektif kearifan lokal dalam meningkatkan kinerja LPD. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metodelogi kualitatif. teknik pengumpulan dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Informan dalam penelitian ini memandang bahwa CSR berlandaskan prinsip kearifan lokal Tri Hita Karana merupakan kewajiban sosial LPD untuk mensejahterkan dan mengaja ketahanan kearifan lokal. Praktik CSR berlandaskan Kearifan Lokal Tri Hita Karana telah di terapkan di LPD Desa Adat Tanjung Benoa. Relasi dengan masyarakat sangat dijaga sehingga masih dipercayai masyrakat sampai saat ini. Penganggaran Praktik CSR tetapkan dalam Rapat Desa dengan presentase sebesar 75 % Dana CSR di kelola oleh Desa dan 25 % dikelola oleh LPD Desa Adat Tanjung Benoa. Abstract

This research aims to determine and examine mountainously about the satisfaction of airlines and Perum lppnpi management through of air traffic flow management in I Gusti Ngurah Rai International Airport. This research used qualitative method with research subject namely airline, ATFM Operator and Perum lppnpi management. Data collection technique was carried out by in-depth interview. Researchers implement the adoption Zeithaml and Bitner's Servqual Technique. The result of data analysis in this study indicate that the quality of service through ATFM are well guarded, but significantly factor of that quality is reliability, why? Because the consumer has been satisfied with a good service, fast and punctuality.

Abstract

The main goal of company is to improve the value of the company. The company's value can increase wealth for shareholders. Factors that may affect the value of the company are the ownership structure of the company and corporate social responsibility. This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and corporate social responsibility disclosure to firm value. Firm value in this study as proxy for the value of Tobin’s Q. The population of this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2013-2015. The method of analysis in this study using multiple linier regression. The results of this study show that institutional ownership and managerial ownership does not affect the value of the firm, while the corporate social responsibility disclosure has positive affect on firm value. Abstract

In the business world, achieving the goals that have been planned depends very much on the factors that influence it. One of them is the factor of brand trust or brand trust. The concept of trust comes from the analysis of personal relationships in the field of social psychology. Social psychology discusses the influence of humans on others in terms of changing behavior, attitudes, communication patterns, and building trust. According to Hong Youl Ha and Helen Perks (2015) brand trust is a benchmark for customers to rely on the brand's ability to carry out the functions it plays. In this situation where the individual cannot objectively evaluate the quality of the product in advance, brand trust plays an important role in reducing uncertainty in purchasing.This study focuses on the millennial generation of brand trust in buying interest in HWI products. Using a qualitative approach, with descriptive analysis. This study collected data through interviews, observations and documentation. Abstract

In facing the era of disruption, change management is not enough, but presenting sustaining innovation has become a major obligation for the company. Disruption has penetrated all sides of world life, especially in corporate culture. On the other hand, the era of disruption also greatly impacts every employee, especially with the presence of intergenerational gaps in company employees. This study aims to determine the extent to which corporate culture and the role of the company face the generation gap in the era of disruption. The research method used is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques done by triangulation using observation, interviews and documentation. Through the technical analysis of Miles and Huberman, it was found that there were a number of challenges faced in the era of disruption and corporate culture in synergy with strategies to face challenges with several key steps, namely: promoting the culture of SIPP (mutual trust, integrity, caring, and learning), code of conduct (COC) the company PT PLN Distribution Bali, and the COC in the field to minimize employee gaps. It can be concluded that organizational culture plays an important role in achieving company targets so that by upholding the concept of corporate culture it can minimize the gaps that exist in the company in the world of the era of disruption.

Abstract

This study aims to add literature by studying the implementation of work from everywhere in government offices and their impact on civil servants. The study was conducted with interviews with resource persons who run work from everywhere (data collection), data reduction (data reduction), presentation of data (display data), and drawing/presentation of conclusions (conclusion drawing/verification). The results of the study showed that First, the function of the organization continues to run well. Second, civil servants have no difficulty carrying out work from everywhere and can fully work at home or elsewhere. Third, the importance of integrity and professionalism supervision on the implementation of work from everywhere where the impact caused by lack of integrity and professionalism on public servants is harmful to the organization. Surveillance can be input monitoring and behavioral monitoring. Fourth, civil servants do not fully agree that work from everywhere is done as a new normal after the pandemic ends. Public servants want to work from the office rather than work from everywhere. Fifth, leadership does not experience significant obstacles in the implementation of work from everywhere.

Abstract

This study analyzes strategies that can be used in managing human capital in the millennial generation in the current new normal era and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in managing human capital during the covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a qualitative research method with a case study model approach. The research location is in Denpasar City, Bali Province. The selection of informants used the purposive sampling technique by determining four companies from various fields as informants, namely Garment, Vila, Cargo, and University. Data in this study analyzes the results of observations, interviews, and documentation obtained. Data analysis uses source triangulation through four stages: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The study results stated that the human capital management strategy for millennial employees in the new normal era had been affected on two sides. First, from the company side were the COVID-19 pandemic had an impact on decreasing company income and reducing operational activities. For this reason, changes are made, such as dividing work schedules and hours. Employee work, distribution of the rolling system, some employees work from home (WFH), and maximize employee skills into multitasking. Meanwhile, from the employee's perspective, it impacts the income of the employee, where employees receive a much-reduced salary or income, even if they are dismissed at any time to reduce operational costs.
