Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find and assess the main HR management strategies that can improve the performance of the maritime industry. The analysis results in a growth strategy, also known as a growth-oriented strategy. This strategy shows that the company has a strong condition and has the ability to continue to grow by utilizing existing opportunities to achieve the highest level of profit. achieve the highest level of profit. The calculation results show that this strategy is very profitable. The position in quadrant I has a weighted total score of strengths and weaknesses of 2.710504 and a weighted total score of opportunities of 2.653142.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menilai strategi utama manajemen SDM yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja industri maritim. Hasil analisis menghasilkan strategi pertumbuhan, juga dikenal sebagai strategi berorientasi pertumbuhan. Strategi ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki kondisi yang kuat dan memiliki kemampuan untuk terus tumbuh dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada untuk mencapai tingkat keuntungan tertinggi. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini sangat menguntungkan. Posisi di kuadran I memiliki skor total tertimbang kekuatan dan kelemahan 2,710504 dan skor total tertimbang peluang 2,653142.

Abstract

Writer interested in studying the effects of internal control over employee performance in perennial Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java, presumably caused by factors in the performance of employees who have not been implemented effectively.The porpose of this study was to determine how much influence the internal control on the performance of employees at Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java lasting full earring. The author uses a quantitative approach to associative method. Samples used in perennial Kiara Resto Ciater SPA Resort Subang West java earring 41 people. Collection is done by using a questionnaire.Research results explain that the internal control variable turned out to be dominanted by the opinion that agreed to pay into a variable number that is equal to 44.1% majority, the answer that states could not agree by 42.4%, answer 11.5% undecided, and who answered disagree by 2.5%, while that answer strongly disagree none at all 0%. Employee performance variable turns in dominance by the opinion expressed by 47.2% agreed, stating srtongly agree 35.8%, hesitant answers 14.6%, the answers do not agree 2.4% and answered srongly disagree that the number 0%.while the magnitude of the effect if internal control over the performance of employees is 57% and the remeaning 43% in the estimate in influenced by other factors and not investigated further by the researched by other researchers as a benchmark for researched and developed again.Conclusions in this research namely that the prediction of the effect of internal control on employee performance is positive. That is to say, that internal control of an effect on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of greenwashing on consumer trust and purchasing decisions, and test the moderating role of environmentally sound consumer insights. Data were obtained through a survey of 304 respondents related to the consumption of products claimed to be environmentally friendly. The results showed that greenwashing has a positive and significant influence on consumer trust (β = 0.326, p < 0.05) and purchasing decisions (β = 0.358, p < 0.05), contrary to the initial hypothesis that expected a negative influence. In addition, environmentally sound consumer insights did not significantly moderate the relationship between greenwashing and consumer trust (β = -0.018, p > 0.05) or purchasing decisions (β = -0.007, p > 0.05). On the other hand, consumer trust in the brand was shown to have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions (β = 0.261, p < 0.05). This study makes an important contribution to the literature on greenwashing and consumer behavior, by showing that greenwashing-based marketing strategies can be positively received by consumers in certain contexts. The practical implication is that companies need to be careful in using greenwashing strategies and should place more emphasis on strengthening authentic brand trust to encourage purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of influencer marketing on brand perception of skincare products among Gen Z consumers in Bandung City. The method used in this study is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to analyze the relationship between variables and test the proposed hypotheses. Data was collected through a survey involving 200 respondents, consisting of Gen Z consumers who use skincare products and are exposed to influencer marketing on social media. The results showed that influencer marketing has a significant direct influence on Emotion (path coefficient = 0.964), which in turn affects Brand Perception (path coefficient = 0.415). In addition, Trust was found to have a significant direct influence on Brand Perception (path coefficient = 0.551). The moderating effect tested showed that Trust acts as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between Emotion and Brand Perception, albeit with a small effect (path coefficient = 0.028). This research provides valuable insights for marketers and skincare brands to understand how influencer marketing can shape brand perception through emotional influence and the importance of consumer trust in influencers in improving the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
