Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of service quality and prioritize improvements. The method that used in this study is service quality (SERVQUAL) combined with fuzzy concepts to find out the gap between expectations and consumer perceptions through five dimensions namely tangible, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. Fuzzy concepts are used to present uncertainties over respondents' assessment of subjective questionnaires. To determine the priority of improvement, used the Customer Value Index Potential Gains (IPGCV) method. Based on processing data results by using fuzzy-servqual method, it is known that the Tangible dimension has a gap of -0.13, the Reliability dimension has a gap of -0.13, the Responsive dimension has a gap of -0.14, the dimension of Assurance has a gap of -0.12, Empathy dimension has a gap of -0.11. The negative value on fuzzy-servqual assessment can be interpreted that the overall service has not met customer expectations. Achievement of the quality level is equal to 0.8606 which is indicates the quality of services still need improvement because the level of service quality is less than 1. Based on calculation using the PGCV Index, it is known that services which have the highest priority are employees who have adequate support from their institutions so that they can carry out their duties properl

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Iqra method in improving students' understanding in reading the Qur'an, as well as the individual abilities of students in reading the Qur'an. The research method in this thesis is to use a qualitative approach, this study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation which are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the application of the Iqra method in class III MIs Al-Muhajirin Palu active in learning, can be seen from the steps of implementing the Iqra method, namely: 1. Planning, the teacher prepares the process of compiling lesson materials using teaching media. 2. Implementation, divided into three components: initial activities, activities carried out before starting the learning process. core activities, the main activities in the learning process carried out by the teacher and students. and final activities, closing activities are activities carried out at the end of learning. 3. Evaluation, the process of collecting and analyzing student learning outcome data. This evaluation is carried out to determine the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved. It can be concluded that the application of the Iqra method in class III of Al-Muhajirin Palu Elementary School is taught in the subject (BTA) of reading and writing the Qur'an, in learning to read and write the Qur'an the teacher uses the Iqra book as a reference and basis for improving students' understanding of reading the Qur'an and also uses the Juz Amma book for students who have completed their Iqra book from volume 1 to volume 6.

Abstract

Kacang tunggak  (Vigna unguiculata L.) adalah salah satu tanaman legume yang bijinya berpotensi dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan gizi masyarakat Indonesia. Biji kacang tunggak juga dapat dijadikan berbagai produk olahan seperti kecap, susu, keju, tauco, dan beberapa makanan tradisional lain (lepet, bubur, dan peyek). Saat ini produksinya cukup rendah karena masih jarangnya tanaman tersebut dibudidayakan oleh petani dan masih jarang diterapkannya manajemen tanaman yang baik oleh petani. Salah satu bentuk dari kegiatan manajemen tanaman adalah pemangkasan pucuk yang bertujuan untuk merangsang pertumbuhan cabang lateral. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan September hingga November 2021 di lahan percobaan milik Instalasi Penelitian dan Pengkajian Teknologi Pertanian (IP2TP) Muneng yang berlokasi di Desa Muneng Kidul, Kecamatan Sumberasih, Kabupaten Probolinggo. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Petak Terbagi (RPT) dengan 3 ulangan. Perlakuan prosentase pemangkasan (kontrol, pangkas 20%, pangkas 35%, dan pangkas 50%) sebagai petak utama dan waktu pemangkasan (dipangkas 21 HST, dipangkas 28 HST, dan dipangkas 35 HST) sebagai anak petak. Data hasil penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis ragam (ANOVA) dan diuji menggunakan F tabel pada taraf 5%. Apabila terdapat pengaruh nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pemangkasan pucuk pada prosentase dan waktu yang berbeda tidak memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil kacang tunggak. Berdasarkan  hasil  analisis  usahatani,  perlakuan kontrol lebih efektif dan efisien untuk diusahakan dengan nilai R/C sebesar 1,19.
