Abstract

This article discusses a learning model of Islamic religious education for instilling religious moderation values at a vocational school. The research used a qualitative method with data collection techniques such as direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The results show that the Islamic religious education learning models used by Islamic teachers in instilling the value of religious moderation at the vocational high school Palu are the Contextual Learning Model, Project Learning Model, and Group Learning Model. In the contextual learning model, the activities carried out by students are that the teacher gives assignments to students to read the topic of discussion that day, in this case, the values ​​of religious moderation, namely tolerance in terms of religion, ethnicity, race, and the prohibition of committing acts of violence, after that students connect it with real-life experienced by students. Implementation of the Islamic religious education learning model in instilling the value of religious moderation at the vocational high school in Palu as an effort to maintain diversity in the school within a frame of peace, tolerance, maintaining each other's feelings so as not to offend each other, especially regarding religion, giving freedom to each religion to celebrate their respective religious holidays both within the school environment and outside the school, providing good role models and advice and accustoming students to empathize with humanity by holding social service activities and other extra-curricular activities.

Abstract

This research discusses the analysis of the Qur'an Hadith Teacher's Approach to Illiterate Students of the Qur'an at Islamic Junior High School Alkhairaat Pandere, Gumbasa District, Sigi Regency. This research uses qualitative research methods. The author used observation, interview, and documentation techniques to collect data in the field. Next, the collected data is analyzed using data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results of the research show that the analysis of the Qur'an Hadith Teacher's Approach to Illiterate Students of the Qur'an at Islamic Junior High School Alkhairaat Pandere, Gumbasa District, Sigi Regency includes three points: 1). The learning approach used is a Collaborative Team Games Tournament (TGT) approach and a Two Stay Two Stray collaborative approach. 2). In practice, the teacher uses group learning techniques and writing using Latin letters. 3). Policies taken in cases related to students are always taken by deliberation by the committee and student guardians, and their implementation uses complete supervision from all parties. The implications of this research are expressed in the form of suggestions, namely for the Islamic Junior High School Alkhairaat Pandere to provide more opportunities for Islamic education teachers, especially Qur'an Hadith, to develop their quality in the form of training regarding classroom management, mastery of material and most importantly, deepening and mastering the curriculum and learning approaches which are diverse and continue to develop. Other Islamic junior high schools could adopt the techniques used by the Islamic Junior High School Alkhairaat Pandere in handling students who are illiterate in the Qur'an.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to analyze the communication pattern of madrasah heads carrying out the duties and functions of leadership in fostering the religious character of students. Qualitative methods are used in examining the meaning of content with data reduction, display and verification analysis techniques. This paper produces a tweet; First, the Head of the Madrasah carries out leadership duties with a democratic, participatory, interactive and surgical communication pattern, second; The implementation of democratic, participatory, interactive and functional communication patterns of madrasah heads is effective in developing the religious character of students. Third; The religious character values developed in students are obedience to Islamic teachings, mutual respect, social concern, individual and collaborative learning motivational attitudes, and producing honest, creative, responsible and inclusive student behavior. Abstrak Tujuan tulisan ini untuk menganalisis pola komunikasi kepala madrasah melaksanakan tugas dan fungsi kepempinan dalam pembinaan karakter religius peserta didik. Metode kualitatif digunakan dalam menelaah makna kontent dengan teknik analisis reduksi, display dan verifikasi data. Tulisan ini menghasilkan tumuan; pertama, kepala madrasah melaksanakan tugas kepemimpinan dengan pola komunikasi demokratis, partisipatif, interaktif dan pskologis, kedua; implementasi pola komunikasi demokratis, partisipatif, interaktif dan pskologis kepala madrasah efektif mengembangkan karakter religius peserta didik. Ketiga; nilai-nilai karakter religius yang dikembangkan pada pribadi peserta didik adalah taat menjalankan ajaran Islam, saling menghormati, memiliki kepedulian sosial, memiliki sikap motivasi belajar individu dan kolaboratif, serta menghasilkan perilaku peserta didik yang jujur, kreatif, bertanggung jawab dan inklusif.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how far the success of fostering spiritual education in the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City. The type of this research is field research which is qualitative in nature with a phenomenological approach. The primary data in this study were obtained from information from the leadership, officers, and members of the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Council. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from documents directly related to the research theme sourced from journals, books, and types of documents sourced from the internet. The data analysis used is qualitative data analysis with an interactive model. The results showed that the process of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu city consisted of three stages, namely the planning stage which contains socialization planning, preparation of joining, dhikr method, and evaluation. The implementation stage which contains the implementation of the planning stage of socialization, acceptance, dhikr method, and evaluation. The evaluation stage which contains written test, oral test, and non-test. The results of fostering spiritual education at the Hasan Ma'shum Dhikr Assembly‎ in Palu City have been proven to gradually be able to foster their congregations. The success of fostering spiritual education at the Assembly of Dhikr Hasan Ma'shum Palu City consists of a relationship with Allah swt (Hablum minallah) which includes a higher awareness of leaving immoral acts, getting closer to Allah swt, and a feeling of calm and peace in the heart. Meanwhile, human relationships form noble morals and become Uswatun Hasanah.

Abstract

This study examines the Influence of Spiritual Intelligence on Students' Discipline Attitudes at Al-Istiqamah Modern Islamic Boarding School Ngatabaru. The study used a qualitative approach with descriptive techniques for presenting data from informants. Data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The analysis process involved data reduction, presentation, verification, and conclusion drawing. This stdy foun that spiritual intelligence is an essential ability for students that influences other intelligence, including discipline. Students with spiritual intelligence will be more easily motivated to follow the rules and carry out the rules of the Islamic boarding school. Life at the Al-Istiqamah Ngatabaru Modern Islamic Boarding School is regulated by strict regulations that include various activities, from the five daily congregational prayers and greetings to a structured daily schedule. Discipline in praying is not only required as a pillar of Islam but also as a builder of character and spiritual intelligence. Practices such as greeting each other are also instilled as a form of respect that supports discipline and noble morals

Abstract

Differentiated learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model is one of the innovative strategies implemented to meet the diverse learning needs of students in the classroom. This study examines the implementation of differentiated learning with the PBL model in Islamic Religious Education and Character Education subjects at SMAN 4 Palu, aiming to understand how the integration of these two approaches affects the learning process and student learning outcomes. The method used is a qualitative approach, which includes observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation, as well as descriptive qualitative data analysis techniques to gain a comprehensive understanding of the experiences of students and teachers in implementing differentiated PBL. The results show that the approach is able to increase student engagement in learning, facilitate the development of critical thinking skills, and increase learning motivation, although there are some challenges in adapting the model to the subject matter. In conclusion, the implementation of differentiated PBL has great potential to improve the quality of learning and student learning outcomes as a whole.

Abstract

The skill of educators in SD Inpres Donggala Kodi to create resources for Islamic Education in the 4th grade is essential for improving pupils' knowledge and regard for Islamic principles. The goal of this research is to analyze the educator's capability to create materials for Islamic Education in the 4th grade at SD Inpres Donggala Kodi, with a specific concentration on the subject of "Being a Virtuous Child," instead of encompassing the complete Islamic Education program. A qualitative research strategy is applied in this research, utilizing approaches to data collection, for example interviews, observations, and assessing documents. The findings demonstrate that the Islamic Education educator in the 4th grade at SD Inpres Donggala Kodi does have the ability to develop resources for Islamic Education. This skill is recognized as pedagogical competence, which is reinforced by the author's analysis that the educator is able to design appealing instructional resources by utilizing various materials (books, music videos, the Qur'an, hadith, and online applications) and applies different instructional strategies. Also, utilizing technology-based learning platforms can enhance student attention and incentive in discovering Islamic values. The meaning of this study emphasize the importance of improving educators' skills to create successful Islamic education resources to accomplish more extensive understanding and to grow a solid Islamic identity in pupils' lives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kemampuan Guru Dalam Mengelola Kelas Pada Pembelajaran Fiqih Kelas V Di MI Al-Khairaat Biromaru. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Sedangkan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan guru memiliki performa yang sangat baik dalam proses pembelajaran, khususnya dalam penggunaan metode ceramah yang informatif dan menarik. Guru mampu menyampaikan materi tentang ketentuan berkurban dengan jelas dan mudah dipahami oleh peserta didik. Pengaturan tempat duduk di kelas diatur secara berkelompok untuk memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik, memungkinkan interaksi yang lebih baik dan kenyamanan dalam belajar. Media yang digunakan oleh guru meliputi papan tulis, spidol, dan buku cetak yang membantu memperjelas penjelasan materi serta membantu peserta didik dalam mengikuti pelajaran. Selain itu, guru selalu memberikan respon yang positif dan mendukung ketika peserta didik bertanya atau menyampaikan pendapat, sehingga menciptakan suasana kelas yang interaktif, inklusif, dan mendorong kepercayaan diri peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi aktif dalam diskusi kelas. Hal ini menunjukkan dedikasi guru dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif dan memotivasi peserta didik untuk mencapai potensi terbaik mereka. Implikasi penelitian ini ditujukan kepada kepala Madrasah MI Alkhairaat Biromaru agar diharapkan untuk selalu memberikan pembinaan, motivasi dan pengawasan yang intensif kepada guru-guru dalam mengelola kelas. Bagi guru khususnya guru Fiqih pengelolaan kelas yang dilakukan sudah berjalan dengan baik, namun saran yang diberikan untuk penggunaan media pembelajaran agar diterapkan dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the application of the Iqra method in improving students' understanding in reading the Qur'an, as well as the individual abilities of students in reading the Qur'an. The research method in this thesis is to use a qualitative approach, this study uses observation data collection techniques, interviews, and documentation which are analyzed using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study are the application of the Iqra method in class III MIs Al-Muhajirin Palu active in learning, can be seen from the steps of implementing the Iqra method, namely: 1. Planning, the teacher prepares the process of compiling lesson materials using teaching media. 2. Implementation, divided into three components: initial activities, activities carried out before starting the learning process. core activities, the main activities in the learning process carried out by the teacher and students. and final activities, closing activities are activities carried out at the end of learning. 3. Evaluation, the process of collecting and analyzing student learning outcome data. This evaluation is carried out to determine the extent to which learning objectives have been achieved. It can be concluded that the application of the Iqra method in class III of Al-Muhajirin Palu Elementary School is taught in the subject (BTA) of reading and writing the Qur'an, in learning to read and write the Qur'an the teacher uses the Iqra book as a reference and basis for improving students' understanding of reading the Qur'an and also uses the Juz Amma book for students who have completed their Iqra book from volume 1 to volume 6.

Abstract

Kualitas pendidikan ditentukan oleh beberapa faktor seperti kepala sekolah, tenaga pendidik, jumlah murid, kurikulum, sarana dan prasarana yang digunakan dan perangkat lainnya baik itu dalam bentuk hardware maupun software. Pembinaan dan pengembangan merupakan segala usaha dalam meningkatkan kinerja tenaga pendidik dengan meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan. Dengan melihat pentingnya tenaga pendidik, maka kepala sekolah memiliki peran sentral dalam mengelola personalia, khususnya tenaga pendidik di lembaga pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik, mengetahui bentuk pengembangan karier tenaga pendidik, dan mengungkap hambatan yang dialami kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologis , yang berbasis fenomena, fakta, dan kejadian-kejadian yang terjadi di lapangan. Dengan tekhnik analisis data melalui display data, reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bentuk pelaksanaan pengembangan karier yang dilakukan kepala sekolah dengan cara penyelenggaraan sistem mentor dan mengikutsertakan para tenaga pendidik dalam pelatihan-pelatihan seperti; supervisi, kursus, workshop, MGMP, KKG, seminar, dan pelatihan. secara tidak langsung dalam pengembangan karier tenaga pendidik, kepala sekolah menggunakan metode in service training/on the job training, and off the job training. Program ini dilakukan secara terus menerus, program pelatihan tersebut diselenggarakan secara formal oleh pihak sekolah dan yayasan. Peran kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik yaitu kepala sekolah sebagai leader, sebagai supervisor, sebagai motivator, dan sebagai evaluator. Dari beberapa peran inilah, maka seorang kepala sekolah harus terus berusaha dengan semaksimal mungkin dalam mengembangkan dan meningkatkan prestasi lembaga pendidikan yang dipimpinnya. Namun, yang menjadi hambatan kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik ialah pengunduran diri tenaga pendidik, jadwal pelatihan yang tidak teratur, dan kemampuan teknologi yang rendah. Implikasi dari adanya peran kepala sekolah ternyata terbukti efektif dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik, dapat dilihat dari kinerja para guru yang semakin meningkat. Namun masih terdapat beberapa kendala kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan karier tenaga pendidik. Adapun upaya yang dapat dilakukan kepala sekolah dalam menanggulangi kendala tersebut yaitu, dengan mengikutsertakan tenaga pendidik dalam pelatihan, workshop, dan seminar, mengadakan pelatihan-pelatihan untuk kurikulum khusus, serta mengadakan evaluasi waktu pelatihan dan pembinaan yang akan dilaksanakan kedepannya.
