Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengembangan Buku Ajar Berbasis STAD untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkalan Nama : Muhimatul KhoirohNIM : 15080314044Program Studi : S1 Pendidikan Administrasi PerkantoranJurusan : Pendidikan EkonomiFakultas : EkonomiLembaga : Universitas Negeri SurabayaPembimbing : Durinda Puspasari, S.Pd., M.Pd. Penelitian pengembangan ini mempunyai beberapa tujuan, diantaranya untuk mengetahui : (1) pengembangan buku ajar berbasis STAD sesuai K-13 revisi 2017 pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi sebelum dan sesudah dikembangkan; (2) kelayakan buku ajar berbasis STAD pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi setelah dikembangkan; (3) respon siswa kelas X OTKP 1 terhadap buku ajar berbasis STAD pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi setelah dikembangkan; dan (4) peningkatan keaktifan siswa terhadap buku ajar berbasis STAD pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi. Sehingga, dengan adanya buku ajar mampu mudahkan siswa dalam memahami materi yang disajikan dengan dilengkapi contoh, ilustrasi gambar yang sesuai dengan materi, dan penugasan yang beragam baik tugas kelompok maupun individu (kuis), tes formatif, dan tes sumatif, serta menyiapkan siswa abad 21.Model pengembangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian pengembangan ini adalah model pengembangan dari Thiagarajan yakni 4-D yang meliputi tahap define, design, develop,dan disseminate. Dalam penelitian ini, tahap disseminate tidak dilakukan karena penelitian ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengembangkan produk yang dapat digunakan sebagai sumber belajar. Akan tetapi, penelitian ini dilakukan eksperimen dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan keaktifan siswa. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada 20 siswa kelas X OTKP 1 SMK Negeri 1 Bangkalan. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi kelayakan buku ajar, lembar angket respon siswa, lembar pengamatan keaktifan siswa dan lembar hasil belajar berupa pre-test dan post-test. Teknik analisis data validasi dan pengamatan keaktifan siswa menggunakan data kuantitatif dan diinterpretasikan ke dalam skala likert.Sedangkan data respon siswa dianalisis dengan kuantitatif dan diinterpretasikan ke dalam skala guttmen.Hasil dari penelitian pengembangan ini adalah (1) proses validasi buku ajar menunjukkan bahwa buku ajar berbasis STAD sesuai dengan silabus K-13 revisi 2017 serta lebih lengkap dari segi penyajian materi dan penugasan; (2) validasi dari keseluruhan aspek memperoleh 84,17% dengan kriteria sangat layak; (3) respon siswa memperoleh 95,05% dengan kriteria sangat layak dan; (4) peningkatan keaktifan siswa memperoleh 80,75% dengan kriteria sangat tinggi, serta hasil belajar pre-test dan post-test memperoleh persentase masing-masing sebesar 57,25% dan 84%. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa Pengembangan Buku Ajar Berbasis STAD untuk Meningkatkan Keaktifan Siswa pada Mata Pelajaran Korespondensi di SMK Negeri 1 Bangkalan dinyatakan layak digunakan sebagai bahan ajar dan mampu meningkatkan keaktifan siswa saat buku ajar digunakan. Saran untuk peneliti selanjutnya diharapkan mengembangkan buku ajar dalam dua semester yakni semester gasal dan genap, serta melakukan tahap disseminate.Kata Kunci : Buku Ajar, Model Pembelajaran STAD (Student Teams Achievement Divisions), Model Pengembangan 4-D, Hasil Belajar, dan Keaktifan Siswa.

Abstract

Public sector employee transfers often present challenges that can hinder individual performance and organizational effectiveness. This study conducts a systematic literature review to examine how perceived organizational support (POS) affects task performance following such transfers. Employing a structured search and thematic content analysis, 15 peer-reviewed studies from 2010 to 2025 were selected based on inclusion criteria emphasizing public sector relevance, POS, and task performance. The findings consistently show that POS positively influences task performance by fostering affective organizational commitment, psychological empowerment, adaptability, and motivation, which buffer the disruptive effects of relocation. The study reveals key mediators including job satisfaction, relational energy, and training transfer, as well as moderators such as perceived organizational competence (POC), employee adaptability, and the alignment between expected and received support. Unlike previous research that focused broadly on POS across sectors, this review offers a comparative perspective that highlights contextual variations across cultures, organizational structures, and transfer scenarios. The implications are twofold: for researchers, it identifies unexplored areas such as digital HR systems and longitudinal effects of POS in hybrid environments; for practitioners, it emphasizes the importance of strategic, tailored support systems to ensure smooth transitions and sustained performance. This review advances the organizational support literature by deepening understanding of the mechanisms and boundary conditions that shape the effectiveness of POS in public sector mobility.

Abstract

This systematic literature review examines the relationship between civil servant transfer policies, including job rotation and mutation, and employee performance in public sector. While such policies aim to enhance workforce flexibility, skill diversification, and career development, they may also cause job dissatisfaction, decreased motivation, and knowledge loss if poorly implemented. To assess the impact of structured and unstructured transfer systems on civil servant performance, a comprehensive analysis of 30 peer-reviewed studies from 2015 to 2025 was conducted using the PRISMA framework. The findings indicate that merit-based and well-planned job rotations generally improve employee adaptability, engagement, and productivity. Conversely, politically influenced or arbitrary transfers often lead to inefficiencies, demotivation, and organizational instability. The review underscores the pivotal function of knowledge management and transparent policies in mitigating the adverse impacts of transfers and ensuring institutional continuity. The review also identifies key research gaps, including the need for longitudinal studies on performance outcomes, the psychological effects of job rotation, and comparative analyses across different public sector institutions. These insights underscore the necessity of formulating evidence-based, equitable, and strategically devised transfer policies that achieve a balance between institutional requirements and employee well-being. Future research endeavors should prioritize the optimizations of transfer frameworks to enhance performance, ensure the retention of knowledge, and cultivate sustainable public sector governance.

Abstract

The research conducted originated from the problem of students who did not understand the historical value of the struggle of National Hero Untung Suropati chronologically. As many as 87.5% of students want learning media that can convey historical material using stories and pictures.  The purpose of this research and development is to produce and test the effectiveness of digital comic media Learning History of Untung Suropati (Besti) on the ability to think chronologically of students in class XI-8 SMAN 2 Pasuruan. The research method used is the Research and Development method with a development model developed by Sugiyono which has 10 stages. The results showed that the validity of the product obtained from material experts was 81.73%, validation from media experts was 91.5%, and assessment from history teachers was 90.76%. The results of the product feasibility test in the small group trial conducted on 6 students obtained a percentage value of 81.3%, while the results of the large group trial conducted on 26 students obtained a percentage value of 81%. Research on effectiveness was also carried out by conducting pretests and posttests which showed differences before and after using the developed media. Based on this, the digital comic media Belajar Sejarah Untung Suropati (Besti) that has been developed can be classified as valid, effective, and suitable for use in learning history.

Abstract

Islamic religious education plays an important role in shaping the character and morals of students from an early age. One of the materials taught at the Raudhatul Athfal level is the story of the Prophet and the Apostle, which aims to instill the values ​​of faith and exemplary behavior in everyday life. However, monotonous delivery methods often lead to a lack of understanding and interest in the material. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the application of the storytelling method in improving students' understanding of the story of the Prophet and the Apostle at RA Ar Rahman. The research method used is classroom action research with a qualitative approach. The subjects of the study were students of RA Ar Rahman aged 4–6 years. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers, and evaluation of student understanding before and after the application of the storytelling method. Data analysis techniques were carried out by means of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study showed that the storytelling method was able to significantly improve students' understanding of the story of the Prophet and the Apostle. This can be seen from the increase in students' active participation during learning, their interest in listening to stories, and their ability to remember and retell the stories that have been learned. In addition, this method also has a positive impact on the development of students' social and emotional skills, such as increasing empathy and respect for parents and teachers. The application of the storytelling method is carried out using various techniques, such as the use of hand puppets, picture illustrations, and interesting voice expressions to adjust to the characteristics of the child's age. The teacher also invites students to discuss and ask questions after the storytelling session to strengthen their understanding. The obstacles faced in implementing this method include time constraints and the need for training for teachers in improving effective storytelling skills. Thus, the storytelling method can be an effective alternative in improving students' understanding of the story of the Prophet and the Apostles. The application of this method not only makes learning more enjoyable, but also helps students absorb the moral values ​​contained in the story. Therefore, it is recommended that this method continue to be developed and applied more widely in Islamic religious learning at the early childhood education level.
