Abstract

Abstract  To build the quality of government performance that is effective and efficient, it is necessary to have unity in working together to increase public trust. Therefore, autonomy and freedom in making decisions that are useful for allocating resources, making service guidelines, budgets, goals, and performance targets are clear and measurable are needed. This research was conducted to determine the strategy for improving the performance of employees in the general division and equipment for administration and government personnel in Trenggalek. By using qualitative research methods with interactive analysis which is useful for presenting the facts of the field as a basis for analysis in concluding. Purposive sampling technique is a technique used in data collection in this study, where cross-check data will be carried out to see the truth of the data. Based on the research conducted, the results of the strategy to improve employee performance in the general subdivision and equipment in Trenggalek Regency were carried out properly by expectations and all processes can be fulfilled where the facts are obtained from the results of the field that the leader can provide an example and role model and the strength of employee discipline, lively and developing communication and high motivation as a result of giving rewards and punishments. Keywords: Strategy; Performance; State Civil Apparatus AbstrakDalam rangka membangun kualitas kinerja pemerintahan yang efektif dan efisien, diperlukan kesatuan dalam bekerja sama untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan otonomi serta kebebasan dalam mengambil keputusan yang berguna untuk mengalokasikan sumber daya, membuat pedoman pelayanan, anggaran, tujuan, serta target kinerja yang jelas dan terukur. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai bagian umum dan perlengkapan sub bagian tata usaha dan kepegawaian pemerintah di Kabupaten Trenggalek. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan analisa interaktif yang berguna untuk memaparkan fakta-fakta lapangan sebagai dasar analisis dalam mengambil kesimpulan. Teknik purposive sampling merupakan teknik yang digunakan dalam pengambilan data pada penelitian ini, dimana akan dilakukan cross csheck data guna untuk melihat kebenaran data. Berdasarkan penelitian yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil strategi peningkatan kinerja pegawai di lingkungan sub bagian umum dan perlengkapan di Kabupaten Trenggalek dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan harapan dan segala prosesnya dapat terpenuhi dimana fakta tersebut didapatkan dari hasil lapangan bahwa pimpinannya dapat memberikan contoh dan teladan serta kuatnya disiplin pegawai, komunikasi yang hidup dan berkembang serta motivasi yang tinggi sebagai akibat dari pemberian reward dan punishment.  Kata Kunci: Strategi; Kinerja; Aparatur Sipil Negara

Abstract

AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan dan mengetahui kebijakan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan seni musik angklung di SD Islam Terpadu Al–Khairaat, yang meliputi 1) kebijakan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan seni musik angklung 2) nilai-nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan seni musik angklung 3) dampak kebijakan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan seni musik angklung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman yaitu dengan langkah reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penegasan kesimpulan. Uji keabsahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber.. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa. (1) Kebijakan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan seni musik angklung diimplementasikan merujuk empat aspek yaitu: komunikasi, sumberdaya, sikap dan struktur birokrasi, (2) Nilai – nilai karakter yang dihasilkan dalam kegiatan seni musik  angklung ada lima nilai yaitu disiplin, bersahabat, tanggungjawab, peduli sosial, dan cinta tanah air (3) Dampak kebijakan sekolah dalam pendidikan karakter dengan kegiatan seni musik angklung yaitu berdampak pada perubahan perilaku positif pada siswa. Kata kunci: kebijakan sekolah, pendidikan karakter, seni musik, dan angklung AbstractThis research aims to describe and understand the school's policy in character education with angklung music art in the SD Islam Terpadu Al – Khairaat, which includes 1) school policies in character education with art activities angklung music 2) character values are produced in the activity of angklung music art 3) The impact of school policy in character education with angklung music art activities. This research is a qualitative study with a case study approach. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman models are data reduction steps, data presentation, verification and conclusion confirmation. Test the legality of data on this study using triangulation techniques and triangulation resources. The results showed that. (1) The policy of school in character education with the activities of Angklung music is implemented to refer to four aspects namely: communication, resources, attitudes and bureaucracy structure, (2) value-the value of the character produced in the art of music activities  angklung There are five values that are discipline, friendly, responsibility, social care, and love of Homeland (3) Impact of school policy in character education with the activities of Angklung music art that affects the change of positive behaviour in students.Keywords: school policy, character education, music art, and angklung

Abstract

The initiation of reading stands out as a fundamental skill for students, serving not only as a foundational ability but also as a tool to comprehend the acquired knowledge during their school learning journey. This activity is specially designed for students entering elementary school, playing a pivotal role in their academic development. The syllabic (silaba) method, designed as a syllable-based approach, dissects words into syllables and subsequently reassembles them into complete words. The primary objective is to assist students who encounter difficulties in reading to better grasp and understand words.The primary objective of this study is to assess the effectiveness of the syllabic method in enhancing the initial reading activities of Class II students at MI AL-Ma’arif 02 jombang-jember. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, this research was conducted at Banjarsari 01 Elementary School, situated in Banjarsari Village, Ciawi District, Bogor Regency. A qualitative approach was employed throughout the study, and an interview guide instrument served as the primary tool for data collection. The study incorporated various data collection techniques, including observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique employed in this study was an interactive approach, aligning with the model proposed by Milles and Huberman. The findings of this study suggest that the syllabic method is indeed an effective approach for initiating reading activities, significantly aiding Class II students at MI AL-Ma’arif 02 jombang-jember in developing their reading skills. Additionally, the syllabic method is considered beneficial for teachers, providing a straightforward and easily comprehensible instructional medium for facilitating learning activities. The required instructional materials for teachers using the syllabic method are both simple and universally understood by students. Notably, the utilization of the syllabic method in the beginning reading activities for Class II students aligns with the specified criteria for the achievement of students' reading activities
