Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). It uses a quantitative approach with a population of 114 taken by proportionate sampling from 159 individuals in 6 Tanjung Redeb Junior High School in East Kalimantan. Data were collected using a questionnaire and tested for validity and reliability, the resulting regression model has been tested classic assumptions including normality, multicollinearity, linearity, and heteroscedasticity tests, then analyzed with descriptive statistics and path analysis through calculations using SPSS. The results showed that there was an influence of leadership motivation on satisfaction with OCB. Generally, satisfaction was the intermediary between the leadership and OCB; leadership and motivation.

Abstract

Background: The amount of waste that is not processed and classified as non-biodegradable waste such as Styrofoam, well managed household waste is 36.8%. The amount of waste that is not properly managed is 63.2% of the total weighted waste of 282,654 tones. Lack of training for scavengers and the community has resulted in a large amount of Styrofoam waste not being used. Methods: The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of training on using Styrofoam waste into bataco. This research is a pre-experimental study with a one group pre test post test design, conducted a pretest, then given treatment in the form of training and practice recycling styrofoam into concrete blocks. After that, within a period of approximately 1 month after treatment, a posttest is carried out to measure again. The respondents were trash scavengers, amounting to 83 people. Result: The test results in this study indicate that there is an effect of training on the use of Styrofoam waste into concrete blocks in the garbage scavenger community in Palopo City with a value of p = 0.000. Conclusion: Styrofoam can be modified to become concrete clocks. This can reduce the garbage waste in the community in Palopo Citi.

Abstract

This study aimed (1) to find out why the emergence of demands Balance fund and the Regional Financial Center in the form of profit sharing fund (DBH) of oil palm sub-sector. The study also aimed (2) to determine the basis for determining why there needs to be funding the Central and Regional Financial Balance of oil palm sub-sector. In addition, this study also aims. (3) To know how the implementation of the financial balance between the Central Government and the Local Government sub-sector of oil palm plantations located in Riau Province. This study is a qualitative research, the data collection techniques in this research is descriptive analysis. This study uses the documentation and interview with key informants as an object of information that aims to achieve the goal in order to obtain the information in the study. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data obtained through documentation, and interviews with key informants in this study. The results showed that (1) the motivation of Riau Province to obtain DBH of CPO export duties is, a sense of injustice, in the distribution management of state revenues, especially from sectors this CPO export tax. (2) By adopting the sixth fiscal transfer eligibility criteria commonly used by many countries in the world. namely, otonomi (Autonomy), penerimaan yang memadai (revenue adequacy), keadilan (equity), Transparansi dan stabilitas (transparance and stability), sederhana (simplicity) dan insentif (incentif),, then the state's revenue from export tax for CPO worthy been distributed. (3) since the implementation of the financial balance of the sub-sectors of oil palm plantations, has not reflected the sense of justice of the area.
