Abstract

Aplikasi Interaktif Pengenalan Pahlawan Revolusi Berbasis Multimedia merupakan sebuah aplikasi pembelajaran untuk mengenal pahlawan revolusi Indonesia dengan cepat dan tepat. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membuktikan perbedaan hasil belajar siswa, pemahaman siswa terhadap pelajaran, dan kreativitas siswa antara metode pembelajaran konvensional dengan metode interaktif multimedia pada mata pelajaran IPS khususnya pada pokok bahasan pengenalan pahlawan revolusi Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama lima bulan tepatnya pada bulan April sampai Agustus 2014 dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang siswa kelas IV A. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi aplikasi ini penulis menggunakan software Adobe Flash CS3 (Action Script 2.0). Aplikasi ini terdapat teks, suara, audio, video dan tools yang memudahkan siswa mengenal tokoh-tokoh pahlawan, tempat mereka berasal dan perjuangannya. Untuk menarik minat siswa menggunakan aplikasi ini penulis membuat aplikasi interaktif yang dapat memberikan pengetahuan tentang pahlawan revolusi Indonesia. Instrumen penelitian untuk menguji metode pembelajaran baru dengan indikator kecepatan pemahaman siswa terhadap pelajaran, kreativitas siswa, dan hasil belajar siswa. Berdasarkan perhitungan diperoleh rata-rata efektivitas metode mengajar sistem lama (Metode Konvensional) 36.0% dan metode mengajar baru (Interaktif Multimedia) 80.8%. Kecepatan pemahaman murid terhadap pelajaran dengan metode lama 37.5 % dan metode baru 92.5%. Kreativitas murid yang diajar dengan metode lama 45% metode baru 60%. Hasil belajar murid yang diajar dengan metode lama 27.5% menjadi 90%. Kesimpulan metode mengajar baru lebih efektif dari metode mengajar lama.

Abstract

Improving student achievement by applying the cooperative learning model Formulate, Share, Listen and Create (FSLC) on the subject of ionic equilibrium on pH of salt solution in classXI MIA SMA Negeri 4 Pekanbaru with experimental research method design randomized control groupcpretest-posttesteagainst two homogeneous classes. The samples of the study were students in class XI MIA 7 and XI MIA 8. Hypothesis testing using the t-test showed that there was a difference in the improvement in learning achievement betweensthe control class and thesexperimental class, the value of tcount> ttable was 5.66> 1.67 at dk = 36 + 35 - 2 = 69. The results show that the applications of the FSLC cooperative learningsmodel can improve student achievement on the subject of ionic equilibrium and pH of salt solution with the category of increasing learning achievement based on and N-gain score of 0.75 which is in the high category. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out about conflict in negotiations. Organizational conflict is a difference of opinion or contradiction between two or more individuals or groups or work units in an organization because they have to share their limited resources in work activities, and the facts they have different goals, values, perceptions and interests. Internal conflict is often seen as a common event that is also faced by organizational leaders. Handling conflict requires a creative process that expects positive results, namely solutions and good relations between the two parties. Qualitative approach is a type of research that aims to analyze in depth a phenomenon related to the research focus to be explored. The sources used are primary and secondary data. Research results negotiation is a process in which two or more parties who have similar or contradictory interests meet and talk to reach an agreement. Conflict always arises when one person's point of view is different from that of others. In order for conflicts to provide optimal benefits and to reduce negative impacts, conflicts can be managed by preventing and handling conflicts so that the goals and objects of negotiation can be achieved. If there is no way in negotiations, it can be proposed to use delays to give time for both parties to think repeat and meditate according to the difficult situation. This delay does not mean postponing negotiations, but rather provides an opportunity when tensions escalate and this delay must be used by both parties and not used to avoid conflict.
