Abstract

UMKM XYZ is a culinary business producing serundeng from grated coconut with traditional spices. The marketed products are limited to two flavor variants, lacking innovation in product variety and packaging. Sales data from 2023 indicate fluctuations between production and sales due to suboptimal marketing strategies, particularly in digital platform utilization. Therefore, an effective marketing strategy is needed to boost sales. SWOT analysis is used to identify internal and external business factors, then processed using the TOPSIS method to determine the best strategy priority. The analysis results place UMKM XYZ in Quadrant I with a Strength-Opportunity (SO) strategy, enabling optimal utilization of internal strengths and external opportunities. The TOPSIS method ranks Strategy V1 as the top priority (0.58832), which involves distributing products to major cities in Indonesia and expanding distribution channels through e-commerce. Strategy V4 ranks second (0.58420), followed by V3 (0.53041) and V2 (0.52802). Implementing these strategies is expected to enhance UMKM XYZ’s competitiveness and sales performance.

Abstract

The large potential of marine fisheries in Tanjung Saleh Village, Kubu Raya Regency has not been followed by an increase in the standard of living and welfare of local fishermen. Processing of caught fish still uses traditional methods, there is no touch of technology to increase capacity in processing fish production. So that further research is needed regarding the production of science and technology in the design of multifunctional fish processing equipment that can be used for the drying process of fish and the process of smoking fish. The tool design process uses the QFD method where the HOQ will identify the fishermen's desires which are then translated into technical responses in the manufacture of multifunctional fish processing tools. The results of the HOQ obtained that the attributes desired by fishermen are the criteria for tools that are easy to operate, smoke circulation, drying temperature, tool hygiene, safe combustion smoke, and strong and sturdy tools. Based on the value of the repair ratio that has the largest value is the attribute of smoke resulting from burning wood/shells, which is safe for workers.

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Parit Haji Ali di Desa Kuala Dua menghadapi tantangan serius dalam budidaya padi, meliputi kekeringan akibat intrusi air asin, tingkat keasaman tanah yang tinggi (pH < 4), serta rendahnya kapasitas teknologi dan manajemen usaha tani. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan meningkatkan produktivitas dan daya saing petani melalui penerapan teknologi tepat guna, penguatan kelembagaan, dan transformasi pemasaran berbasis nilai tambah produk beras lokal. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi masalah, serah terima teknologi (Rice Huller, Water Jet Sprinkler System, Penabur Dolomit, dan Vacuum Sealer), pelatihan teknis, manajemen aset, pemasaran digital, serta pendampingan intensif. Hasil program menunjukkan peningkatan produktivitas padi dari 1,5–2 ton/ha menjadi 2,5–3 ton/ha; peningkatan pendapatan petani >20%; serta peningkatan keuntungan dari penjualan beras lokal kemasan lebih dari 30%. Kelembagaan kelompok menjadi lebih terstruktur dengan adanya SOP, logbook aset, dan sistem rotasi alat yang transparan. Luaran lain berupa peningkatan literasi digital, terbitnya modul pelatihan, potensi publikasi ilmiah, serta kontribusi terhadap SDGs 2, 8, dan 12.
