Abstract

This research was carried out to respond to the still low ability of children to grow and preserve a regional culture and the value of local wisdom. The purpose of this study was to describe the efforts in Tegal Regency in acculturation of dance culture (endel mask) to foster the values of local wisdom in children and supporting and inhibiting factors in acculturation of dance culture (endel mask) to foster the values of local wisdom in child. This study used a qualitative approach and took place in the Dukuhturi District of Tegal Regency. Data collection techniques are carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The research subjects were artists, children, the community, leaders of the Dukuhturi District Education and Culture District Office of Education and Culture, and teachers. Data collection techniques used with data triangulation techniques. Data analysis techniques include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion or verification. The results of this study are as follows; (1) The efforts made by the artists and the Office of Education and Culture of the Dukuhturi District UPTD in fostering the values of local wisdom in children are by training children in the studio as well as those in schools, holding extracurricular activities in each educational institution. (2) The driving factors for endel mask dance culture in fostering the value of local wisdom are the creativity of the artists, the enthusiasm and desires of the dancers, the routine agenda of the endel mask dance at the Tegal Regency / City Anniversary event, commemorative events, and festival events art. (3) Inhibiting factors are lack of funds, lack of young dancers and performers, lack of explanation during performances, so viewers can only enjoy the show without knowing the history, meaning and values contained in the endel mask dance.

Abstract

Multiculturalism is a culture or perspective and lifestyle in society. Where in there are various cultural differences, race, religion, gender, ethnicity, language and others. This research is supported by students who have multiculturalism studies. Which is a tribe, suk and culture. Therefore multiculturalism education in the ulumul Qur’an Islamic boarding school in Langkdat is able to provide and carry out multiculturalism education in it which is not in accordance with one another. With the aim of building peace with one another. And to get to know each other the various cultures of each individual, also the creation of good communication between one another. This research is a study using historical research methods and research through one of the alumni of the pesantren Ulumul Qur'an. the results or research findings are the ulumul qura'an pesantren has carried out the multicultural education process. This multicultural education includes the boarding school curriculum implicitly. Which in no way distinguishes between students with one another with a variety of cultures that have.

Abstract

JNE Cabang Ketapang merupakan perusahaan angkutan dan pengiriman jasa yang berada di Kabupaten Ketapang. Dalam upaya meningkatkan daya saing yang ada serta untuk mempertahankan pelanggannya agar tetap menggunakan jasa JNE Cabang Ketapang perusahaan selalu berusaha meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan serta ketepatan waktu yang diberikan agar sesuai dengan yang diinginkan pelanggan. Namun pada kenyataanya masih ditemukan permasalahan yang memnyebabkan turunnya tingkat kepuasan konsumen. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut, maka diperlukan beberapa alternatif rekomendasi perbaikan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan tersebut. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu memperoleh pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan pelanggan dalam menggunakan layanan jasa dari JNE Cabang Ketapang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda untuk menghitung besarnya pengaruh variabel bebas terhadap satu variabel terikat. Variabel bebasnya yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu dan variabel terikatnya yaitu kepuasan pelanggan. Perhitungan yang dilakukan yaitu menghitung uji hipotesis, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heterokedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial, uji simultan dan uji determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah kedua variabel yaitu kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan (Y), maka kesimpulannya bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel kualitas pelayanan dan ketepatan waktu terhadap kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar 11% sedangkan sisanya 89% dijelaskan dari variabel atau faktor-faktor lainnya diluar penelitian ini. Adapun rekomendasi perbaikan yang dapat diberikan yaitu pegawai JNE Cabang Ketapang bisa lebih cepat dan tanggap dalam menanggapi keluhan pelanggan atau bisa dengan membuat loket khusus pengaduan, membuat penjadwalan untuk mengevaluasi setiap kinerjanya terutama dalam hal memberikan pelayanan yang terbaik untuk pelanggan seperti memberikan sapaan serta senyuman saat menghadapi pelanggan, dapat menerapkan sistem inventory control digudang penyimpanan agar paket dapat dikirim pada jadwal yang telah ditentukan dan wajib menyediakan kotak saran dan membuat web sebagai media untuk pelanggan dalam menyampaikan kritik dan saran.Kata Kunci: JNE, Kepuasan Pelanggan, Ketepatan Waktu, Kualitas Pelayanan, Regresi Linear Berganda.

Abstract

When it comes to preach (da'wah), it can be challenging to connect with university students as the main target audience, particularly those who are not very involved in religious activities. Additionally, there are limitations in terms of human resources, budget, and infrastructure that can impact the implementation of effective communication tactics. This study aims to analyze the communication strategies utilized by campus da'wah institutions as a means of assistance for da'wah activists at IAIN Langsa. The data was obtained through in-depth interviews with da'wah institution managers and activists, as well as participatory observation of da'wah activities. The results show that effective communication strategies play a vital role in extending the reach of da'wah, reinforcing the Islamic identity of students, and boosting participation in da'wah activities. The importance of improving communication strategies to boost the impact of da'wah on campus and promoting a deeper understanding of the role of da'wah institutions in molding a community based on Islamic values at IAIN Langsa is highlighted by this research.

Everything that smells renewal naturally own possible impact to direction positive and also negative. Everything depends to individual each of them. is change That used to good direction or No. If done to good direction so naturally change the worth positive. Vice versa, if done to negative direction , then neither did the results obtained Good . Teachers are considered as someone who is perfect, p This because the teacher is considered as a person of merit in make somebody so that become success . In writing study This researcher use method nature research qualitative. Study qualitative nature to collection information with forms of data and documents as supporter facts on the ground. Result of study This show that the CK ability of the teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan is already OK, the PK skills of the SKI teachers at MAN 2 Model Medan are also good enter to good category, temporary Kindergarten abilities of SKI teachers in MAN 2 Model Medan are still Not yet Good. This matter seen from response students who feel bored in learning. The way it should be need improved returned by the teachers viz enhancement in control Technology and its applications in learning. This matter aim For makes it easier in delivery teaching materials and make it easy in reach objective learning.

Abstract

To become a teacher, you must have a strong and admirable personality. The character required of a teacher is steady, stable, mature, wise and authoritative. The teacher's personality has a great influence on the student learning process. Experience shows that problems such as motivation, discipline, social behavior, academic achievement, and the desire to continue learning from students stem from the teacher's personality. This study aims to clarify the character of the teacher. This type of research is qualitative research that uses a series of sentences to describe the data. The method used in this research is descriptive method. The results of this study indicate that a good teacher who is liked by his students must have good attitudes and behavior. Because the teacher's attitude reflects the character of that person. Oemar Hamarik said that a good teacher is one that his students like in class, namely democratic, cooperative, kind, patient, fair, consistent, open, he said a good and warm-hearted teacher.

Abstract

Peranan BAZNAS sebagai lembaga pengelola zakat dalam menanggulangi kesenjangan sosial di Kabupaten Bengkalis dengan adanya Undang-undang Nomor 23 tahun 2011 tentang pengelolaan zakat semakin mengukuhkan peran BAZNAS sebagai lembaga yang berwenang melakukan pengelolaan Zakat, Infak, Sedekah dan dana Sosial Keagamaan lainnya. Zakat adalah ibadah maaliyah yang mempunyai dimensi pemerataan karunia Allah SWT sebagai fungsi sosial ekonomi, sebagai perwujudan solidaritas sosial, pernyataan rasa kemanusiaan dan keadilan, pembuktian persaudaraan Islam, pengikat persatuan umat, sebagai pengikat bathin antara golongan kaya dan miskin serta sebagai sarana membangun kedekatan antara yang kuat dengan yang lemah. Zakat juga merupakan ibadah mu’amalah ijtima’iyah yang memiliki dimensi ekonomi dan sosial kemasyarakatan. Di dalam zakat terdapat dua dimensi sekaligus, yakni dimensi kepatuhan atau ketaatan seorang hamba kepada Allah SWT sekaligus dimensi kepedulian terhadap sesama dalam hubungan sosial sesama manusia.  Program-program BAZNAS Bengkalis dalam menanggulangi kesenjangan sosial sebagai berikut: Bengkalis Sejahtera, Bengkalis Sehat, Bengkalis Peduli, Bengkalis Smart, dan Bengkalis Taqwa.

Abstract

According to the Islamic educational paradigm known as Wahdatul Ulum, knowledge comes from the One Supreme Being (Allah swt.). Many academic institutions are now concerned with using this paradigm-based teaching to instill the significance of religious education in future teachers, especially those who will teach at the SD/MI level. The purpose of this study is to explain the ideas and principles behind the wahdatul ulum paradigm and the consequences they have for MI/SD teachers. This kind of research combines the qualitative research approach with the literature study method. gathering information and materials for study analysis employing scientific literature, such as articles, books, proceedings, and the final project (thesis, thesis or dissertation). Additionally, research materials were double-checked to ensure the data's veracity, and reliable websites like Google Scholar and Sinta were identified. The study's findings show that (1) the wahdatul ulum paradigm emphasizes the connections between the holistic system of the universe to knowledge, leading to the belief that acquired knowledge and perennial knowledge are integral (one unit or whole); (2) the Koran, hadith, and the universe serve as the paradigm's foundation; (3) using this paradigm for SD/MI teachers has the implications of strengthening their religious and integral personalities.

Abstract

The difference in societal perspective regarding personal well-being and understanding life choices is genuinely diverse. Lately, there is a prevalent thought where individuals believe that personal well-being can be achieved by choosing to live without children. Most of them prefer to prioritize their careers, education, or other activities that they believe can bring greater happiness and well-being to their lives. This topic has become a frequently discussed subject in almost every region of Indonesia, especially in urban areas. Not only facing negative stigma, the choice to live a life without children in Indonesia also carries positive connotations. Views on child-free in Indonesia are highly diverse, considering the many differences in social environments and each individual’s personal experiences. In this research, the Naïve Bayes algorithm is used as a sentiment classifier in the form of textual data collected through Twitter using the Rapid Miner. The data collection period spanned from May 3rd to May 10th, 2023. The research aims to analyze and present data regarding public sentiment towards the child-free phenomenon in Indonesia. The results of this research reveal the presence of 320 positive sentiments and 180 negative sentiments, with the accuracy value of the Naïve Bayes algorithm in conducting sentiment analysis on the child-free phenomenon reached 95.00%.
