Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study was that the assessment aspects such as psychomotor, affective, and cognitive were not yet implemented, because some teachers did not design the scoring system neatly in writing, so that the evaluation conducted by the teacher was  not well planned. The purpose of the study was to find out the evaluation of physical education learning at the senior high school teachers in the city of Pontianak. The method used in this study was a descriptive method and a form of survey research. The population in this study amounted to 15 teachers. The sample used total sampling totaling 15 high school teachers in the city of Pontianak. Based on the results of the research conducted on the evaluation of penjasorkes learning classified into two categories. A very good category is 66.7%, and teachers who were included in the good category amount to 33.3%, while those included in the category were enough and less that was equal to 0%. The number of scores for all teacher groupings is 347, which means that the evaluation of physical education learning for all senior secondary school teachers in Pontianak City was included in the excellent category. Keywords:       Evaluation, Learning, Physical Education

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this study is how much students interest and motivation for karate sports? The purpose of the study was to determine students' interests and motivations for karate sports. The research method is descriptive with a quantitative approach with the form of a survey. Data collection techniques use questionnaires or questionnaires. Data analysis used descriptive percentages. The population is a class of 2015-2016 as many as 177 people, while the sampling uses random or random, which is 25% of the 177 population of 45 people. The results showed that interest in karate sports was based on attitude indicators with an average of 3.54 (91.12%) good categories, ideals with an average of 2.52 (66.67%) enough categories, attention indicators with an average of 2.31 or (80%) enough categories. While the pleasure indicator with an average of 2.07 or (55%) the category is not good. Motivation towards karate sports based on parental indicators with an average of 3.24 (64.45%) in good categories, indicators of facilities and infrastructure with an average of 3.08 (53.33%) enough categories, friend indicators with an average 2.38 (93.33%) enough categories. While the environmental indicators with an average of 2.09 (66.67%) are not good categories.Keywords:. Interest, Motivation, Karate Sports

Abstract

AbstractThe problem in this research is how to improve the learning outcomes of bypass style by using play approach on the students of class VI SDN 05 Setabar Landak District ?. The purpose of this research is to improve the learning outcomes by using a play approach. This research uses classroom action research which is the basis for improving the learning that will be produced, with the following steps: 1) Planning, 2) implementation, 3) observation, 4) reflection; Subjects used as many as 28 students. Data were collected by questionnaire / questionnaire and test each cycle. From the results of the research In the preliminary test before the action was seen that the learning value of the sideways force tossing force averaged 64th grade and the number of percentage of classical completeness only reached 25%. In the first cycle action using the play approach can improve learning sideways stylistic departure force obtained average learning outcome 74 with 64% classical mastery. In the second cycle action by using the play approach can improve learning sideways stylistic departure force obtained average learning outcome 77 with classical completeness increased by 96% and observation value of student activity getting better. Keywords: Learning, Reject Bullets, Play Approach.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the inquiry learning model on the learning outcomes of basketball shooting in the class X SMA PGRI 1 pontianak students. This research method used an experimental method with a quasy experiment research design that was a non equivalent control group design. The population in this study were class X students with 70 people. Sampling using non probability sampling techniques in the form of saturated sampling. Data analysis using t-test. The results showed the value of the initial test (pretest) was the lowest value of 27 and the highest score of 81 with the average score of 49.88, while the final test score (posttest) was obtained by the lowest score of 45 and score 100 with an average value of 78.54 can be seen an increase with a difference in the average value of 28.66 with a percentage of 57.46%. Based on the results above, it showed that the inquiry learning model was very effective on the learning outcomes of basketball shooting in class X SMA PGRI 1 Pontianak students.Keywords: Basketball,Model of Inquiry Learning, Shooting

Abstract

Physical fitness and self-confidence are very important aspects for success in the game. However, measurements are rarely carried out. This research aims to determine the level of physical fitness and self-confidence of futsal extracurricular students. This research is a descriptive quantitative type of research using a survey method, in this research there are tests and measurements given. The research instrument used TKJI 12-15 years. The subjects in this research were 20 futsal extracurricular participants at SMP Negeri 11 Pontianak. The research results showed that the level of physical fitness among futsal extracurricular students was 16 students in the moderate category with a percentage of 80% and there were 4 students in the poor category with a percentage of 20%. Furthermore, the level of self-confidence among futsal extracurricular students has very good self-confidence, this result is proven by the fact that there are 12 students in the very good category with a percentage of 60% and there are 8 students who have good self-confidence with a percentage of 40%. The results of this study show that it can be concluded that the students' physical fitness is in the medium category. Based on the results of self-confidence in futsal extracurricular students, the average results are in the good category.

Abstract

Kebugaran jasmani yang ada di sekolah mampu di dapat dengan maksimal melalui pembelajaran PJOK atau bentuk kegiatan di luar sekolah seperti ekstrakurikuler yang dapat memaksimalkan gerak fisik secara keseluruhan. Proses pertumbuhan dan perkembangan fisik siswa sekolah dasar secara biologis meliputi pertumbuhan otot, tulang, dan otak. beberapa contoh tes kebugaran untuk Pendidikan jasmani yang telah berkembang di lingkungan Pendidikan seperti Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia atau biasa disingkat TKJI TKJI berguna untuk mengukur Kesegaran Jasmani seseorang dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari tanpa mengalami kelelahan yang berlebihan. TKJI selain untuk mengukur tingkat Kesegaran Jasmani seseorang, TKJI berguna untuk mengukur kemampuan fisik seseorang. Tes dilakukan dengan lima penilaian yaitu: Lari Cepat (Sprint), Gantung Siku Tekuk (Pull-Up), Baring Duduk (Sit-Up), Loncat Tegak (Vertcal Jump), Lari Jarak Sedang (Medium Distance Running). Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara atau selanjutnya disingkat TKPN terdiri dari beberapa item tes di antaranya: Indeks masa tubuh (IMT), V Sit and Reach, Sit-up atau baring duduk, Squat thrust, Tes Progressive Aerobic Cardiovascular Endurance Run (PACER). Tujuan diadakannya kegiatan ini adalah sosialisasi secara komprehensif terkait dengan TKPN, agar guru PJOK yang dalam hal ini sebagai salah satu user utama bisa mendapatkan pengetahuan, pemahaman serta keterampilan dalam pelaksanaan TKPN. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di kecamatan Paloh Kabupaten Sambas Kalimantan Barat, Sasaran Program PKM kali ini adalah guru-guru PJOK yang ada di sekolah pada kecamatan Paloh.
