Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keterampilan tehnik dasar sepakbola LPI smp 3 pontianak Tahun 2012. Metode penelitian ini yang di gunakan adalah metode deskriptif, dengan pengumpulan data mengunakan tes tehnik dasar sepakbola Short Passed terbaik 7.33 dtk sedang 8.00 dtk dan kurang 8.02 dtk, Dribling ball terbaik 1.30 dtk sedang 2.01 dtk dan kurang 2.30 dtk, Running With the ball terbaik 1.03 dtk sedang 2.28 dtk dan kurang 2.30 dtk, Heading the ball terbaik 6m sedang 5m kurang 4.5m, Shoting at the ball terbaik 55 sedang 40 kurang 30, Thow In terbaik 13 m sedang 11 m kurang 8 m, populasi dalam penelitian ini siswa yang ikut LPI smp 3 pontianak yang berjumlah 20 pemain, pengambilan data melalui tes keterampilan mengunakan metode diskriptif.The study aims to determine the skill level of the basic technique of football LPI smp 3 pontianak 2012. Abstract

Physical education is an education that is geared towards the development of human motion as a whole and therefore the need for special attention and continuous, in this era of education itself should never be made arbitrarily without any firm and clear concepts, many teachers in the learning process experienced problems such as not looking at the characteristics of students who are facing conditions that is where the actual students need to move freely liluasan but the fact that students feel pressured irregular movement patterns are not conveyed by skill learning approach therefore time is the right solution in the process dariyang easy steps towards a difficult or from leading to the complex simple, the results are still having difficulty teryata approach in conducting basic technique passing the ball in the leg.

Abstract

Abstract The problem in this study is the lack of student focus when learning Physical Education in the 2013 curriculum takes place at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. The purpose of this research is to find out how much effectiveness the Physical Education learning time is in the 2013 curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive survey method. The population in this study is the teaching and learning process of class X and XI in 2019/2020 at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Sampling from the results of cluster random sampling is the teaching and learning process of odd semester 2019 in class X IPS 2 and XI IPA 5 in SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Data collection techniques are performed using the method of observation or observation. The results of research on the effectiveness of Penjasorkes learning time in the 2013 curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak. Generally based on the results of research on the effectiveness of Penjasorkes learning time in the 2013 curriculum at SMA Negeri 2 Pontianak as a whole the average time of focus of students in class X IPS 2 was 91.53%. As for the average time of learning focus in class XI Science 5 obtained an overall percentage of 93.42% with very effective criteriaKeywords: Effectiveness of Learning Time Physical Education Curriculum 2013

Abstract

AbstractThe reseach problem in this rpspach is the low ability to smash kedeng extracurricular soccer takraw athletes SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak. This respach  to purpos the effect of drill training using the hanging ball media on the smash ability of kedeng sepak takraw soccer takraw extracurricular athletes at SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak City. The research method used in this research is experiment. The form of experimental design use One Group Pretest-Posttest. Sampling use a purposive sampling technique, namely 21 students from Pontianak City Junior High School who participated in extracurricular activities totaling 20 students. Data analysis was performed by t-test analysis, but before the t-test the normality and homogeneity tests were first performed. The results of the study are Thitung> Ttabel (4.19> 2,093). From tha drill we can see an increase the studnk ability about 2.6034 which catagorized strong effect,tis indicatil there is a significan result on the drill training method using the hanging ball media on the kedeng sepak takraw smash ability. Smash results after being treated (treatment), in the mean posttest is greater than the mean pretest (16.45> 7.45). It Means the results of the kedeng sepak takraw smash ability on extracurricular students of SMP Negeri 21 Pontianak City have increased. Therefore, drill training using hanging ball media can be applied to kedeng sepak takraw smash practice. Keywords: Drill Training, Hanging Ball Media, Smash kedeng

Abstract

Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh intlegensi kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar lompat jangkit melalui media kotak lompat pada siswa kelas XI IPS A di SMAN 1 Ngabang.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimen dengan bentuk pre-experimental design.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI IPS A SMAN 1 Ngabang, yang berjumlah 32 orang. Dalam penelitian ini melakukan tekniksamplingjenuhyaitu mengambil seluruh Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI IPS A SMAN 1 Ngabang  yang berjumlah 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan yaitu kemampuan siswa yang terdiri dari 32 sampel maka diperoleh hasil untuk tes awal (pretest) yaitu rata-rata 17.06, skor minimal 13, skor maksima 19, dengan standar deviasi1.899 Sedangkan untuk tes akhir (posttest) yaitu rata-rata 19.53, skor minimal 14, skor maksimal23, dengan standar deviasi2.271.Hasil ttest = 12.964 lebih besar dari nilai ttabel = 2.039, artinya hipotesis diterima berarti terdapat pengaruh intlegensi kinestetik terhadap hasil belajar lompat jangkit siswa kelas XI IPS A di SMAN 1 Ngabang. Adapun persentase peningkatan adalah sebesar 14.47%. Kata Kunci:Intelegensi Kinestetik, Hasil Belajar Lompat jangkit Abstract: The aim of this study was to determine the effect on learning outcomes kinesthetic intelegensi tiple jump through the media box to jump on A class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Ngabang. The method used in this study is the experimental method to form a pre-experimental design. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Ngabang A, which amounted to 32 people. In this study perform saturation sampling technique that is taking the whole sample used in this study were all student of class XI IPS SMAN 1 Ngabang A totaling 32 students. Research result obtained, namely the ability of students consisting of 32 sample of the obtained reslts for the initial test (pretest) with an average of 17,06 a minimum score of 13, a score maximal 19, with a standard deviation of 1,899, while for the final test (posttest) which is a average 19,53 a minimum score of 14 , a maximum score of 23, with a standard deviasi of 2.271. finaily test = 12.964 is grater than the value of table = 2,039, meaning that the hypnothesis is accepted intelegensi kinesthetic means there is influence of learning outcomes triple jump A class XI IPS in SMAN 1 Ngabang. Abstract

Abstrak: Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada pegawai administrasi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pegawai administrasi Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif dengan bentuk survei. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tanggal 22 Mei 2015 di halaman depan FKIP Untan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 89 orang. Sampel berjumlah 19 orang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tingkat kebugaran jasmani pegawai administrasi FKIP Untan Pontianak tergolong pada 5 kategori yaitu sangat baik sebanyak 1 orang atau sebesar 5,2%, kategori baik sebanyak 4 orang atau sebesar 21,1%, kategori sedang sebanyak 4 orang atau sebesar 21,1%, kategori kurang sebanyak 6 orang atau sebesar 31,5%, dan kategori sangat kurang sebanyak 4 orang atau sebesar 21,1%. Secara keseluruhan status kebugaran jasmani pegawai FKIP Untan Pontianak dalam kategori Kurang. Yaitu berjumlah 6 orang atau sebesar 31,5%.Kata Kunci: Kebugaran Jasmani, Pegawai Administrasi. Abstact: The problem in this research is how the level of physical fitness to the administrative staff the Faculty of Education University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of physical fitness administrative staff the Faculty of Education University of Tanjungpura Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method with a survey form. This research was conducted on May 22, 2015 on the front page FKIP Untan. The population in this study amounted to 89 people. Samples numbered 19 people. Based on the results of physical fitness level administrative staff FKIP Untan Pontianak classified in five categories: very good as much as 1 person or 5.2%, both categories as many as 4 people or by 21.1%, the category was as much as 4 people or by 21.1 %, less category as much as 6 people or 31.5%, and the category is very less as many as 4 people or by 21.1%. Overall physical fitness status of employees FKIP Untan Pontianak in the category less. Which amounted to 6 people, or 31.5%. Keywords : Physical Fitness, Administrative Staff.

Abstract

AbstractThe problem discussed in this study is How big is the level of futsal basic technical skills in extracurricular SMA Negeri 1 Galing Sambas Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of futsal basic technical skills in extracurricular SMA 1 Galing Sambas Regency.The study was conducted with the method used in this study was a descriptive method, aimed at knowing the level of futsal basic skills of futsal extracurricular students at SMA Negeri 1 Galing Sambas Regency. The population in this study were futsal extracurricular students of SMA Negeri 1 Galing Sambas Regency, with a total of 35 students, with a total of 40 students. This research technique uses tests and measurements, namely tests with a grid measuring instruments measuring basic skills in playing futsal students. Data analysis using percentages.The results of the study concluded that the level of futsal basic technical skills in extracurricular SMA 1 Galing Sambas Regency was included in the Fair category. Where the results of the Basic Technical Skills test playing futsal extracurricular participants futsal SMA 1 Galing Sambas Regency are presented in the form of frequencies (percent). "good" category: 2 players or (5.71%), "good" category: 7 players or (20%), "enough" category: 14 players or equal (40%), "less" category: 10 players or (28.57%), and the category of "very poor": 2 players or (5.71%). With these results, the level of futsal playing skills of futsal extracurricular members at Galing 1 Galing Sambas Regency was stated as "enough". Keywords: Basic skills in playing futsal

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to improve the ability of dribbling in football extracurricular students.The problems that occur in the first dribbling field always widen. Second, touch the foot on the ball too far. The three eyes always go down. Fourth, the position of the body is not parallel when dribbling the ball. Fifth, speed in dribbling is still lacking. Students perform techniques in their own style, do not follow the instructions of the trainer and students feel bored with the training methods not yet using tools to improve their dribbling skills. This problem results in a lack of students' dribbling skills. The form of research used was an experiment using an exercise media audio visual video games training dribbling. The research subjects were 20 participants from Aliya Negeri 1 Pontianak Madrasah 1 Pontianak soccer extracurricular participants. The results of the pretest and posttest dribbling ability are soccer participants in the pretest (68.4), while the posttest is (79.25) and the accumulation of both is the average (79.25) the lowest value (54) the highest value (100) the Standard Deviation (10.20). Data Normality Test Results with the Sig preetest values declared normal. Results Homogeneity of data is declared homogeneous. T Test results are 0.05> 0.00 then Ho is rejected.
