Abstract

ABSTRAK   Penerapan metode pengarsipan secara elektronik dalam sebuah organisasi diperlukan untuk mendukung kegiatan pengarsipan upaya tercapai efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam pengelolaan, serta mampu melestarikan arsip yang memiliki informasi atau nilai penting bagi penggunanya. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan penulis adalah jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan studi dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan penulis adalah domain. Dalam penerapan arsip elektronik, jenis media yang digunakan bermacam-macam seperti CD, DVD, mikrofilm dan media elektronik lainnya. Pengelolaan arsip statis tersebut terdiri dari tiga tahapan yaitu, akuisisi, pendeskripsian umum, dan preservasi. Untuk menunjang kegiatan penerapan dibutuhkan sarana dan prasarana yang baik untuk pengawasan dan pemeliharaan agar tercapai tujuan yang telah direncanakan. Selain itu juga dibutuhkan sistem yang sesuai untuk penerapan yang dilaksanakan dengan didukung oleh personil pengarsipan yang kompeten di bidangnya, serta memiliki keterampilan dan kemampuan yang mendukung penerapan arsip elektronik.   Kata kunci: Arsip elektronik, Metode pengarsipan elektronik   ABSTRACT Implementation of electronic archiving methods within an organization is required to support archiving activities in order to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in archiving management, and to preserve documents or informations that have significant value for its users. Type of this research is descriptive research using qualitative approach. Data collection techniques used by the author are observation, interviews and documentation study. Data analysis techniques used by the author is the domain. Implementation of electronic archiving methods using vary types of media such as CDs, DVDs, microfilm and other electronic media. The static archive management consists of three stages: acquisition, general description and preservation. In order to support the implementation, good facilities and infrastructures are required for supervision and maintenance to achieve the goals planned. It also need a suitable system supported by personnels that competent in their field, and have the skills and abilities which support the implementation of electronic archiving. Abstract

Wireless technology is a solution to reach hard-to-reach places using cable technology. The use of wireless technology can reach these areas without using copper or cables in the data transmission process. Communication technology using wireless is one solution to connect the control system to support the creation and achievement of the goals of the 4.0 revolution so that control and monitoring become easier. With the convenience provided by wireless technology such as connecting various types of system devices between other systems. One type of wireless technology is WPAN, especially on the ZigBee system from Digi International with the IEEE 802.15.4 protocol standard with low power consumption and working at a frequency of 2.4 GHz. Utilization of the communication system from the ZigBee protocol can control according to the range capabilities of the ZigBee system. ZigBee's ability and use of communication can perform communication control robot sumobot (slave robot) and remote control (robot leader) as an introduction to command data to carry out movements on the slave robot in accordance with the orders from the robot leader After trying XBEE to send data at a certain distance without experiencing data loss, the best distance is obtained, namely 1 - 100 meters with the firmware coordinator and router settings. Data delays can be minimized with a transfer rate of 3 kbps in the data transfer rate.
