Abstract

This study aims to generate the valid and practical PISA-like mathematics problems on uncertainty and data using the football game context of Asian Games. It also aims to see the potential effects of the problems towards the high school students’ mathematical ability. This study used a design research methodology with the type of development study which was divided into two stages, namely preliminary stage and formative evaluation stage. The preliminary stage covered the analysis of research subjects, curriculum analysis, PISA framework and creating a question instrument. The formative evaluation stage included the one to one consisting of three students together with expert review consisting of two validators, small group consisting of six students, and then the field test. This study produced valid and practical PISA-like mathematics problems on uncertainty and data content which have a potential effect on the senior high school students’ mathematical literacy ability. The validity was determined based on the expert review, while the practicality was determined based on one-to-one and small group assessment. The students' mathematical literacy abilities appeared during the research were communication, reasoning and argument, and devising strategies for problem-solving.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT Priamanaya Energi, Lahat site, to analyze the productivity of a Komatsu PC 300 excavator and a Hino 500 dump truck. The method used was a quantitative descriptive approach, collecting primary data on equipment cycle time and haul distance, as well as secondary data on equipment specifications and mine conditions. The calculations showed that excavator productivity was 200.94 tons/hour and dump truck productivity was 34.25 tons/hour, with a work efficiency of 81%. The actual match factor of 0.89, in this context, is close to the equipment compatibility figure, meaning that the number of equipment used is sufficient to match the working speed of the excavator, thus eliminating queues and waiting times for the excavator. Four main factors influencing productivity are the conditions of the mining front area, road conditions, weather conditions, and operator/driver skills. This research provides technical recommendations to improve equipment compatibility and production effectiveness in the field.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Dizamatra Powerindo, Site Lahat, untuk menganalisis produktivitas alat gali muat (excavator Caterpillar 345) dan alat angkut (dump truck Axors). Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data primer berupa waktu edar alat (cycle time) dan jarak angkut, serta data sekunder berupa spesifikasi alat dan kondisi tambang. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa produktivitas excavator sebesar 239,13 Ton/jam dan dump truck sebesar 34,85 Ton/jam, dengan efisiensi kerja 65%. Match factor aktual sebesar 0,73 menunjukkan ketidakseimbangan kerja antara alat gali muat dan alat angkut, yang mengakibatkan waktu tunggu bagi alat gali muat dan menurunnya efisiensi. Dengan penambahan 2 unit dump truck, nilai match factor dapat ditingkatkan di angka 1 yaitu 1,02. Yang mencerminkan keserasian optimal antar alat. Faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas meliputi kondisi medan kerja, kualitas jalan angkut, serta pola pemuatan. Penelitian ini memberikan rekomendasi teknis untuk meningkatkan keserasian alat dan efektivitas produksi di lapangan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi konsumsi bahan bakar alat angkut Double Trailer K500 Renault terhadap produktivitas pada operasi hauling PT Kumala Bahtera Utama. Pengamatan dilakukan selama 20 hari untuk memperoleh data operasional harian mencakup konsumsi bahan bakar, produktivitas, serta fuel ratio (liter/ton). Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata produktivitas aktual adalah 18,33 ton/jam, lebih rendah dari target rencana sebesar 22,67 ton/jam. Sementara itu, rata-rata fuel ratio yang diperoleh sebesar 0,72 liter/ton, yang digunakan sebagai tolok ukur efisiensi konsumsi bahan bakar. Tingginya cycle time dan lost time terbukti berpengaruh negatif terhadap efisiensi pengangkutan dan produktivitas alat. Efisiensi terbaik dicapai saat fuel ratio rendah dan tidak terdapat gangguan operasional. Berdasarkan temuan ini, disarankan agar perusahaan melakukan optimalisasi jadwal operasional, meningkatkan kualitas perawatan alat, serta memberikan pelatihan bagi operator guna mendukung peningkatan efisiensi konsumsi bahan bakar dan produktivitas hauling.
