Abstract

Penyakit TB paru merupakan masalah utama kesehatan masyarakat di Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Kecamatan Pringgabaya merupakan penyumbang terbanyak kasus TB paru BTA positif selama tiga tahun terakhir.Meningkatnya jumlah kasus TB paru BTA positif ini disebabkan oleh adanya faktor risiko yang memicunya seperti faktor risiko lingkungan, demografi, sosial ekonomi, dan perilaku.Analisis spasial menggunakan Sistem Informasi Geografis dapat mengidentifikasi distribusi dan clustering kasus, serta mengidentifikasi faktor risiko yang mempengaruhinya.Tujuan Penelitian untuk mengetahui distribusi spasial dan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru.Merupakan penelitian deskriptif analitik dengan rancangan case control menggunakan bantuan Sistem Informasi Geografis untuk memperoleh gambaran distribusi spasial dan faktor risiko yang berhubungan dengan kejadian TB paru.Hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat hubungan antara variabel ventilasi, merokok dalam rumah, tinggal serumah, dan penggunaan bahan bakar memasak dengan kejadian TB paru. Terdapat 2 cluster yang signifikan yaitu most likely cluster pada koordinat (-8,55877 LS dan 116,63217 BT) dengan radius 0,63 Km, dan secondary cluster pada koordinat (-8,573060 LS dan 116,60100 BT) dengan radius 0,60 Km. Analisis buffer terdapat cluster dengan radius 0 - 1.500 meter dari Puskesmas, dan radius 0 - 100 meter dari jalan. Kesimpulan: faktor risiko yang terkuat pengaruhnya yaitu penggunaan bahan bakar kayu untuk memasak (OR=4,176).

Abstract

The purpose of this observation is to analyze the influence of Lake Rayo festival event dimension on tourists' decision to visit. The quantitative approach is used by distributing questionnaires as a data-gathering tool. Population of these observations is tourists who have visited the Lake Rayo Festival within three years. This sampling method uses purposive sampling with 115 samples. Data analysis technique based on multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 vers. The proceed of observations reveal lest tourist decisions can be influenced by the dimensions of hospitality and symbolism. Meanwhile, it can be revealed that the dimensions of uniqueness, authenticity, theming, and festive spirit do not drive the decision to visit. The coefficient of determination shows that these variables can explain 60.9% of the variation in the decision to visit. Meanwhile, the rest is impacted by other factors not discussed of this observation. Event organizers are advised to continue improving these elements through authentic cultural presentation, event innovation, festive atmosphere, friendly service, and strong and meaningful symbolism. In addition, periodic research and evaluation are also important to understand visitor trends and preferences to improve the quality of future events. Therefore, to increase the attractiveness and success of the event in the future, organizers need to pay attention to and implement the suggestions provided based on the findings of this study.

Abstract

Cek Onah songket business is one of the Palembang songket weaving craftsmen. So far, the products have only been marketed through word of mouth marketing and participating in exhibition activities as a promotional medium, so that the market share has not reached the expected target, and it is necessary to do online marketing as a promotional medium in order to introduce Cek Onah's songket products to the wider community. Instagram is a platform that can be used as a business development through digital marketing. This service aims to design digital marketing through Instagram and publish the results of Instagram content design as a promotional media for Cek Onah's songket business owned by Mrs.Hj.Cek Onah. The target achieved is to produce online promotional media in the form of Instagram post content such as feeds, video reels, and instagram stories to develop and reach a wider business market and can use it as an effort to increase digital marketing of songket woven fabric products so that sales turnover increases and maximum profits are achieved.
