Abstract

The aeronautics sector, including aircraft construction, parts supply or maintenance of aircraft parts, and repair and modification services, is currently one of the most dynamic industries in the world. The business performance of aircraft maintenance companies is highly dependent on the Safety Management System (SMS) and Capability Building (CB). This research is a synthesis formed integrative based on various previous research literature modified by researchers. The population in this study were company leaders or parties representing them in private and state-owned Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) companies, totaling 119, with a sample of 91 respondents. This research was verification research with an explanatory survey. Data analysis used the Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach through the SmartPLS software. We found that MRO business performance is influenced by SMS and CB in aircraft maintenance service companies in Indonesia. CB mediated the effect of SMS on Business Performance in aircraft maintenance service companies in Indonesia. MRO business performance can be further improved with intervention from CB based on SMS integration. SMS was so integrated with CB that SMS could not develop without CB, and vice versa. One aspect that needed to continue to develop here was an assessment related to identifying accident risks in the SMS, which was integrated with various maintenance and overhauls in the CB. Keywords: Capability Building; MRO business performance; Safety Management System; Indonesian aviation sector.

Abstract

Data merupakan hal yang berharga dan bersifat pribadi bagi perseorangan maupun perusahaan. Akan tetapi, pencurian data seringkali dilakukan terhadap sistem keamanan data yang memiliki celah. Hacking ini sudah marak dilakukan oleh kalangan muda. Jika tidak diarahkan dengan baik, besar kemungkinan banyak generasi muda yang menjadi pelaku cyber crime. Selain itu, untuk melakukan investigasi terhadap cyber crime, diperlukan juga digital forensic terhadap perangkat. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan pengabdian ini, akan memberikan edukasi kepada para anak SMA sebagai generasi muda dengan harapan agar para generasi muda tidak menjadi korban atau pelaku. Abstract

The supply chain management is an emerging discipline, which during the course of three decades has emerged from an operational function to a competitive strategy. The authors have employed different theoretical models to explain the success factors of supply chain management. The current study is carried out to explain the relationship between HR practices and supply chain performance. In addition to that the current study, is also interested in finding the impact of organizational culture in the relationship between a set of HR practices and supply chain performance. To achieve the research objectives, we have employed two step smart PLS technique, which is one of the robust SEM technique of recent times. We have used the smart PLS as statistical tool to achieve the research objectives the data by mean of an adapted survey instrument in the form of questionnaire is collectedfrom the operation and finance managers of Indonesian manufacturing firms. The results of the current study are providing support to the hypothesized results. The direct and indirect relations appear positive and significant. The current study which in author knowledge is among few pioneering studies on this issue, will be helpful for financial experts, operation managers, academicians, researchers and other policy makers in formulating policies.

Abstract

The prime objective of this empirical research is exploring the role of supply chain financing in enhancing the supply chain management performance of the firms operating in the manufacturing sector of Indonesia. In addition to that the current study has also intended to study the impact of firm cash flow on supply chain management performance. Finally, the study has also examined the mediating role of firm cash flow in the relationship between supply chain financing and supply chain management performance. The multiple regression is used to achieve the novel objectives of the current study. The data by means of an adapted questionnaire is collected form the finance and operation managers of manufacturing firms listed in Indonesian stock exchange. Prior to regression analysis the data has undergone basic diagnostic test and after confirmation of reliability, validity and multicollinearity we have carried out a regression analysis. The direct relations of hypotheses H1,H2,and H3 are significant and positive, whereas the results of H4 are also significant, Which indicates that the firms cash flow mediates the relationship between supply chain financing and supply chain management performance

Abstract

Pada era digital, sekolah dituntut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran sekaligus memperkuat visibilitas daring sebagai media komunikasi, informasi, dan sarana belajar. Namun, SDN 162 Warung Jambu, Kota Bandung, masih menghadapi kendala karena pembelajaran didominasi metode konvensional dan informasi sekolah belum terintegrasi secara online. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian ini mengembangkan platform Learning Management System berbasis Moodle versi 4.3 dengan metode Research and Development menggunakan model Waterfall. Proses pengembangan meliputi analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, implementasi, pengujian menggunakan metode Black Box, serta pemeliharaan. Hasil pengembangan menghasilkan website e-learning dengan domain https://elearning.sdn162bandung.sch.id/ yang memfasilitasi pembelajaran daring, mulai dari akses materi, pengumpulan tugas, kuis, forum diskusi, hingga pemantauan nilai secara transparan. Pengujian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur pada peran admin, guru, dan siswa berfungsi sesuai kebutuhan tanpa kendala signifikan. Implementasi platform ini meningkatkan efisiensi pembelajaran, memperluas akses informasi akademik, serta memperkuat citra digital sekolah. Dengan demikian, pengembangan e-learning berbasis Moodle terbukti menjadi solusi efektif untuk mendukung transformasi digital sekolah dasar sekaligus mendorong terciptanya ekosistem pendidikan yang modern, adaptif, dan transparan.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that seriously impacts child growth and development. This study aims to compare the performance of the Naïve Bayes and K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN) algorithms in predicting stunting in toddlers in Banjaran District. The dataset consists of 12,000 toddler data points with three main features: age, gender, and height. The research employed a quantitative approach by applying machine learning algorithms. The SMOTE oversampling technique was applied only to the training data to avoid data leakage, and 5-fold cross-validation was used. A K-value of 3 was selected for the final KNN model based on validation curve analysis to prevent overfitting. The results show that KNN significantly outperformed Naïve Bayes across all evaluation metrics. The Naïve Bayes model yielded an accuracy of 67.50%, precision of 50.87%, recall of 61.38%, F1-score of 55.63%, specificity of 70.54%, and an AUC score of 75.71%. Meanwhile, the KNN (K=3) model achieved an accuracy of 99.11%, precision of 98.08%, recall of 99.25%, F1-score of 98.66%, specificity of 99.03%, and an AUC score of 99.65%. The performance difference between the two models was confirmed by McNemar's Test with a p-value < 0.05, indicating a statistically significant difference. The low performance of Naïve Bayes was attributed to the violation of the feature independence assumption, particularly the high correlation between age and height (r ≈ 0.87). In conclusion, KNN is the more appropriate algorithm for stunting prediction on this dataset. However, the limitation of features suggests the need for further research with additional variables and external validation before wider-scale implementation.

Abstract

Dalam era digital, sistem informasi berbasis web menjadi kebutuhan mendesak bagi institusi pendidikan untuk meningkatkan pendistribusikan informasi akademik, dan keterlibatan pendidik, peserta didik serta orang tua siswa. SDN 162 Warung Jambu Kiaracondong menghadapi kendala dalam peningkatan visibilitas dan pendistribusian informasi sekolah yang masih dilakukan secara manual. Oleh karena itu, dilakukan perancang dan pengembangkan situs web sekolah berbasis Laravel menggunakan metode Waterfall sebagai aspek dari digitalisasi pendidikan. Proses pengembangan mencakup analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, pengujian Black Box, serta evaluasi menggunakan alat ukur kualitatif dan deskriptif. Perancangan Antar muka menggunakan metode Design Thinking yang mengakomodasi aspek Interface dan User Experience.  Hasil menunjukkan bahwa situs web ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi yaitu: mempercepat akses informasi sekolah, serta memperkuat interaksi antara siswa, guru, dan orang tua. Pengujian sistem membuktikan bahwa seluruh fitur berfungsi sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang ditetapkan. Implementasi situs web sekolah ini menjadi solusi yang efektif dalam mendukung digitalisasi pendidikan dan meningkatkan distribusi informasi akademik bagi seluruh pemangku kepentingan di kalangan eduskatif SDN 162 Warung Jambu Kiaracondong.

In today's rapidly evolving educational landscape, there is a growing need to develop an IT infrastructure model that can effectively support web-based learning environments to enhance digital literacy. The proposed model offers a comprehensive framework for educational institutions to integrate digital technologies into their curricula seamlessly. Key elements of the model include essential hardware, user-friendly software, and advanced security measures, each playing a vital role in creating a seamless, secure, and efficient digital learning experience. This study explores the dynamic interactions among these components and their collective influence on fostering a conducive and productive web-based learning environment. By addressing the need for reliable infrastructure, scalable solutions, and robust security protocols, the model provides a holistic approach to improving digital literacy in educational contexts. The research underscores the critical role of a well-structured IT infrastructure in supporting digital education, offering actionable insights and recommendations for implementation. Moreover, it emphasizes that a well-developed IT infrastructure is foundational for the long-term success of web-based learning programs, enabling institutions to meet diverse learner needs, adapt to technological advances, and ensure sustainability in the digital education landscape.
