Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the influences of service quality dimensions such as tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy and Academic System Information to satisfaction and the influences of all variables to loyalty of students at Harapan Bangsa Purwokerto institute of health sciences. The used technique sampling in this study was random sampling method. The sample in this research was 128 respondents. The data collecting techniques is used observation and questionnaires. The data analytical technique used research instrument test such as validity and reliability tests, linearity test, hypothesis tests such as path analysis, t test, F test, determination coefficient, and coefficient correlation of variables. The test results showed that all instruments were valid and reliable. The analysis results of this study shown that: tangible, reliability, and assurance had a positive and significant effect to satisfaction, responsiveness and Academic Information System had a positive but insignificant effect to satisfaction. Empathy had a negative and insignificant effect to satisfaction. Tangibles, reliability, empathy and satisfaction had a positive and significant effect to loyalty, responsiveness and satisfaction had a positive but insignificant effect to loyalty, and assurance and Academic Information System had a negative and insignificant effect to loyalty. Tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, trust and satisfaction simultaneously had a significant effect to loyalty. The results of path analysis showed that: the direct effect of tangibles to loyalty was more effective rather than the indirect effect via satisfaction. The indirect effect of reliability to loyalty via satisfaction was more effective rather than the direct effect to loyalty. The direct effect of responsiveness to loyalty was more effective rather than the indirect effect via satisfaction. The indirect effect of assurance to loyalty via satisfaction was more effective rather than the direct effect to loyalty. The direct effect of empathy to loyalty was more effective rather than the indirect effect via satisfaction. The indirect effect of Academic Information System to loyalty via satisfaction was more effective rather than the direct effect to loyalty. The indirect effect of satisfaction as variable of intervening in this study was able to mediate variable of reliability, assurance and Academic Information System to loyalty but it was unable to mediate variable of tangibles, responsiveness and empathy to loyalty. Tangible was the most dominant variable effect to loyalty. The total effect of tangible to loyalty via satisfaction was most dominant total effect to loyaltyKeywords: Service quality dimensions, Academic Information System, satisfaction, and loyalty.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to study the feasibility of the Frutty Tutty Purwokerto business from a market and marketing perspektive as well as financial aspects. Frutty Tutty is a small business that combines food and drink ideas in a culinary setting. Qualitative research is used to collect primary data through interviews with business owners. The research results show that Frutty Tutty has used effective offline and online marketing strategies. Varied products, affordable prices and strategic locations are the keys to attracting customers. From the financial aspect of the Frutty Tutty business, it is a profitable business. This research provides insight into the feasibility of MSMEs such as Frutty Tutty regarding effective marketing strategies by paying attention to exploration and increasing market share.

Abstract

Live commerce media facilitates more transparent trade. This research investigated how trust in a streamer affects trust in a product, as well as the influence on the trust factor on purchase intention and the willingness to pay more. This research fills two empirical gaps. First, the number of studies on live commerce user behavior is still limited. Second, previous research on live commerce is restricted to a single platform and a single product category. SEM-PLS is used for analysis on 956 live commerce user data. Trust in streamer is statistically supported to have a positive effect on trust in product. Streamer trust and product trust are statistically supported to have a positive impact on purchase intention and readiness to pay more. This research is anticipated to add to the academic literature and contribute to generalizing tests on all live commerce platforms and all product categories.

Abstract

The micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) sector is one of the components that drives indonesia’s economic growth. Bank Jateng supports the goverment’s efforts to advance MSMEs by holding Micro Business Games (MBG). MBG is very important for MSME actors and prospective players to increase their knowledge of business management and financial literacy. This community service activity acts as a sinergy to help understand business management and financial literacy as the efficiency and effectiveness of entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Dalam era digitalisasi yang berkembang pesat, manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) mengalami transformasi signifikan dari fungsi administratif menjadi fungsi strategis berbasis teknologi. Digitalisasi, yang dipercepat oleh pandemi COVID-19, mendorong perusahaan untuk mengadopsi sistem kerja jarak jauh, HR Information System (HRIS), penggunaan big data, hingga kecerdasan buatan dalam praktik SDM. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh digitalisasi terhadap transformasi manajemen SDM di perusahaan, dengan fokus pada perubahan strategi, tantangan, serta peluang yang muncul. Digitalisasi mempercepat rekrutmen, memperbarui metode pelatihan, meningkatkan akurasi evaluasi kinerja, serta mendorong pengambilan keputusan berbasis data. Namun, tantangan seperti resistensi budaya organisasi, keterbatasan infrastruktur, dan potensi bias algoritmik juga harus dihadapi. Melalui kajian literatur, penelitian ini diharapkan memberikan pemahaman komprehensif mengenai peran teknologi dalam membentuk praktik manajemen SDM yang lebih adaptif, inklusif, dan berdaya saing di era modern.
