Pengolahan Elemen Pada Fasad Bangunan Apartement Cosmo Terrace Terhadap Tema Back To The City Utami, Iman Aji, Mutiara Dwi Lestari, Anastasia Levina Anthony Jurusan Teknik Arsitektur, Fakultas Teknik Sipil dan Perencanaan Institut Teknologi Nasional Email: iman.aji1894@gmail.com ABSTRAK Apartemen  memiliki atribut-atribut yang berperan dalam mendukung fungsi apartemen sebagai hunian serta merupakan faktor yang dipertimbangkan penghuni dalam memilih apartemen. Salah satu faktor yang paling mudah dinilai oleh orang awam adalah fasade sebuah bangunan. Dimana fasade merupakan muka dan citra yang ingin ditunjukan oleh sebuah bangunan yang dirancang yang menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi calon penghuni. Penelitian ini menganalisa keterkaitan antara tema konsep dengan fasade bangunan dengan tema yaitu “Back To The City’. Metoda yang dilakukan untuk menganalisa yaitu dengan pendekatan analisis deskriptif secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa suatu desain dapat mengekspresikan sesuatu pada hasil rancangan dengan tidak lagi terbatasi oleh material-material dan metode konstruksi sehingga perlakuan elemen terhadap fasade bangunan tidak dapat dikesampingkan. Kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi rujukan bagi mahasiswa arsitektur dan arsitek dalam mendesain pengolahan elemen fasade bangunan berupa rancangan fasade yang menjadi daya tarik akibat elemen fasade bangunan yang terbentuk. Kata Kunci: Bangunan tinggi apartemen, Bentuk massa dan material fasad bangunan ABSTRACT The apartments have attributes play a role in supporting the functions of the apartment as a residence as well as a factor that is taken into consideration in selecting the apartment dweller. One of the easiest factors assessed by lay people is the façade of a building. Where is the façade of the advance and the image want to shown by a building designed which becomes attraction for prospective residents. On this penilitian will be analyzed further regarding the interconnectedness between the theme concept with the façade. The survey was conducted on apartemen in Cosmo Terrace in the form of an analysis of the elements of the façade of the building and processing dependencies with the theme concept taken by officials ' Back To The City '. The interview will also be done to the building manager in the form of the intended purpose of taking the theme concept of ' Back To The City ' and mean of the façade of the building is being designed. This study aims to clarify that a design must be reflective of the theme in the take it and applying it against the design of the building itself. So that the public can know what the theme is applied on the building. Key words: high-rise apartment, shape and material of the facade of the building mass

Abstract

Abstract - The development of the times has an impact on all aspects including developments in the transportation sector, stations that serve passengers in the land transportation sector are also affected by the modernization style. The development of the era in question is modernization, where everyone wants to move quickly and practically. The modern style has an impact on the development of architectural styles, in other words, the shift in the original style of a building is displaced by a new style, namely the modern style. The purpose of this research is to know and understand the concept of acculturation that occurs in the Antwerp station building, to find out the elements that influence it and produce conclusions from the object of study discussed, namely at the Antwerp Centraal Station. The research method used is a qualitative method, which aims to see the value contained in the physical building. Followed by the descriptive method, where the data obtained were collected in accordance with the research conducted which was adapted to the theory used. So that the final result is in the form of a conclusion from the results of the analysis that has been done. The expected benefit is to be able to increase the knowledge and knowledge of the readers of the research that has been carried out by researchers.
