Abstract

The compliance of mother to take their under five-year old children to the posyandu is very beneficial for monitoring their children nutritional status. It is as an attempt to improve their nutritional status by routinely giving their compulsory vitamins and vaccinations. Accordingly, this research aims to know the correlation of mothers’ attitude to take the under-five year old children to posyandu and their children nutritional status. This study employed Cross Sectional study approach and was conducted on June 2017 in Mutiara Kasih Integrated Health Post of Batu Aji, Batam. The total population investigated was 244 mothers with under-five year old children attended this post, meanwhile, the sample was 144 toddlers selected through simple random sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaires and measured with anthropometrical scales. Precisely, this study used univariate and bivariate data analysis of Chi Square test on 95% significance level. The result presents that 82% children have good nutritional status, 14% are lack of nutrition, and 4% experience malnutrition verified by p-value of 0.000. In conclusion, there is a significant correlation between the attitude of mother to take their under-five year old children to integrated health post or posyandu and their children nutritional status. At last, it is recommended that the mothers to be more active in attending and taking their children to the posyandu to ensure the children have their nutrition fulfilled to support their growth.

Abstract

Capital market financing is one of the alternatives that can improve access to capital for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in the agribusiness sector. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital market financing on agribusiness sustainability, focusing on the case study of Kripik Dahlia MSMEs. Kripik Dahlia is an MSME engaged in the production of processed bananas, corn, pineapple, cassava chips etc. and has utilized financing from the capital market to develop its business. Using a qualitative method with a case study approach. The results showed that capital market financing helped Kripik Dahlia increase production capacity, diversify products, and expand market reach, both locally and internationally. However, they face obstacles such as limited knowledge, administrative difficulties, and lack of support from financial institutions. In conclusion, capital market financing provides great opportunities for MSMEs to grow. Education, simplification of administrative processes, and better support from financial institutions are needed to maximize the benefits of this financing for MSMEs.

Abstract

In elementary schools, maintaining students' learning motivation through the reconstruction of teaching methods is essential. The rationale for this research is to identify the negative impact of the lack of school facilities on students' learning motivation and to develop effective teaching methods to compensate for these limitations. The research steps include problem identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the reconstructed teaching methods. Data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and student learning assessments. The results of this research show that the reconstruction of teaching methods through creative utilization of available resources can enhance students' learning motivation. Students respond positively to a more interactive learning approach, including the use of easily accessible teaching materials and project-based learning. This research provides a significant contribution in the context of elementary education in schools with limited facilities by demonstrating that creativity in utilizing existing resources can overcome these constraints and maintain students' learning motivation. Recommendations for future research include observing the long-term impact of these teaching methods and adapting them to other elementary school conditions with similar facility limitations.

Abstract

The management of productive teachers in vocational schools faces significant challenges, particularly in cross-border educational institutions that experience limitations in human resources, recruitment authority, and professional development opportunities. This study aims to analyze the management of productive teachers at SMK Sekolah Indonesia Kota Kinabalu, focusing on planning, recruitment, professional development, performance evaluation, compensation, and termination, and to identify adaptive strategies grounded in organizational resilience theory. This research employed a qualitative case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, program coordinators, productive teachers, and adaptive teachers, complemented by participatory observation and document analysis. The data were analyzed using Miles and Huberman's interactive model. The findings reveal that the management of productive teachers faces multiple constraints, including mismatches in workforce planning, recruitment limitations, restricted professional development, suboptimal performance evaluation, and inadequate compensation systems. To address these challenges, the school implements adaptive strategies such as involving adaptive teachers, inviting industry practitioners as guest instructors, and establishing partnerships with business and industrial sectors. This study concludes that adaptive teacher management grounded in organizational resilience is essential to sustain the quality of vocational education and recommends strengthening data-driven human resource systems, continuous capacity-building programs, and strategic industry collaboration.

Abstract

Kesenjangan penelitian masih terlihat pada kajian hubungan konsep diri matematis, kemampuan pemecahan masalah, dan kecemasan matematis, khususnya terkait peran konsep diri matematis sebagai mediator. Penelitian ini bertujuan meninjau secara sistematis keterkaitan ketiga variabel tersebut pada peserta didik SMA melalui pendekatan Systematic Literature Review (SLR) berpedoman PRISMA. Penelusuran artikel dilakukan pada Google Scholar, Garuda, dan Sinta periode 2022–2025. Dari 60 artikel yang ditemukan, 30 artikel dianalisis secara deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri matematis berhubungan positif dengan kemampuan pemecahan masalah dan berperan dalam menekan kecemasan matematis. Namun, kajian empiris mengenai peran mediasi masih terbatas.
