Abstract

Perubahan masyarakat yang begitu dinamis dengan laju perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi yang begitu pesat merupkan suatu kenyataan yang tidak bisa dihindarkan. Zaman sudah berubah, teknologi sudah canggih, arus informasi sudah gencar, dan media cetak-elektronik sudah bisa diakses di mana- mana. Semuanya mengubah pola pikir, perspektif, dan citra seseorang dalam melihat persoalan sosial bahkan agama. Sifat komunikasi massa yang ada di mana-mana (ubiquity ) sekaligus hadir di mana-mana (omnipresence) adalah sama halnya dengan dakwah Islam yang harus ada dalam setiap lini kehidupan umat manusia. Adanya perubahan karakter media massa dan khalayak yang sejalan dengan perubahan sosial ekonomi politik masyarakat pada tataran lokal maupun global yang perlu diantisipasi dalam berdakwah sekaligus dimanfaatkan dalam kegiatan dakwah Islam. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, organizational culture, and compensation moderated by Islamic work ethic on employee performance. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to the RSI Magelang City. The questionnaire was obtained and then tested as many as 80 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data was then tested using multiple regression analysis and moderated analysis Regression (MRA) to determine the effect of the independent variable and the effect of moderation on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that (1) the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. , (2) work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (5) Islamic work ethic is not able to moderate the independent variables, for example, the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture for their influence on employee performance, but for the compensation variable it can be moderated by Islamic work ethic for its influence on employee performance with a negative coefficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mengetahui potensi zakat di Kabupaten Klaten, yang belum termaksimalisasi dalam hal pengumpulannya. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Square), dengan memanfaatkan aplikasi olah data SmartPLS 3. Angket/kuesioner penelitian telah disebarkan dan sebanyak 100 sampel telah didapatkan, yang merupakan muzzaki Baznas Kabupaten Klaten dan Lazisnu Kabupaten Klaten. Hasil penelitian secara direct effects menjelaskan bahwa variabel religiusitas, promosi media, dan empati sosial tidak berpengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap keputusan muzzaki berzakat di OPZ. Hal ini mengindikasikan bahwa tingginya intensitas ketiga variabel tersebut, tidak berarti mendorong secara kuat keputusan muzzaki berzakat di OPZ. Hasil berbeda ditunjukkan variabel literasi zakat dan akuntabilitas OPZ memiliki pengaruh signifikan secara langsung terhadap keputusan muzzaki berzakat di OPZ. Tingkat literasi zakat yang semakin tinggi dan akuntabilitas OPZ yang semakin baik di mata muzzaki, maka akan mendorong keputusan muzzaki tersebut untuk berzakat di OPZ. Hasil indirect effects menjelaskan bahwa variabel religiusitas, literasi zakat, dan empati sosial tetap tidak berpengaruh signifikan, walaupun telah melalui metode mediasi variabel akuntabilitas OPZ. Variabel promosi media berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan muzzaki berzakat di OPZ, setelah melalui mediasi dengan variabel akuntabilitas OPZ. Muzzaki mempertimbangkan akuntabilitas OPZ, melalui kegiatan promosi yang dilakukan oleh OPZ. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi organisasi pengumpul zakat (OPZ) dalam memaksimalisasi pengumpulan zakat di Kabupaten Klaten guna mengentaskan permasalahan kemiskinan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of zakat funds and macroeconomic variables on economic development in Indonesia and Bangladesh for the 2010-2019 period. This study uses secondary data with a time series data model of zakat funds, macroeconomic variables consisting of taxes, unemployment, economic growth (GDP), poverty, and the human development index (HDI) from both countries. Furthermore, the data were tested using multiple linear regression models and simultaneous model tests, to obtain test results and complex analysis of the effects of exogenous and endogenous variables on the economic development of the two countries, with the help of the EVIEWS application version 9. The results showed that zakat funds had an effect on positive and significant effect on economic growth in both countries, taxes have a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in both countries, poverty has a positive and insignificant effect in Indonesia, and insignificant negative in Bangladesh. While the results of the influence of the simultaneous model include; there is a simultaneous effect of zakat, unemployment, and poverty on economic growth in Indonesia and Bangladesh. There is no simultaneous effect between the variables of tax, unemployment, and poverty on economic growth, and there is a simultaneous effect between the variables of the human development index (HDI), poverty, and unemployment on economic growth in Indonesia and Bangladesh.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, organizational commitment, job satisfaction on the performance of managers. This research was conducted at KSPPS BMT Tumang. The research was conducted by survey method (survey). Collecting data using a questionnaire based on a questionnaire. The number of samples was taken as many as 120 managers of KSPPS BMT TUMANG by purposive random sampling based on the job description. The test technique used in this study is the structural equation model (SEM) which aims to explain the relationship between exogenous variables (transformational leadership style) and endogenous variables (job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and manager performance). SEM analysis begins with the instrument validity and reliability test phase, assumption test (assumption of sample adequacy, assumption of normality, assumption of outliers), evaluation of criteria goodness of fit, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that transformational leadership style had an effect on job satisfaction, transformational leadership style had an effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction had no significant effect on manager performance, the organizational commitment had an effect on manager performance, transformational leadership style had no significant effect on manager performance, transformational leadership style had an effect on not significant on performance through job satisfaction, and transformational leadership style affects the performance of managers through organizational commitment.
