Abstract

Kesalahan besar kegiatan ekonomi saat ini menurut sebagian ekonom,adalah menjadikan uang sebagai komoditas. Pemahaman demikian menyebabkan keberadaan uang saat ini lebih banyak diperdagangkan daripada digunakan sebagai alat tukar dalam perdagangan. Lembaga perbankan konvensional juga menjadikan uang sebagai komoditas dalam proses pemberian kredit. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah bunga (interest). Aktivitas ekonomi yang memakai instrumen bunga telah menjadi lahan spekulasi empuk bagi banyak orang di muka bumi ini. Kesalahan konsepstual itu berakibat fatal terhadap krisis hebat dalam perekonomian sepanjang sejarah, khususnya sejak awal abad 20 sampai sekarang

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhiperilaku kewirausahaan mahasiswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah FakultasEkonomi dan Bisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga. Penelitian ini menggunakan variabelindependen pendidikan kewirausahaan, lingkungan dan kepribadian, sedangkanvariabel dependennya perilaku kewirausahaan. Populasi dalam penelitianini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Perbankan Syariah S-1 Fakultas Ekonomi danBisnis Islam IAIN Salatiga angkatan 2012. Jumlah mahasiswanya adalah103. Pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan random sampling. Teknikyang digunakan adalah analisis uji reliabilitas, uji validitas, uji asumsi klasikdan uji statistik. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t, uji F dan R. Hasilpenelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Pendidikan Kewirausahaan, Lingkungandan Kepribadian secara bersama-sama (simultan) mempengaruhi PerilakuKewirausahaan. Akan tetapi jika secara individu Pendidikan Kewirausahaanberpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Perilaku Kewirausahaan,Lingkungan berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap PerilakuKewirausahaan, Kepribadian berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadapPerilaku Kewirausahaan

Abstract

Keseimbangan menjadi prinsip penting dalam ajaran Islam yang kemudian dapatdikembangkan menjadi dasar rancang bangun ekonomi Islam. Untuk menjelaskan konsep keseimbangan konsumen yang bersumber dalam al­Qur’an, tulisan ini akan menggunakan pendekatan integral (unitied approuch) yang digagas oleh Muhammad Anas Zarqa terutama dari tulisannya, Islamiation of Economics: The Concept and Metodology. Metode ini dibangun di atas asumsi, bahwa sebagian teori ekonomi dan wahyu dapat saling memperkuat dan men dukung. Kata qawam yang terdapat dalam surat al-Furqan ayat 67 menjadi kata kunci dalam tulisan ini untuk membangun teori tentang consumer equilibrium (keseimbangan konsumen) dalam ekonomi Islam sebagaimana telah jamak dikenal dalam ekonomi konvensional. Konsep consumer equilibrium dalam ekonomi konvensional yang digambarkan dengan budget line dan kurva indeferen, dapat digunakan untuk menggambarkan maksud surat al-Furqan ayat 67. Namun demikian, karena terdapat prinsip-prinsip dasar yang berbeda seperti konsep tentang kebutuhan dan pertimbangan maslahah, maka budget line dan kurva indeferen tidak secara otomatis dapat menjelaskan maksud suatu ayat yang mengandung muatan ekonomi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the work environment, work motivation, organizational culture, and compensation moderated by Islamic work ethic on employee performance. Methods of data collection by distributing questionnaires to the RSI Magelang City. The questionnaire was obtained and then tested as many as 80 respondents with the purposive sampling method. The data was then tested using multiple regression analysis and moderated analysis Regression (MRA) to determine the effect of the independent variable and the effect of moderation on the dependent variable with the help of the SPSS version 23 application. The results showed that (1) the work environment had a significant effect on employee performance. , (2) work motivation has no significant effect on employee performance, (3) organizational culture has no significant effect on employee performance, (4) compensation has a significant effect on employee performance, (5) Islamic work ethic is not able to moderate the independent variables, for example, the work environment, work motivation, and organizational culture for their influence on employee performance, but for the compensation variable it can be moderated by Islamic work ethic for its influence on employee performance with a negative coefficient.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the effect of Islamic Social Reporting (ISR), firm size (SIZE), and capital structure (DER) on firm value (PBV) moderated by profitability (ROE). The sampling technique in this study used a purposive sampling technique. There are 13 samples of companies with a company population of 50 companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) in 2013-2019. The data analysis technique uses a quantitative approach. The conclusion from the results of this study is that partially ISR has a significant positive effect on firm value (PBV), firm size (SIZE) has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value (PBV), capital structure (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on firm value ( PBV). The profitability variable is proven to be able to moderate the relationship between ISR, firm size, and capital structure to firm value. Meanwhile, the variables of ISR, firm size and capital structure have a positive and significant effect on firm value simultaneously. Keywords: ISR, SIZE, DER, ROE, PBV

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the implementation of community development programs using profession zakat that was proclaimed by Jumoyo Lor community, Jumoyo Village, District Salam, Magelang. This research includes field research based on case studies; the research was conducted intensive, detailed and in-depth to an organization, institution or certain symptoms. Data was categorized then interpreted by a model interpretation surface structure and deep structure. Results of this study indicate that there has been a community development activity by relying on their own potential, by exploring the potential of zakat profession. At least the basic needs such as rice, shelter, health and education have been attempted to be fulfilled by the communities themselves, although in a minimal level

Abstract

The discussion in this paper covers: What is the motive for establishing zakat institutions in Pulosari, Jumoyo, Salam, Magelang? How is the collection mechanism? How is the distribution model? This research type was field research with data collection technique through observation, interview and documentation. The result of this research found that the distribution of productive zakat is done in three ways. First, model in kind, that BAZIS manager gave zakat as capital without having to return and without bond, Second, non-financial mudharabah model, the BAZIS manager gives goat breeding, if the goat gives birth to the child a mustahiq right while the indutility is returned to be distributed to other mustahiq. Third, al-qard al-hasan model, amil channeling zakat property in the form of capital to mustahiq with provisions for returning capital.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of attitude variables, subjective norms, religiosity, entrepreneurial knowledge, and demographic factors on entrepreneurial intention. The population of this study are all active students of IAIN Salatiga. In contrast, the number of samples used was 374 students. Multiple linear regression techniques were used to analyze the data. All independent variables have a significant effect on the entrepreneurial intention simultaneously. While partially, the variables that have a positive and significant effect on entrepreneurial intention are attitudes, subjective norms, entrepreneurial knowledge, study programs, and entrepreneurial experience. While the variables of religiosity, gender, age, entrepreneurship courses, and campus organization partially have no significant effect on entrepreneurial intention. Higher education institutions should continue to encourage students to grow interested in entrepreneurship. These efforts can be made through strengthening entrepreneurship courses and entrepreneurial training.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the promotion mix on the customer's decision to save. This study uses quantitative methods by processing primary data. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires given to customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia in Central Java. Samples were taken as many as 96 respondents with non-probability sampling technique. The data obtained were then processed using the SPSS 25 analysis tool. The results showed that advertising partially had a significant negative effect on customer decisions, while sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, and public relations variables partially had a significant positive effect on customer decisions. Together or simultaneously there is an influence between advertising, sales promotion, personal selling, direct marketing, and public relations on the customer's decision to save in Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). Researchers hope that BSI can improve promotional strategies, especially in advertising so that it is packaged as attractively as possible so that customers get more complete information, are interested, and then decide to become customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia

Abstract

Abstract - Employee performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) after the merger is an important thing to study because the three banks that are the origin of these banks have different work cultures. This study analyses organizational culture and works ethic on employee performance through work motivation as an intervening variable. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires to Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI)employees in the Semarang office branch. The sample used was 41 respondents with a saturated sample technique. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS. The data analysis was used as path analysis. This study showed that organizational culture has a positive and not significant effect on employee performance. Work ethic has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and works motivation. Organizational culture positively and significantly affects work motivation. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation and employee performance. Other results showed that work motivation mediates organizational culture's influence on employee performance, and work motivation mediates the effect of work ethic on employee performance. This research is expected to be additional material for banks to improve quality in terms of employee performance. It is excellent, and it must be even better, based on this research in the future.
