Abstract

Abstract – PT Daya Sentosa Utama is a private company engaged in big bus public transport’s operator in Jakarta since 2003. Nowadays with the establishment of Regulation PERDA DKI Jakarta 5/2014 on article 51 stated that big bus public transport will operationally legitimate for only its first 10 years. Due to ineffectiveness of its implementation, the company should be proactively and dynamically managing towards the effectiveness of the regulation in order for the company to be sustaining in the future. The company’s sustainability is the main focus of the research. Thus the big bus public transport industry in Jakarta is heading down due to unjust competition, enhancement operational reliability and conveniences of the substitute products, high operating expenditure and lesser passenger throughput. Resulting to the competitor had suffered losses in 3 straight years from 2013 with current revenue averaging per day per unit only up to IDR 300,000. In order to revive business solutions, external and internal assessment is performed priory. PESTEL Analysis, Competitor and Industrial structure and Porter’s Five forces is utilized to describe external environment that encounter by the company. Value Chain, Resource Based and Business Model Canvas along with digested information from qualitative primary data utilized to indentify and define the company’s current business model along with its social situation. The company current’s phase defines into type of business model innovation’s degree based on Mitchell and Coles (2003) integrated framework. The next step is formulating that using business model canvas with focusing on customer-driven which generate direct conversation to end users and offer-driven innovation which generate new stream line of revenue models. Lastly is implementation plan. The implementation performed into three stages which comprising of preparation, execution and evaluation. Therefore, the proposed business model innovation must be tested and proven in the company towards changes in regard to regulation and challenges in regard to the company’s sustainability. Keywords: Regulation, Sustainability, Business Model Innovation, Big Bus Public Transport

Abstract

Energy performance phenomenon in contexts of partially and inaccurate implemented codes and standards according to national safety and regulations in electrical installation network and uncontrolled electrical energy consumption usage along with low electrical energy reliability and electrical energy quality at Campus A of Trisakti University may lead to inefficiency and further crisis. The research’s goals are to map the existing electrical installation network, analyzing results of electrical energy audit and the opportunity to implement an energy management system based on ISO 50001:2011 at Trisakti University. The research’s design is using the qualitative method by considering the phenomenon’s formulation which was constructed through a comparative approach and unity of its social situation which included place, actor and activity that interacted synergically. The research’s results were in electrical installation network recommended to uniform its codes and standards on every component and subcomponent according to safety and national regulations, re to electrical energy consumption since Year 2017 on July until Year 2019 on November was recorded the highest on Month of November 2018 with 1.018.680 kWh and electrical energy billing soaring to Rp 1.048.546.437, re to electrical energy reliability since year 2017 to 2019 recorded above 99.70% with MTBF2’s parameter required to be improved at 1130 minutes in year 2019, re to electrical energy quality in THD Ampere at odd 11≤ h<17 measured above 2% threshold which following phase R was 2.15% and phase T was 2.25% in building M while phase T was 3.9% in building C were not according to SPLN D5.004-1:2012, re by implementing ISO 50001:2011 potential saving will be around Rp 950.315.021,00 to Rp 1.425.472.531,00 in year one. Fenomena kinerja energi dalam konteks operasional instalasi jaringan listrik yang kurang mengikuti standarisasi, keselamatan dan peraturan yang berlaku beserta penggunaan konsumsi energi listrik yang tidak terkendali, rendahnya keandalan energi listrik dan kualitas energi listrik di Kampus A Universitas Trisakti dapat mengakibatkan inefisiensi dan krisis yang berkelanjutan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memetakan instalasi jaringan listrik, menganalisis hasil audit energi listrik dan peluang penerapan sistem manajemen energi berbasis ISO 50001:2011 di Kampus A Universitas Trisakti. Desain penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif karena mempertimbangkan formulasi perumusan masalah yang dihasilkan melalui pendekatan masalah komparatif dan keseluruhan situasi sosial meliputi tempat, pengelola dan aktivitas yang berinteraksi secara sinergis. Hasil penelitian mendeskripsikan tentang instalasi jaringan listrik yang merekomendasikan untuk penyeragaman kode dan standar pada setiap komponen maupun subkomponen sesuai dengan ketentuan standarisasi, keselamatan dan peraturan yang berlaku tentang konsumsi energi listrik. Sejak Tahun 2017 bulan Juli hingga Tahun 2019 bulan November tercatat konsumsi energi listrik tertinggi terjadi di bulan November Tahun 2018 yakni 1.018.680 kWh dengan tagihan energi listrik mencapai Rp 1.048.546.437.   Keandalan energi listrik dari Tahun 2017 hingga Tahun 2019 terbukukan masih diatas 99.70% dengan parameter MTBF2 yang perlu ditingkatkan yakni terekam selama 1130 menit di Tahun 2019. Kualitas energi listrik THD Anrus ganjil 11≤ h<17 tercatat diatas batas ambang 2% pada fase R yakni 2.15% dan fase T di Gedung M senilai dan fase T yaitu 3.9% di Gedung C tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan SPLN D5.004-1:2012. Penerapan ISO 50001:2011 maka potensi penghematan diperkiraan antara Rp 950.315.021,00 sampai Rp 1.425.472.531,00 pada tahun pertama.
