Abstract

The purpose of the study is to observe the influence of organizational citizen behavior to performance. Organizational citizen behavior is affected by three variables namely satisfaction, service quality and behavior intention. The study was conducted on 12 nurses, 128 patients, and 10 nursing supervisor at a private hospital in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Stratified random sampling technique was applied to determine the number of sample. The result was based on structural equation modeling (SEM) method that showed there is no relationship between OCB and satisfaction and OCB to behavior intention. On the other hand, OCB to customer satisfaction, OCB to performance and satisfaction to performance are proved to be significant.

Abstract

Pride in the workplace telah menjadi topik yang menarik untuk diteliti dalam bidang human resources management. Akhir-akhir ini, penelitian mengenai topik ini bertambah pesat dengan keragaman industry dan negara yang terlibat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan gambaran perkembangan penelitian kuantitatif mengenai pride in the workplace yang terindex di scopus dalam rentang tahun 2007 hingga kuarter awal 2024 melalui Systematic Literature Review. Berdasarkan review pada 41 artikel terpilih, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pride in the workplace masih berada pada tahap yang sangat awal dan membutuhkan penelitian yang lebih mendalam. Hasil sejauh ini cukup menjanjikan, terutama terkait dampak yang dapat dihasilkan tema ini dalam beberapa proses manajemen dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia. Selain itu, jalur penelitian di masa depan juga telah diidentifikasi.

Abstract

Work Behavior: Big Personality, Motivation, Self-Efficacy and Trust as Antecedents (Study on Academic Staff of the Islamic University of Batik Surakarta). This research method uses quantitative methods with a total population of UNIBA academic staff100 personnel. The sampling technique for this study used non-probability sampling by taking samples from all of the respondent's data. Data collection techniques using questionnaires that will be givenUNIBA academic staff. The data analysis tool uses the Smart-PLS application. The research results show thatextraversion variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, conscientiousness variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, agreeableness variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, emotional stability variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, openness variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, motivation variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, self-efficacy variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, trust variable has a positive effect on tacit knowledge sharing, tacit knowledge sharing variable has a positive effect on innovative work behavior. Abstract

The several factor that have a very large role is Human Resources (HR). The HR element in an organization is considered very important and related to service quality, customer satisfaction and loyalty, competitive advantage, and organizational performance.  This research aims to ensure that the activities of the organization carried out can achieve the goals of the organization or company so that the organization can develop in accordance with its goals. To be able to achieve organizational goals, of course, involves many factors related to each other.  The research method used is quantitative research. The population in this study was 120 employees of CV Ziyad Visi Media. This study used nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling technique.  The results of this study can find the negative and significant moderation effect of devolved management on the influence of organizational support on employee creativity, meaning that when there is high organizational support, creativity will be high and this can be produced also through low devolved management.  The conclusions of the entire hypothesis proposed in this study are all proven. So there are several implications of theoretical and practical studies in increasing the influence of organizational support and proactive personality on employee creativity: the role of work meaning and devolved management. The implication of studies on theory is that the results of this study can provide a different testing model.
