Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the level of perceived fairness, trust and organizational commitment for contract employees. Specifically, this study aims to examine the mediating role of trust (towards leaders and organizations) on the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment. The respondents in this study were temporary lecturers at the five best Muhammadiyah private universities in Indonesia. The survey results found 182 lectures who were willing to become respondents. The results of this study that organizational justice cannot increase organizational commitment. Nevertheless, distributive and procedural justice can increase their trust in organizations. Similarly, informational justice can increase trust in supervisors. The results of this study showed the important role of trust in management and trust in supervisors as a mediator in the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to observe the influence of organizational citizen behavior to performance. Organizational citizen behavior is affected by three variables namely satisfaction, service quality and behavior intention. The study was conducted on 12 nurses, 128 patients, and 10 nursing supervisor at a private hospital in Surakarta, Jawa Tengah. Stratified random sampling technique was applied to determine the number of sample. The result was based on structural equation modeling (SEM) method that showed there is no relationship between OCB and satisfaction and OCB to behavior intention. On the other hand, OCB to customer satisfaction, OCB to performance and satisfaction to performance are proved to be significant.

Abstract

Sebagai Negara kepulauan terbesar di dunia, Indonesia memiliki laut yang dapat dikelola sebesar 5,8 juta km2 dan mempunyai potensi serta keanekaragaman sumber daya kelautan dan perikanan yang sangat besar. Hal ini merupakan modal yang besar bagi pembangunan ekonomi dan pada akhirnya dapat dimanfaatkan untuk meningkatan kesejahteraan masyarakat, terutama perikanan. Tujuan utama penelitian ini adalah untuk dapat menerapkan teknologi yang telah dirancang untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh masyarakat dengan energy terbarukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Dengan Energi Terbarukan (Renewable Energi) dapat meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM budidaya ikan air tawar di Desa Brongkal, Kabupaten Malang.

Abstract

Budidaya perikanan telah menjadi faktor penggerak utama untuk peningkatan produksi, melalui pengembangan budidaya perikanan air laut, payau dan air tawar. Perikanan tangkap dan perikanan budidaya secara langsung diperkirakan memperkerjakan 6.4 juta orang di Indonesia pada tahun 2012. Penelitian ini untuk mendesiminasikan teknologi alat pembuat Pakan Ikan dengan sumber Listrik Tenaga Surya (Solar Powered Fish Feeding Machine), guna peningkatan produksi pakan perikanan budidaya di daerah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) to analyze the effect of Service Quality on Customer Satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effect of prices on Customer Satisfaction, (3) to analyze the effect of Service Quality on Repurchase Intention, (4) to analyze the effect of Price on Repurchase Intention, (5) to analyze the effect of Customer Satisfaction on Repurchase intention. This research is quantitative research. The population and samples were distributed to 86 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results of the study show that the influence of Service Quality variable (X1) on Customer Satisfaction (Y1) is significant at 0,000. Customer Quality Variable (X1) is not significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0.225. Based on the correlation for the Price variable (X2) to customer satisfaction (Y1) of 0.020. And the price variable (X2) is significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0,000. And the Customer Satisfaction variable (Y1) is significant with the Repurchase Intention (Y2) variable of 0,000. The results of this study indicate that, compared to service quality, Price has a stronger influence on customer satisfaction, which leads to a Buyback Interest.

Abstract

The aim of this study: (1) to analyze the effect of service quality on Patient Satisfaction, (2) to analyze the effect of service quality on Word of Mouth, (3) to analyze patient satisfaction with Word of Mouth. This research is quantitative research. Population and sample distributed were 252 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Analysis of the data used is Convergent Validity, Discriminant Validity, Reliability and Average Variance Extracted (AVE). The results showed that the effect of the Service Quality variable (X1) on patient satisfaction (Y1) was significant at 0,000 and Service Quality (X1) is significant with variable Word of Mouth (Y2) of 0.002 which means medium. Based on the correlation for the Patient Satisfaction variable (Y1) for Word Of Mouth (Y2) of 0,000 which means strong. The results of this study indicate that, quality of service, has a significant influence on patient satisfaction, which leads to word of mouth patients. While patient satisfaction has no significant effect on Word of mouth patients.

Abstract

The growth of UMKM in various sectors has triggered intense competition between these business actors. One of them is the craft sector. The use of social media is expected to boost turnover, but the benefits are still lacking. In the craft sector, the problem that arises on the MSME side is the cessation of production. This causes turnover to decrease and has an impact on decreasing profits. This dynamic system modeling is used to see how profit-increasing strategies can be carried out. Based on the dynamic system, there are several variables, namely the causal loop diagram (CLD) and the Stock Flow Diagram (SFD) that are built, there are 3 scenarios in increasing production profits, namely: increasing production, reducing the cost of tools and materials and the third is both taken simultaneously. From the simulation carried out, it was found that within a period of 12 months it was seen that increasing production by reducing the cost of tools and materials could increase sales so that income increased and profits increased. A process of identifying production process change variables is needed as one of the production process variables that was stopped.

Abstract

The community partners in this empowerment program are culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Cangakan, Karanganyar. The problems faced by them are related to institutional, managerial, and capital aspects, hence the program was aimed to empower and strengthen them through the establishment of KUBE (Business Group). The method used to solve problems is education to the community through training and mentoring to establish group institutions in KUBE of culinary, as well as empowering community members through institutional strengthening and entrepreneurship training. The result of this program is the establishment of a strong institution from the culinary MSMEs in Cangakan Karanganyar. Through the KUBE that is formed, it is hoped that it can be a solution in overcoming the problems faced. Mitra masyarakat dalam program pemberdayaan ini adalah usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) kuliner di Cangakan, Karanganyar. Permasalahan yang mereka hadapi terkait dengan aspek kelembagaan, manajerial, dan permodalan, maka program ini ditujukan untuk memberdayakan dan memperkuat mereka melalui pembentukan KUBE (Kelompok Usaha Bersama). Metode yang digunakan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah edukasi kepada masyarakat melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk membentuk kelembagaan kelompok di KUBE kuliner, serta pemberdayaan anggota komunitas melalui penguatan kelembagaan dan pelatihan kewirausahaan. Hasil dari program ini adalah terbentuknya kelembagaan yang kuat dari UMKM kuliner di Cangakan Karanganyar. Melalui KUBE yang dibentuk, diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi dalam mengatasi permasalahan yang dihadapi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi peran lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan industri baja Jawa Timur. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan melibatkan 50 responden, penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dengan SPSS. Hasil pengujian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja berhubungan secara signifikan dan negatif terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan disiplin kerja dan insentif berhubungan secara signifikan dan positif. Uji simultan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan insentif terhadap kinerja karyawan. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 93,5% menunjukkan bahwa lingkungan kerja, disiplin kerja, dan insentif memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sedangkan 6,5% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kesimpulannya, faktor-faktor tersebut secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh signifikan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan di perusahaan industri baja Jawa Timur.

Abstract

his study aims to determine the partial and simultaneous influence of independent variables (careerdevelopment, compensation, and job satisfaction) on the dependent variable (temporary employees'performance) in Flood Prevention Institution in East Java and to determine the independent variable thathas a dominant influence on the dependent variable. The sampling technique used is probabilitysampling. The sample used in this study was 67 of the 197 temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java. The data analysis uses multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing using theSPSS test tool. The results prove that career development, compensation, and job satisfaction partiallyand simultaneously influence the performance of temporary employees. In addition, the compensationvariable has a dominant influence on the performance of temporary employees in Flood PreventionInstitution in East Java, with a partial influence of 46.6%.
