Abstract

AbstractThe aim of this study is to determine the relationship of learning independence to the learning outcomes toward Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. The method in this study is descriptive method with a form of relationship study (Interrelationship Studies). The population in this study were 30 students because this study took only one class.  The technique of Data collection in this study is Direct Observation Technique, Indirect Communication Technique (learning independence questionnaire), Documentary Study Technique (student test score data). The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between learning independence to the learning outcomes toward Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. It can be seen that the significance value is obtained at 0,000 or less than 0.05.   So it can be concluded that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Therefore it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between learning independence towards the learning outcomes of  Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of  SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak. The conclusion of this study is learning independence has a significant relationship to the learning outcomes of  Pancasila and Civic Education subject on the students of class X IPS 3 of  SMA Negeri 1 Pontianak that is 7.6%. Keywords : Learning Independence, Student Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of educational parenting patterns pf Baduy people, one of the indigenous people in Indonesia. The approach in this study is a qualitative approach administering documentation study or literacy to see or answer two problems in this study first, which is the implementation of parenting in education of the Baduy people. The results of this study showed that based on the historical facts, the Baduy tribe still upholds their customs in the interior of Banten Province in the Lebak Regency right in the Kanekes Village so that they cover themselves in formal education; however, for parenting in education, it turns out they still use customary methods in educating their children. The implementation of parenting in education was carried out in three ways, namely the implication of the adoption of parenting in education through the family environment, customary environment (Indigenous Leaders) and through peer learning.

Abstract

ABSTRAKAdiwiyata merupakan upaya dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan generasi bangsa yang sadar dan memiliki rasa cinta dan tanggung-jawab terhadap lingkungan. Program adiwiyata menjadi program unggulan yang diterapkan di SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak, yang berpedoman pada konsep lingkungan kedalam Visi dan Misi sekolah yang bertujuan membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis implemetasi karakter peduli lingkungan pada siswa SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak melalui program adiwiyata. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program adiwiyata di SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak diimplementasikan melalui kegiatan ekstra kurikuler sekolah dan profil sekolah (Khusus Penghijuan), di mana para siswa dapat merawat lingkungan sekolah guna menumbuhkan sikap dan wawasan lingkungan, sekaligus memiliki kepedulian terhadap lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Adiwiyata, Karakter, Peduli LingkunganABSTRACTAdiwiyata is an effort by the government to create a generation who are aware and have a sense of love and responsibility for the environment. The program of Adiwiyata is an excited program which is implemented in Junior High School 3 in Pontianak, that is guided by incorporating the concept of the environment into the school's Vision and Mission which aims to build character up caring for the environment. The purpose of this study is to analyze the implementation of the characters who are caring for the environment in Junior High School 3 students through the adiwiyata program. This study will use a qualitative approach with a descriptive research. The techniques of Data collection in this research are interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the study will. show that the program of Adiwiyata at SMP Negeri 3 Pontianak is implemented through school extra-curricular activities and school profiles (specially green program), furthermore students’ environmental awareness will have attittudes and insights as well as possible.Keywords: Adiwiyata, Character, environmental care
