Abstract

AbstractThe background of this research to dig the interest of young generations to preserve artistic tradition and invite people who love art to especially dance can describe a dance that schilling. Methods used in this research is descriptive method .This research etnokoreologi used the approach. Qualitative research used, with speakers Juhermi Thahir, Kusmindari triwati, Sy .Oesman Alkadrie, Sy.Selamat Joesoef Al-qadrie, Sy .Mansyur Harun .A source of data in this study in the form of words or actions .The data is the result of observation , interviews and documentation. In this study engineering test the validity of the data in the form of extra observation and triangulation of a source of. Abstract

Adapun tujuannya dilakukan penelitian ini guna menganalisis pengaruh content TikTok marketing, online customer review, maupun brand awareness terhadap buying interest produk Skincare Cushion Skintific. Digunakannya pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif sebagai metodenya dalam penelitian ini dengan populasi mencakup seluruh pengguna produk Skincare Cushion Skintific di Kalimantan Barat. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 200 responden yang dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling, dengan kriteria demografis meliputi pria dan wanita berusia di atas 17 tahun yang pernah melakukan pembelian produk tersebut melalui platform TikTok. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan penyebaran kuesioner, melalui pengukuran jawaban responden menggunakan skala Likert. Analisis data dilakukan dengan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) melalui software statistik AMOS 24. Perolehan pada temuan ini menegaskan bahwasanya : (1) Content TikTok marketing mempunyai pengaruhnya dengan positif maupun signifikan pada buying interest; (2) Online customer review mempunyai pengaruhnya dengan positif maupun signifikan pada buying interest; (3) Brand awareness mempunyai pengaruhnya dengan signifikan maupun positif pada buying interest; serta (4) Brand awareness berperan sebagai mediator dalam hubungan antara content TikTok marketing dan online customer review terhadap buying interest produk Skincare Cushion Skintific di Kalimantan Barat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menyelidiki orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kapabilitas pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing dalam mencapai kinerja pemasaran pada UMKM di bidang fashion wilayah Pontianak. Bentuk penelitian kuantitatif dengan pemgambilan sampel probability sampling berupa data finit. Dengan jumlah sampel 65 pelaku UMKM di bidang fashion. Alat analisis yang digunakan structural equantion model dengan alat bantu aplikasi smartPLS 3.3.2. Hasil analisis data menunjukan adanya hasil negatif dan tidak signifikan antara orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran. Namum hasil tersebut juga memberikan pengaruh positif signifikan orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kapabilitas pemsaran dan keunggulan bersaing. Hasil tersebut juga menunjukan kapabilitas pemsaran dan keunggulan bersaing memberikan pengaruh positif dan signifikan teradap kinerja pemsaran. Maka hasil terseubtu juga menunjukan peran mediasi memberikan pengaruh posistif dan signifikan di madiasi kapabilitas pemasaran dan keunggulan bersaing terhadap kinerja pemasaran UMKM di bidang fashion wilayah Pontianak.ULA

Abstract

This study presents an in-depth and comprehensive analysis of the structure, performance, and development strategy of the inland fishery supply chain in the buffer zone of Sebangau National Park (SNP), Central Kalimantan. As one of the world's largest and most crucial tropical peat swamp ecosystems, SNP plays a dual role as a biodiversity reservoir and a pillar of the local economy through the fishery sector. However, this vast potential faces a paradox of supply chain inefficiency, market information asymmetry, and vulnerability to extreme peat hydrological dynamics. This research adopts a sequential exploratory mixed-methods design, integrating the depth of qualitative data from in-depth interviews and participatory observation with the rigor of quantitative analysis through SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) and QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) instruments. The results reveal a supply chain anatomy dominated by patron-client relationships, with fishermen positioned as price takers. Key findings indicate that the greatest internal strengths lie in the fishermen's social capital and Traditional Ecological Knowledge (TEK), as well as adaptive innovations in live fish storage. Conversely, the absence of cold chain infrastructure and downstreaming facilities represents a critical weakness causing economic value-added leakage. Through QSPM strategy simulation, this study establishes the downstreaming of fish-based food products as the main priority strategy with the highest Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) of 1.00, outperforming aquaculture and ecotourism strategies. This article provides a theoretical contribution to the literature on supply chain management in wetlands and offers practical policy recommendations for transformation toward adaptive and sustainable regional food security.
