<![CDATA[Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi kredit bonaventura di kecamatan samalantan. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif-kuantitatif. Sedangkan bentuk penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi hubungan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh anggota Koperasi Kredit (CU) Bonaventura di Kecamatan Samalantan Kabupaten Bengkayang dari 2011-2013, sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 95 orang.Teknik pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan adalah teknik komunikasi tidak langsung, dan teknik studi dokumenter. Hasil analisis data menunjukan terhadap pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota koperasi kredit bonaventura di kecamatan samalantan. Berdasarkant pada signifikansi 0,05/10 atau 95-10=85. diperoleh hasil, 0,085< 0,190). Dengan Demikian Hipotesis Nol (Ho) diterima kebenarannya. pada pengujian koefisien determinasi menunjukan besarnya pengaruh kinerja pengurus terhadap kepuasan anggota sebesar 27,3% sisanya 73,7%. artinya kinerja pengurus berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan anggota.  Kata Kunci : Kinerja Penngurus, Kepuasan Anggota.
