Abstract

 AbstractThe Konpopilan strip comics have their own peculiarities in conveying the story content that follows the things that happen in life, because it is does not use the language symbol on the dialogue. This research uses descriptive method with qualitative research form. Mean sign data was analysed by triadic technique of Pierce theory. The strip comic data is understood by the visual language technique of drawing. Conversational implicature data is analysed by Grice theory, i.e. conventional implicature. Strip comic data is culturally interpreted with cultural context analysis techniques. The result of data analysis concluded that the meaning of the signs can be found: character; behaviour; text balloon; punctuation; line; and the environment, with a total of 842 signs. Visual language can be described in the form of narrative that the flow of each scene is connected. There are 22 that have a single conversation implicature, one that have two conversation implicatures, and one comic strip that no conversation implicature is found. Comic strip writer Konpopilan made the news ever published into a comic strip story Konpopilan and divided into four sections. Keywords: semiotic, implicature, comic, visual language, sign.

Abstract

AbstractCustomary law is a law that regulates human behavior in relation to one another, both as a whole and a habit that truly lives in indigenous peoples because it is adhered to and maintained by community members, as well as all regulations concerning sanctions for violations and what is stipulated in the decisions of the adat officials. Customary law in this research is divided into terms of customary law, terms of actors, terms of cultural objects and terms of sanctions.The problem in this study is how the form of lingual units in customary law, the meaning of the terms in customary law, the form of supplementary class VII Indonesian learning texts in the 2013 curriculum are based on the terms in customary law. The purpose of this study is the description of all the terms of customary law. The method used in this study is descriptive and forms of qualitative research. the approach in this study uses a semantic approach. Sources of data in this study are informants. The technique used in this study is interview technique while data collection tools are recording devices and stationery. Based on the results of data analysis found 52 data on customary law terms divided into the first two forms of lingual units in the form of words (1) customary law, there are 7 data, (2) actors have 5 data, (3) cultural objects there are 6 data, ( 4) sanctions have 10 data. While the unit form in the form of phrase (5) customary law there are 12 data, (6) cultural objects there are 10 data, (7) sanctions there are 2 data. Keywords: Terms, Customary Law, Regulatsions, Supplements.

Abstract

AbstractThe antar ajong tradition found in Sambas Malay society is one among the richness of the Sambas community in a culture. The purpose of cultural lexicon research in inter ajong tradition is to know the form, the lexical meaning, the cultural meaning, and the supplement of the text of Indonesian language learning Curriculum 2013. The method used in this research is descriptive method and using ethnolinguistic approach. Sources of data studied in the form of speech from informants containing cultural lexicon contained in antar ajong tradition in the form of words and phrases. Techniques used in this study, namely interviews, proficient, and record. Data collection tool in the form of recorder, camera, and stationery. Based on the research conducted, the data collected was gathered by 106 cultural lexicons in antar ajong tradition in Sambas Malay society. Cultural lexicon in inter ajong tradition in this research consists of three forms, the word in the form of monomorfemis and polymorphism and phrase. The lingual unit of monomorphism is 80 words. The lingual unit in the form of polymorphism is 7 words. The lingual unit of the phrase is 25 words. The term has a lexical meaning totaling 82 words and which has a cultural meaning amounting to 106, while the cultural meaning in the form of spells is 4, prohibited abstinence is 7, oral literature and cultural lexicon data contained in the tradition of antar ajong total 106.  Keywords: lexicon, antar ajong tradition, Malay SambasÂ
