Abstract

Abstrak Pada usia 30 tahun daya tahan kardiorespirasi mengalami penurunan sebanyak 10%. Untuk menjaga dan meningkatkan daya tahan kardiorespirasi dengan melakukan senam aerobik intenistas sedang. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh senam aerobik intensitas sedang terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi pada wanita usia 30-39 tahun. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen kuantitatif dengan One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 12 orang diukur daya tahan kardiorespirasi sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan. Daya tahan kardiorespirasi diukur dengan jalan cepat 1 mil. Data sebelum dan sesudah dianalisis menggunakan uji paired sample test. Hasil terdapat pengaruh senam aerobik intensitas sedang terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi (sig < 0,05) dan peningkatan daya tahan kardiorespirasi dari 30,551 menjadi 34,173. Disimpulkan senam aerobik intensitas sedang berpengaruh terhadap daya tahan kardiorespirasi. Kata Kunci: Senam Aerobik, Daya Tahan Kardiorespirasi, IRT. The study aimed to determine the effect of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on cardiorespiratory endurance in women aged 30-39 years. Cardiorespiratory endurance is measured by 1 mile brisk walking. The data of prestest and posttest were analyzed using paired sample test. The results were the effect of moderate intensity aerobic exercise on cardiorespiratory endurance (sig <0.05) and increased cardiorespiratory endurance from 30.551 to 34.173.
