Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada Koperasi Pasca Sejahtera Abadi di Sumur Batu Jakarta Pusat. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan rumus Slovin, dengan jumlah sempel sebanyak 79 responden. Pengumpulan data dengan cara kuesioner, dan teknik analisis data dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi sederhana, regresi berganda, uji hipotesis uji t, uji f, dan koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa secara parsial kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen. Hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (5,970 > 1,991) dari hasil analisis regresi linier sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 13,998 + 0,667 X1, diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,667 menunjukan pengaruh yang (positif), dan lokasi memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen hal tersebut dapat dibuktikan bahwa t hitung > t tabel (10,828 > 1,991). Dan diperoleh nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,060 + 0,808 X2, diperoleh nilai koefisien regresi sebsar sebesar 0,808 menujukan pengaruh yang (positif), sedangkan secara simultan kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,143 + 0,1113 X1+ 0,743 X2, menunjukan pengaruh yang (positif), dan hasil hipotesis diperoleh nilai f hitung > f tabel atau (59,146 > 3,12), sedangkan hasil koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,609%, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Kualitas Pelayanan dan lokasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Kepuasan Konsumen sebesar 60,9% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 39,1% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

The study aims to analyze the influence of Self-esteem, narcissism, Knowledge Sharing, professional skepticism, and Educational Level on Auditor Performance. The research was conducted with auditors at the Public Accounting Firm Jojo Sunarjo & Partners to understand how psychological characteristics, professional behaviour, and educational background contribute to optimal auditor performance. The study included 202 active auditors. Data analysis was carried out using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach with SmartPLS version 4.0. The results show that Self-esteem, Knowledge Sharing, Professional Skepticism, and Educational Level positively influence Auditor Performance. Meanwhile, Narcissism has an adverse effect on Auditor Performance. These findings highlight the importance of personality traits and professional conduct in supporting the quality of auditor performance.

Abstract

Critical thinking is increasingly recognized as an essential skill for vocational high school students. However, teachers in South Sumatra report that students’ performance remains limited, particularly in advanced clarification, decision-making, and complex reasoning. This study represents one of the first regional analyses of IPAS teachers’ perceptions regarding critical thinking and the integration of STEM-based digital games in Indonesian vocational schools. Employing a quantitative descriptive approach, the study involved 118 IPAS teachers from various regions. Findings indicate that 57% of teachers stated that only some students were able to conduct observations and compile reports, while 53% reported that only a few students could anticipate logical consequences. Overall, teachers noted that digital learning facilities such as communication devices, internet access, and presentation media were available, although their distribution varied across schools. Most teachers also expressed positive attitudes toward the use of STEM-based digital educational games, viewing them as an effective medium for enhancing student engagement and strengthening critical thinking in IPAS learning. These results emphasize how important it is to develop STEM-based digital educational games as a strategic solution for improving critical thinking skills in vocational education
