Abstract

Abstract – Advances in internet-based communication and information technology, in the digital era bring major changes in various aspects of life, so that agribusiness actors are also competing to create a digital marketing system in order to maintain or improve the sustainability of their business. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-marketing on consumer satisfaction at Hartanimart.com. The research approach is descriptive quantitative, through survey activities with descriptive tabulation methods and PLS-SEM data analysis processed with the help of Excel 2010 software and Smart PLS software version 3.2.1. The findings show that of the 3 hypotheses tested there are 3 accepted/proven hypotheses based on the value (t-test > 1.96) and value (p-value < 0.05), namely H1 = usefulness, H2 = ease of use, H4 = norm subjective influence significantly on the use of e-marketing on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm. Other hypotheses were rejected such as H3 = attitude of use has a significant effect on the use of e-marketing on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm and H5 = factors of e-marketing users have a direct and indirect effect on the level of consumer satisfaction on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm. This indicates that Hartani Farm consumers directly or indirectly do not feel satisfaction from the factor of using e-marketing. While the subjective norm factor has a direct influence on consumer satisfaction. For this reason, the management of the Hartani Farm company must be more creative in finding other ways or breakthroughs in its marketing program activities so that more consumers buy their products and win business competition in the future.Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Use of e-marketing

Abstract

This research aims to determine the direct influence of brand awareness, brand associations, perceived quality and brand loyalty on the purchasing decisions of Nescafe coffee consumers in the Jakarta area. This research uses quantitative statistical research, collecting data in the field using survey methods. Distribution of questionnaires is used to find out respondents' answers regarding the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The independent variables in this research are brand trust, product quality, and word of mouth, while the dependent variable is purchasing decisions. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that; Partial brand awareness does not have a significant impact on the decision to purchase Nescafe coffee. Brand association does not partially have a significant impact on Nescafe coffee purchasing decisions. Partial quality perceptions have a significant impact on the decision to purchase Nescafe coffee. Partial brand loyalty shows that there is no significant relationship to the dependent variable, namely purchasing decisions. Brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty together (simultan) have a significant influence on the decision making process of purchasing Nescafe coffee. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Jakarta Barat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui tingkat pengawasan dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kuantitatif statistik dengan populasi pegawai Kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Jakarta Barat. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada pegawai dan analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji normalitas, uji multikolineritas, uji heteroskedasitisas, uji regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan uji koefisien determinasi secara parsial dan simultan. Dari hasil penelitian secara parsial untuk variabel pengawasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,005 < 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima, sedangkan untuk variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 atau hipotesis diterima. Secara simultan variabel pengawasan dan variabel disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 dan variabel bebas berpengaruh terhadap variabel Y sebesar 56,8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Jakarta. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pentingnya efektivitas karyawan dalam menentukan kesuksesan perusahaan, serta pengaruh efikasi diri dan lingkungan kerja dalam meningkatkan performa karyawan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara efikasi diri dan lingkungan kerja dengan efektivitas karyawan di perusahaan tersebut. Metode  penelitian  yang  digunakan  adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan kuesioner sebagai instrumen pengumpulan data. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 77 karyawan. Data  yang  diperoleh  dianalisis  menggunakan analisis regresi  linier  berganda,  uji  validitas,  uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji parsial, uji simultan, serta uji koefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial ataupun simultan antara Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap  Efektivitas  Karyawan  PT  Clipan Finance Indonesia Jakarta. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa Efikasi Diri nilai thitung 6,646 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 secara parsial efikasi diri berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja, Lingkungan Kerja nilai thitung 3,229 > ttabel 1,992 dan nilai signifikansi 0,001 < 0,05 secara parsial lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja. Efikasi Diri dan Lingkungan Kerja nilai Fhitung 47,800 > Ftabel 3,12 dengan nilai Sig. sebesar 0,001 < 0,05 secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas kerja.   This research conducted at PT Clipan Finance Indonesia Jakarta. Abstract

This study is entitled The Influence of Brand Equity Elements Brand Awareness, Brand Association, Perceived Quality, and Brand Loyalty on Consumer Purchasing Decisions of Wardah Cosmetics in Depok City. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of brand equity elements of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty on consumer purchasing decisions of Wardah cosmetics. The research method used in this study is a quantitative approach with data collection using a questionnaire with a total of 100 respondents who use Wardah brand cosmetic products. Data analysis using multiple linear regression and data processing with the JASP software application. The results of this study indicate that the brand awareness variable partially does not have a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The brand association variable also partially does not have a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The quality perception variable partially has a significant relationship to the purchase decision of Wardah cosmetics. The brand loyalty variable also partially shows no significant relationship to the dependent variable, namely the purchase decision. Simultaneously, the variables of brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality and brand loyalty together have a significant effect on the decision-making process for purchasing Wardah cosmetics.

Abstract

PT Giri Artha Sejahtera is a national company engaged in driving schools and has implemented competency-based training and certification for its management. This study aims to determine the effect of compensation and work discipline both partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research data used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression model data analysis methods and data processed using SPSS. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. The data sources used are primary data such as observation and distributing questionnaires. While secondary data is literature study through book and journal sources. The results of this study prove that compensation does not have a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance. The work discipline variable has a positive and significant effect partially on employee performance, and the compensation and work discipline variables have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Based on the results of the R-Square determination coefficient test (R2) compensation and work discipline have an effect of 62%.

Abstract

This research has a background problem that is the tendency of rusunawa residents to generalize the benefits of Tolak Angin as a medicine that can cure various diseases. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of advertising and product quality on consumer purchasing decisions on Tolak Angin products in Tambora rusunawa. The data used are primary data obtained from the results of the questionnaire. This type of research uses quantitative. The population in this study is the community in Tambora rusunawa. Data collection uses Purposive Sampling samples distributed to 96 respondents. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, data quality testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing and determination coefficient testing. Based on the results of this study, it shows that advertising partially has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 3.060 > 1.985 and a significant value of 0.003 < 0.05. Meanwhile, partially product quality has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a calculated t value of 6.628 > 1.985 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05. Likewise, simultaneously, the two independent variables, namely advertising and product quality, simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the consumer purchasing decision variable with a calculated f value of 75,052 > 3.09 and a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

 This research has a background problem that is the promotion and price of Skintific brand products to consumers in West Jakarta. This skincare trend is increasing along with modern lifestyles and the influence of social media. Skintific has become a popular brand due to its aggressive marketing strategy, especially on TikTok. Although known as a premium quality product, Skintific's price is considered not commensurate with its quality when compared to local brands. The "FOMO" phenomenon makes many consumers buy because of trends, not needs. This shows that purchasing decisions are influenced by brand image and promotion, not just product quality. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling with a purposive method, a sample size of 96 respondents. Data analysis used SPSS version 25. Researchers conducted several tests including multiple linear analysis, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and coefficient of determination tests. The results of the T test showed that promotion and price had a significant effect on purchasing decisions with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 and the results of the F test showed that promotion and price had a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions because the F count value of 48.884> f table 3.09

Abstract

This research was conducted at the DKI Jakarta Province Development and Environment Bureau which has authority over various areas of development and environmental issues. This institution is tasked with coordinating, formulating, and evaluating policies in these various areas. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at the DKI Jakarta Province Development and Environment Bureau. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey method through questionnaire distribution. The data used are primary and data collection uses saturated samples. Data analysis techniques include validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination tests processed using SPSS version 25. The results of the study indicate that partially, each variable has a positive and significant influence on employee performance, namely 0.001 (Work Motivation) and 0.008 (Work Environment). Simultaneously, the combination of the two also provides a positive and significant influence, namely 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that both individually and together, the variables of work motivation and work environment contribute to improving employee performance

Abstract
