Abstract

Abstract – Advances in internet-based communication and information technology, in the digital era bring major changes in various aspects of life, so that agribusiness actors are also competing to create a digital marketing system in order to maintain or improve the sustainability of their business. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the use of e-marketing on consumer satisfaction at Hartanimart.com. The research approach is descriptive quantitative, through survey activities with descriptive tabulation methods and PLS-SEM data analysis processed with the help of Excel 2010 software and Smart PLS software version 3.2.1. The findings show that of the 3 hypotheses tested there are 3 accepted/proven hypotheses based on the value (t-test > 1.96) and value (p-value < 0.05), namely H1 = usefulness, H2 = ease of use, H4 = norm subjective influence significantly on the use of e-marketing on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm. Other hypotheses were rejected such as H3 = attitude of use has a significant effect on the use of e-marketing on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm and H5 = factors of e-marketing users have a direct and indirect effect on the level of consumer satisfaction on online transaction activities at Hartani Farm. This indicates that Hartani Farm consumers directly or indirectly do not feel satisfaction from the factor of using e-marketing. While the subjective norm factor has a direct influence on consumer satisfaction. For this reason, the management of the Hartani Farm company must be more creative in finding other ways or breakthroughs in its marketing program activities so that more consumers buy their products and win business competition in the future.Keywords : Customer Satisfaction, Use of e-marketing

Abstract

Had been carried out regarding influence of brand awareness, electronic word of mouth and digital marketing funnel on buying decision of fruits through e-grocery. Respondents were determined using the sample method. The sample size was 100 people taken from an unknown population of fruit buyers through e-grocery. Descriptive tabulation and SEM analysis of the PLS approach are used to determine the effect of brand awareness, electronic Word of Mouth (eWOM) and digital marketing funnel on consumer behavior, on purchasing decisions and on fruit purchase decisions based on e-grocery consumer behavior variables. The results showed that (1) electronic word of mouth and digital marketing channels have a real and significant effect on consumer behavior. Brand awareness has significant effect on consumer behavior, (2) electronic word of mouth, digital marketing channels and consumer behavior have significant effect on purchasing decisions and (3) electronic word of mouth and digital marketing channels have significant effect on purchasing decisions based on consumer behavior variables. Brand awareness has no real and significant effect on purchasing decisions based on consumer behavior variables.

Abstract

The coffee plant rejuvenation is one of the government programs for coffee commodities that has been carried out in several locations, one of which is in Garut Regency, West Java. To determine the success of this program, it is necessary to evaluate the Arabica coffee plant rejuvenation program in Garut Regency. The evaluation was conducted using the Policy analysis matrix (PAM). Respondents were Arabica coffee farmers selected through a purposive sampling method. 83 farmers out of 435 farmers who are members of 18 farmer groups were selected as respondents in this study. Primary data were obtained from questionnaires and secondary data were obtained from literature sources. The evaluation results showed that the Arabica coffee plant rejuvenation program had a competitive advantage as seen from two indicators, namely positive private benefits and Private Cost Ratio or PCR of 0.36 or < 1. The program also indicated that it had an impact on increasing profits for coffee farms in the research location as indicated by the value of PC > 1 (2.00). While the value of SRP>0 (0.22) indicates that the government program causes producers to spend less than the social cost of production. Overall, the Arabica coffee plant improvement program in Garut Regency has an impact on reducing the input costs of coffee farming increasing profits, and providing protection for coffee farmers.

Abstract

Kawasan resort Tapos Taman Nasional Gunung Gede Pangrango (TNGGP) merupakan daerah yang masih alami dan rendah aktivitas manusia sehingga informasi mengenai flora di dalamnya belum banyak dilaporkan. Salah satunya adalah tumbuhan paku yang memiliki banyak manfaat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi mengenai jenis tumbuhan paku dan potensi pemanfaatannya di kawasan tersebut. Pengambilan sampel tumbuhan paku dilakukan dengan metode jelajah (Cruise Method) sepanjang jalur. Berdasarkan hasil diperoleh 34 jenis paku yang tergolong dalam 18 famili pada kedua lokasi. Terdapat 22 jenis paku yang termasuk dalam 15 famili di Cibayawak (CB) dan terdapat 15 jenis paku yang termasuk dalam 8 famili di Lebak Bumi Ciherang (LBC). Beberapa jenis tumbuhan paku yang ditemukan memiliki potensi yang bisa dimanfaatkan dalam bidang kesehatan, sosial dan ekonomi. Kondisi abiotik di kedua lokasi masih mendukung keberadaan jenis tumbuhan paku.
