Abstract

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance of the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 117 samples. Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership have not significant effect on the employee performance, but transformational leadership have a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change have a positive and significant effect on relationship between transformational leadership and employee performance. Readiness for change as fully mediator. This new research proposed a model for building employee performance among the employee of a shoe industry in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve employee readiness in facing the era of industrial revolution 4.0.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganilisis serta mendiskusikan seberapa besar pengaruh antara Kebijakan Pengupahan Kabupaten Bekasi dan Biaya Tenaga Kerja baik secara parsial maupun simultan terhadap Kinerja Produksi di Perusahaan terbuka PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk. periode tahun 2008 – 2019.Metode penelitian menggunakan uji hipoteis antara variabel-variabel memengaruhi terhadap yang dipengaruhi dalam suatu model. Jenis data sekunder runtut waktu (time series) selama 12 tahun, dengan teknik analisis regresi linier.Hasil pembuktian hipotesis menunjukkan simpulan-simpulan: Model1,terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Kebijakan pengupahan terhadap Kinerja Produksi sebesar 86,40 persen. Model 2, terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara Biaya Tenaga Kerja terhadap Kinerja Produksi sebesar 93,00 persen. Dan Model 3, secara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan sebesar 97, 00 persen, antara Kebijakan pengupahan dan Biaya Tenaga Kerja Langsung terhadap Kinerja Produksi PT. Unilever Indonesia, Tbk.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan antara liabilitas jangka pendek dan ekuitas terhadap total aset yang dimiliki PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo.Tbk.Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari tahun 2009 sampai dengan tahun 2017. Regresi linier dan korelasi berganda, merupakan teknik analisis dengan metode eksplanatori riset untuk pengujian hipotesis penelitian.Hasil penelitian ini berupa kesimpulan yaitu terdapat pengaruh siginifikan, baik secara parsial maupun simultan, antara liabilitas jangka pendek dan ekuitas terhadap total aset PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo.Tbk.Kata Kunci : Liabilitas jangka pendek, Ekuitas dan Total Aset

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze and discuss the effectiveness of Exchange rates and Loan interst expense used in partially and simultaneously on the value of Indonesia's Non -oil and gas exports from 1996 up to 2019. The analysis technique used in this study is linear regression, used SPSS software version 22. The research data collected during 24 years is time series secondary data. The explanatory research method in this research is to explain the relationship of one variable to other variables in a model, through the hypothesis test.This study concludes that found of model 1, has a partially significant effect, a positive of 43,90 %, between The exchange rate to Non-oil and Gas Exports. Model 2 has a partially significant effect, a negative of  79,60 %, between Loan interest expense on Non-Oil and Gas Exports. And model 3, there is a simultaneously significant effect of  81,30 %, a very strong relationship, between The exchange rate variable and Loan interest expense to the Indonesian Non-Oil and Gas Export variable.
