Character building is very important to become a key educational mainstream in Indonesia for formal, non-formal and informal setting. There are several factor that influence children character building, namely parenting style and personality genetic. The purpose of this research is to identify the influence of parenting style and personality genetic to children?s character building. This research is a correlational study using survey and quantitative method. Both population and sample in this study is 96 preschool parents from Aya Sophia Islamic School (PAUD). Data collection technique is using questionnaire with likert scale. The instrument of this study is a modification from Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) and Roman et al. (2015). To measure the personality genetic, the instrument is adapted from Poniman (2013). Another instrument used to measure children character development is an adaptation from Poniman et. Al (2014). Analysis from this study is using SEM (Structural Equation Model) with SmartPLS version 3.0 as a statistic tools. The result of this study argued that parenting style and personality genetic have a positive influence and significantly contributed to children character building.AbstrakPendidikan karakter penting untuk menjadi mainstream pokok pendidikan di Indonesia baik di ranah formal, nonformal maupun informal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter anak, di antaranya adalah pola asuh di keluarga (parenting style) dan personality genetic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan personality genetic terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sample penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa PAUD Aya Sophia Islamic School sebanyak 96 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) Robinson et al. (1995) dan Roman et al. (2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur personality genetic diadaptasi dari Poniman (2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari Poniman dkk. (2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting style dan personality genetic berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the SVLK Timber Legality and Verification System, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management for wood and wood-based products on the competitiveness of the wood industry in Central Java. This research was conducted in several companies that process wood or use wood as the main material in Central Java with a total of 300 respondents. The respondents of this study are wood industry employees as top management, managers and staff who have been implementing SVLK, FSC, PEFC for at least 2 years. The background of this study is due to the lack of PEFC, FSC and SVLK research on the wood industry in Indonesia's Central Java province. Data collection was carried out by distributing electronic questionnaires online during January 2020 and analyzing data processing using Structural Equation Model (SEM) and Linear Structural Model (LISREL) software version 8.70. The analysis shows that the application of SVLK, FSC Chain of Custody, PEFC Sustainable Forest Management significantly and positively affects the company's competitiveness such as increased customer satisfaction, increased sales and decreased customer complaints.

This study aims to analyze the effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on the performance of Health Center or Puskesmas in Pati, Central Java. The research respondents were employees and staff at the Puskesmas 120 people and the method of data collection was by giving an electronic questionnaire to respondents who were distributed randomly in December 2019. This research analysis tool uses SEM (Structural Equation Model) LISREL program version 8.70. Based on the data analysis shows that the transformational leadership style has a positive and strongly significant effect on the performance of puskesmas employees and the transactional leadership style also has a strongly significant and positive effect on puskesmas employee performance.The research suggestion is the leadership style of the Puskesmas head should use transactional and transfromational style such as instruction, consultation, participation and delegation with the performance of Puskesmas staff such as attendance, cooperation, quality of work, attitudes, and knowledge about work to solve everyday problems. Puskesmas leaders must adopt a more flexible leadership style in accordance with the existing situation for better performance of Puskesmas staff.

In today's highly competitive service world, many companies face rapid and dynamic changes, especially in the 4.0 industrial revolution. Therefore companies must focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) to gain competitive advantage. This study examines the effect of transformational leadership and company climate on work performance through innovative work behavior as mediation by taking a service company in Indonesia. Data collection methode is simple random sampling via electronic to the population of service employees in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 1199 samples. Data processing using SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The result of data analysis is that transformational leadership and corporate culture have positive and significant effects on work performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a very positive and significant effect on work performance. This new research proposes a model for building work performance among employees of transformational leadership companies and corporate culture with corporate learning as mediation

This research aimed to measure the effect of tacit and explicit knowledge sharing on teacher innovation capability mediated by organizational learning. Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the teacher population in Indonesia. The returned and valid questionnaire results were 781 samples. Data processing used SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this research showed that explicit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability, both directly and through organizational learning mediation, while tacit knowledge sharing had a positive and significant effect on teacher innovation capability through organizational learning mediation. Novelty research was proposing a model for building teacher innovation capability through tacit and explicit knowledge sharing with organizational learning as mediation. This research can pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

Pendidikan karakter penting untuk menjadi mainstream pokok pendidikan di Indonesia baik di ranah formal, nonformal maupun informal. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pengembangan karakter anak, di antaranya adalah pola asuh di keluarga (parenting style) dan genetic personality. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh parenting style dan genetic personality terhadap pengembangan karakter anak. Jenis penelitian adalah korelasional menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi sekaligus sample penelitian ini adalah orang tua siswa Taman Kanak-kanak di Tangerang sebanyak 90 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner (angket) yang disusun berdasarkan skala Likert. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur pola asuh parenting style merupakan hasil modifikasi dari Parenting Style Questionnaire (PSQ) (Robinson et al., 1995) dan (Roman et al., 2015). Instrumen untuk mengukur genetic personality diadaptasi dari (Poniman & Mangussara, 2013), sedangkan untuk mengukur pengembangan karakter anak menggunakan adaptasi dari (Poniman, 2014). Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan SEM (Structural Equation Model) dengan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa parenting style dan genetic personality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengembangan karakter anak.

In the competitive business world today during Pandemic Covid-19, many industries face the flux of rapid change, especially in the Public Health Center. Therefore companies should focus on innovative work behavior (IWB) in order to gain a competitive advantage. The result was transformational leadership and organizational climate gave a positive effect and significant on work performance, both directly and through mediating innovative work behavior. Innovative work behavior has a positive effect and significant on work performance. This novel research is proposing a model to build work performance among employees of automotive industry through transformational leadership and organizational climate with organizational learning as mediation.

This study aimed to measure the effect of transformational leadership on teacher performance of the teachers of the five private schools in Tangerang which are mediated by readiness for change. Data collection was done by a simple random sampling technique and the returned and valid questionnaire results were 221 samples. Data processing was used the SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results of this study concluded that transformational leadership has no significant effect on teacher performance, but transformational leadership has a positive and significant effect on readiness for change. This study conclude also that readiness for change has a positive and significant effect on the relationship between transformational leadership and teacher performance. Readiness for change as a full mediator. This new research proposed a model for building teacher performance among the teachers of the private schools in Tangerang through enhancing transformational leadership practice with readiness for change as a mediator. This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 4.0.

The objectives in this study are: (1) Want to know the effect of recruitment on morale teachers at MTs Nurul Huda, (2) Want to know the influence of career development on the spirit of work teachers at MTs Nurul Huda, (3) Want to know that recruitment and career development have an effect on the spirit of teacher work at MTs Nurul Huda. The method used in this study is quantitative in nature associative descriptive. In this study, the saturated sampling method is a technique of determining when all members of the population are used as samples. The samples used in this study are all teachers at MTs Nurl Huda are 25 people. Data collection methods with questionnaires (polls) that have tested validity and reality. The data analysis techniques that have been used are tests correlation, coefficient determination test, regression test and hypothesis test using SPSS 18.0 program. Results this research shows that Recruitment (X1) and Career Development (X2) have an effect on employee productivity (Y) of 81.3% while the remaining 18.7% is affected by variable otherwise un scrutinized. The results of regression and career development analysis of the spirit of work are obtained 4581 + -(6,375) X1 + 6,992 X2. This constant of 4,581 means that if there is an increase in the value of the variable motivation and work environment, employee work productivity is 4,581%. Based on hypothesis test F recruitment and career development against the spirit of teachers obtained results F count>F table =47.933>3.44. It states that it has a significant influence on the recruitment and development of career towards the spirit of teacher work at MTs Nurul Huda. The conclusions of this study are recruitment and career development has a significant impact on the spirit of work. In this study the authors advice and input to the school leadership of MTs Nurul Huda, namely the need for school policy in improving recruitment, career development and work spirit significantly.

– The research was conduct in PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk by comparing the 3 from 26 companies' food and beverage industry which is registered in the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research using quantitative data and documentation as the data collection technique. This study was using Return on investment variable, Net Profit Margin, and Total Assets Turnover. Since 2015-2019 the results from the ROI variable are weak because it’s still under the industry average value. Meanwhile, NPM that is categorized as good enough is because it’s above the industry average. TATO variable is still categorized as not yet able to activate the effectiveness because it’s still below the average of similar industries.
