Abstract

OJK presence was a turning point to the many cross issues in the financial services sector which includes measures of moral hazard, financial services consumer protection is not optimal, and the disruption of the stability of the financial system. OJK as an independent institution requires maximum effort promotions on tasks and functions to the public. This research uses descriptive qualitative research to explore strategies of promotion done by OJK of Central Sulawesi Province. The results of this study indicate that, promotion strategies undertaken by the OJK Central Sulawesi province are through is through ads in print and electronic media. Namely periodical published in Radar and Mercusuar newsletters, Billboards installed periodical in the streets of Mayor in the city of Palu, Cinema advertising, Published in  XXI Palu Grand Mall and Radio advertising: RRI. While the implications of the implementation of promotional strategies that people are starting to know the whereabouts of the OJK Central Sulawesi province, although not yet familiar with the tasks and functions in educating and providing consumer protection

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh nilai tukar dan harga terhadap volume ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) PT. LETAWA Tahun 2017-2019. Jenis penelitian ini adalah lapangan dengan pendekatan kuantitif, teknik pengumpulan data dengan kuesioner, tehnik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa menunjukkan bahwa nilai tukar secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap volume ekspor Crude Palm Oil PT. LETAWA, dan harga secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap volume ekspor. Serta berdasarkan uji F nilai tukar dan harga berpengaruh simultan terhadap volume ekspor Crude Palm Oil (CPO) PT. Letawa Bagi pemerintah terus mendukung pelaksanaan ekspor CPO dengan kebijakan-kebijakan yang dapat menjaga kestabilan ekonomi perdangangan, karena ekpor merupakan sumber pendapatan bagi pemerintah Penelitian yang menganalisa terkait pengaruh nilai tukar dan harga terhadap volume ekspor crude plam oil belum banyak dilakukan.

Abstract

The continuity of MSMEs is supported by sound financial management. Financial records play a role in business management to assist owners in making financial decisions. Assistance activities for preparing financial statements are carried out to provide new insights into financial records. Assistance is carried out by directly visiting MSME owners and helping to prepare financial reports. The results of the mentoring activities found that MSME owners did not have adequate financial records. Assistance activities help prepare financial reports according to data availability and have not been prepared according to EMKM standards

Abstract

This study aims to address knowledge gaps through a holistic approach, considering individual and organizational factors in the context of business zakat compliance. It involves financial accountability, information quality, and altruism as relevant factors, with information quality and altruism being mediated by business growth. Data were collected through questionnaires from 100 Small and Medium Enterprises in Palu City, Donggala Regency, and Sigi Regency, using purposive sampling. The analysis employed SEM PLS methodology. Findings indicate no significant support for the relationship between financial accountability and business growth. Conversely, information quality and altruism exhibit significant relationships. In the context of business zakat compliance, no relationships were found between financial accountability, information quality, and altruism. However, the relationship between business growth and zakat compliance proved to be significant. Mediation analysis revealed that only the relationships between information quality, altruism, and zakat compliance are mediated by business growth, while the relationship between financial accountability and zakat compliance is not mediated. Study limitations include specific context, reliance on cross-sectional data, and a narrow focus on SMEs in a specific industry. Future research recommendations encompass longitudinal studies, sample expansion, and exploration of the cultural and technological impacts on financial practices and compliance
