Abstract

Pembiayaan murabahah telah mendominasi dalam penyaluran dana pada bank syari?ah, jumlahnya hampir mencapai tujuh puluh lima persen dari total pembiayaan, hal ini memunculkan kesan semua transaksi penyaluran dana bank syari?ah sengaja di murabahah-kan, kemungkinan untuk meminimalisir resiko yang akan menimpa bank dalam setiap penyaluran dananya. Dibandingkan dengan mekanisme-mekanisme pembiyaan yang lain, murabahah adalah yang paling menguntungkan dan paling sedikit resikonya terhadap bank syari?ah. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mereview dan mengkaji praktik pembiayaan murabahah dari konsep teori dan praktik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how strong the influence of artificial intelligence-based services, social media marketing, and product excellence on customer loyalty of Islamic Banks in East Java with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with data collection techniques using a questionnaire with an interval scale of 1-5 to customers of Islamic Banks and domiciled in East Java. The sample taken was 400 respondents with a nonprobability sampling technique. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) instrument approach to process data because it is one of the alternative Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) techniques that are often used to analyze the correlation between several complex variables. This study found that artificial intelligence-based services have a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction of Islamic Banks. Social media marketing has a significant positive effect on customer loyalty and satisfaction of Islamic Banks. The product excellence variable does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty of Islamic Banks, but has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction of Islamic Banks. The researcher also added an Intervening variable to mediate the three independent variables. The result is that the customer satisfaction variable is able to mediate the three variables.

Abstract

Purpose from this study is analyze the effect of the work environment, leadership style, and religious attitudes on employee productivity through job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The data in this study were obtained from a questionnaire that had been circulated and then tested using SPSS V25. The sample of this research are employees of PT. Nada Surya Tunggal has 110 employees. From the data analysis that has been carried out, it shows that: (1) Work environment has a significant positive effect on work productivity (2) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work productivity (3) Religiosity has a significant positive effect on work productivity (4) Work environment has a positive effect significant positive effect on job satisfaction (5) Leadership style has a significant positive effect on work productivity (6) Religiosity has a positive and insignificant effect on work productivity (7) Job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on work productivity. (8) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between the work environment and work productivity (8) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between leadership style and work productivity (10) Job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between religiosity and employee productivity.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) support the national and regional economy. In this digital era, the knowledge and expertise of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the regions regarding technological developments and the application of digitalization in marketing strategies for a business are still very lacking, especially in Pakis Village. Marketing strategies classified as very traditional reflect the lack of understanding and knowledge about digital marketing. Socialization is carried out to increase the interest of MSMEs in marketing strategies through digital marketing. This socialization is carried out door to door or by visiting the houses of MSMEs. The lecture method is the method used in this socialization. This lecture method provides MSMEs with an understanding of digital marketing strategies through PowerPoint presentations. As a follow-up to support the work program for socializing marketing strategies through digital marketing for MSMEs, a business location sign is then made on Google Maps, and as a medium to promote brands or products, KKN students also put up banners for MSMEs so that the wider community better knows them.
