Abstract

The existence of Islamic banks has a direction and purpose to provide great benefit to all people in Indonesia. During this time, the public views Islamic banking products only for Muslims. While the fact is that many non-Muslim communities are customers in Islamic banks. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach methodology based. Data were processed using SEM analysis of Covarian Based Structural Equation Modeling (CBSEM) with the help of IBM SPSS Amos software, 20. The results of this study indicate that overall the decision to choose can be influenced by cultural, social and psychological factors. In testing of each variable, it was found that all hypotheses were acceptable unless personal factors showed a negative and not significant effect on the decision of non-Muslim communities to become customers of Islamic banks. In testing the correlation of each variable it was found that the strongest correlation was between culture and social of 0.642.Keberadaan bank syariah memiliki arah dan tujuan untuk memberikan kemaslahatan kepada seluruh masyarakat di Indonesia. Selama ini, masyarakat memandang perbankan syariah sebatas hanya untuk yang beragama muslim. Sedangkan faktanya banyak masyarakat non muslim yang menjadi nasabah di bank syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data diolah menggunakan analisis SEM yang berjenis Covarian Based Structural Equation Modeling (CBSEM) dengan bantuan software IBM SPSS Amos, 20. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan keputusan memilih bank syariah di kota Yogyakarta dapat dipengaruhi oleh faktor kebudayaan, sosial dan psikologis. Pada pengujian dari setiap variabel ditemukan bahwa seluruh hipotesis dapat diterima kecuali faktor pribadi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap keputusan masyarakat non muslim menjadi nasabah bank syariah. Pada pengujian korelasi dari setiap variabel ditemukan bahwa korelasi yang paling kuat adalah antara kebudayaan dan sosial sebesar 0.642.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 menjadi landasan bagi pemerintah dalam mendorong pertumbuhan UMKM untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Meski jumlah UMKM terus bertambah setiap tahun, pemahaman dan pengetahuan pelaku usaha, khususnya UMKM di Kota Banjarmasin perlu ditingkatkan. Keterbatasan pemahaman pemasaran dan manajemen menjadi hambatan signifikan bagi UMKM dalam upaya beradaptasi dengan perkembangan teknologi terkini. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk membekali pengurus dan anggota UMKM dengan pengetahuan dan keterampilan di bidang keuangan dan pemasaran. Metode pembelajaran yang diterapkan adalah "Learning by-doing" dengan menggabungkan ceramah interaktif, diskusi dua arah, dan praktik langsung. Pelatihan mencakup keterampilan, pemasaran produk, desain kemasan, serta pengembangan inovasi produk bernilai tambah. Kegiatan pengabdian diawali dengan tahap observasi langsung ke lapangan untuk memahami secara mendalam kondisi dan kebutuhan UMKM. Pelatihan yang diberikan difokuskan pada peningkatan kapasitas di bidang pemasaran digital. Sebagai hasil dari program ini, UMKM berhasil bertransformasi dari pemasaran mulut ke mulut menjadi memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai saluran promosi utama.

Abstract

The objectives of research are to describe transformational leadership style, employee performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), and to examine the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) as moderator variable. Sampling technique is stratified sampling. The respondent of research is 77 persons. The analysis tool is Partial Least Square (PLS). Research respondent is the employee of PD. BPR of South Kalimantan. Result of research indicates that transformational leadership style and employee performance remain in high category. Transformational leadership style has significant direct influence on employee performance. Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) belongs to high category. The moderating nature of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) is moderating of strengthening which means that higher organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) will empower the influence of transformational leadership style on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, and digital literacy on the financial performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Banjarmasin City. MSMEs play a vital role in supporting the regional economy; however, they continue to face challenges in financial management and technological adaptation. Improving financial literacy and access to financial and digital resources is believed to be a crucial factor in promoting the growth and sustainability of MSMEs. This research employs a quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consists of all MSME actors operating in Banjarmasin City. A total of 70 respondents were selected through purposive sampling. After undergoing validity and reliability testing, primary data were collected using a structured questionnaire and distributed to MSME owners or managers. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression with SmartPLS 4 software. The results indicate that financial literacy, financial inclusion, and digital literacy significantly contribute to the financial performance of MSMEs, both simultaneously and partially, thereby supporting the theoretical framework of the Resource-Based View (RBV).
