Abstract

Based on the results of the study, learning problems are problems that are often experienced by students. Learning problems greatly affect the learning outcomes obtained by students. The problems experienced by students were more on learning skills. These problems must have the right handling, so that learning problems can be overcome. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Because this research was conducted to describe or provide an overview of learning problems. Qualitative research is a study that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects, such as motivation, behavior, and actions. This research uses a case study method that can focus on a particular case to be analyzed carefully and thoroughly. In this study, the researcher collects a reference book or journal article. Based on these types of references, results will be generated related to the topic raised by the researcher. These references will be studied to get a detailed explanation of case studies of problems in learning mathematics, namely: phobia of mathematics, cheating and low motivation. The source of the data in this study were class VIII-C students of MTSN 10 Bireuen in the 2018/2019 academic year.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh social media marketingterhadap brand loyalty pada Wardah Cosmetics yang dimediasi oleh customer engagementdi akun Instagram @wardahbeauty. Jenis penelitian ini adalah explanatory research yangmenjelaskan hubungan kausal antar variabel-variabelnya melalui pengujian hipotesis.Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 130 responden pengguna Instagram yangmengikuti akun @wardahbeauty. Analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS)dan dibantu oleh software SmartPLS 3.2.7 untuk memudahkan penelitian. Dari hasilpengujian terhadap keempat hipotesis, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel social mediamarketing dan customer engagement masing-masing berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap brand loyalty Wardah Cosmetics. Variabel social media marketing berpengaruhpositif dan signifikan terhadap customer engagement akun Instagram @wardahbeauty.Variabel social media marketing berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap brand loyaltypada Wardah Cosmetics yang dimediasi oleh customer engagement akun Instagram@wardahbeauty, dimana customer engagement memiliki pengaruh yang lebih besarterhadap brand loyalty dibandingkan social media marketing.Kata Kunci : social media marketing, customer engagement, brand loyalty

Abstract

One of the diseases that is common suffered by some Indonesian people is diabetes mellitus. The disease is caused by a diet that contains high blood sugar levels and an irregular lifestyle so that people with diabetes mellitus tend to be more severe. This study aims to analyze the dominant factors of dietary compliance of patients with diabetes mellitus in the Tuban health center area. The method used by using the sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The variable used is the dominant factor of people with diabetes mellitus. Based on the results of statistical tests, obtained P> (0.005) which means there was no significant relationship between knowledge, motivation and family support for people with diabetes mellitus and dietary adherence. There are 58% for the category of someone who has knowledge, 77% good support from family and 53% personal motivation. So that, maintaining blood sugar levels and obey to a healthy lifestyle is highly recommended for patients to be free from diabetes mellitus and reduce complications in their body.
