Abstract

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan mendeskripsikan Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 3 (tiga) orang yaitu; 1). Kabag Ops SPKT Polres Kabupaten Melawi. 2). Anggota Kepolisian yang bertugas pada SPKT Kabupaten Melawi. 3). Anggota Masyarakat yang mendapatkan pelayanan pada SPKT Kabupaten Melawi. Teknik penelitian yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah teknik wawancara, observasi atau pengamatan dan studi dokumentasi dengan analisis data menggunakan metode analisis data kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi sudah berjalan atau dilaksanakan oleh Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi, khususnya pada aspek Mekanisme Pelayanannya, dimana pihak Polres Melawi memberikan layanan kepada masyarakat sesuai dengan mekanisme yang ditetapkan oleh undang-undang. Pelayanan kepada masyarakat sudah diberikan sesuai mekanisme pelayanan yang ada. Aspek Sarana dan Prasarana sudah tersedia, komputer, laptop, printer, alat tulis kantor, meja dan kursi sebagai bagian dari pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Aspek sumber daya manusia dapat dibagi dalam dua bagian yaitu kuantitas dan kualitas. Dari aspek kualitas sumber daya manusia sudah cukup memadai namun dari sisi kuantitas sumber daya manusia masih diperlukan. Kesimpulannnya bahwa Pelayanan Kepolisian pada Masyarakat di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Kabupaten Melawi dalam aspek Mekanisme pelayanan pihak SPKT sudah memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat sesuai prosedur dan mekanisme yang diatur oleh undang-undang. Dari Aspek sarana dan prasarana sudah cukup memadai dan dari aspek sumber daya manusia masih diperlukan dari aspek kuantitas personil. Saran: perlu adanya peningkatan sarana dan prasarana terutama jika pelayanan SPKT dilakukan diera digitalisasi dan penambahan jumlah personil yang bertugas pada Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Kabupaten Melawi.

Abstract

Abstract: The main topic of discussion is the Role of the Planning Generation Group in Preventing Child Marriage in Sintang District at the Family Planning Service, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Sintang Regency, wants to know, and describe the Role of the Planning Generation Group in Preventing Child Marriage in the Sintang District. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive research method. The subjects in this research are: 1). Head of the Family Planning Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Sintang Regency. 2). Head of the Apparatus and General Affairs Subdivision of the Family Planning Service for Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Sintang Regency. 3). Planning Generation Group Personnel in Preventing Child Marriage in Sintang District 4). Community Elements in Sintang District. The data collection techniques are interviews, observations and documentation studies with data analysis using qualitative data analysis methods. The results of this research show that: The service mechanism; The service mechanism is instructed by the head of the department, passed on to the Head of Subdivision and Family Resilience Group, because GenRe is also under the Head of Youth Resilience Section down to GenRe at the Sintang Regency Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Aspects of program outreach; through social media, such as Instagram, GenRe links and in conjunction with various activities initiated by the Sintang Regency Family Planning, Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Service. Implementation of activities; Implemented in high schools, sub-districts and villages in Sintang Regency where good communication and coordination had previously been carried out. Evaluation of activities; Evaluate the effectiveness of socialization and aspects of program implementation, namely the achievements of activities compared to the program. Achievement of the program in activities. The conclusion is that the role of the Planning Generation Group in preventing child marriage in Sintang District at the Sintang Regency Women's Empowerment and Child Protection Family Planning Service has been running well according to the available budget. Abstract

Local wisdom is a self-identity that should be maintained, protected and passed down to the next generation, because local wisdom is the identity of a community. There are quite a lot of Dayak communities that have lost their local wisdom, so the author feels the need to conduct research on the sustainability of local wisdom in Bettang Panjang, Ensaid Panjang Village, a longhouse inhabited by a small part of the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe. Local wisdom is an identity that must be maintained and passed down to the next generation, that is the self-identity believed by the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe community who live in Bettang Panjang in Ensaid Panjang Village, Kelam Permai District, Sintang Regency. Local wisdom is the values of personal life, communal life and the environment, norms, traditions, and spiritual practices maintained in the community that inhabits Bettang Panjang. This local wisdom becomes the identity or distinguishes the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe community from other communities, this is because the residents of Bettang still maintain and practice most of the local wisdom of the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe from generation to generation. This local wisdom is what becomes the identity of the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe community who inhabit Bettang Panjang. This local wisdom is a characteristic that distinguishes the Dayak Dessa sub-tribe from other Dayak sub-tribes in the surrounding area.

Abstract

Abstract: Informal beliefs and education in longhouses are a social fact that sounds strange today. The emergence of modern religions and formal education with superior accreditation has shaped the public's belief that this is the only way to educate. Different beliefs are considered heretical, which ultimately leads to judgmental behavior. Informal education is considered a 'lower' class education and is not taken into account. Informal beliefs and education in longhouses illustrate that in an era that glorifies technology and formal education, informal education can still be found that is effective in educating the longhouse generation in morals, ethics, mutual cooperation and concern for others. It turns out that the longhouse community is able to show concern, is more capable of working together, working together, and is not individualistic. The beliefs they believe in are true to themselves, they do not impose their beliefs on others, let alone judge the beliefs of others.
