Abstract

lahan di kawasan sepanjang Jalan Sawerigading, dan mengetahui dampak pembangunan Jalan Sawerigading terhadap perubahan tata guna lahan di sekitarnya. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di kawasan sepanjang Jalan Sawerigading Kabupaten Wajo. Pengambilan data primer dilakukan dengan menyebar kuesioner kepada masyarakat sebagai responden di kawasan sepanjang jalan Sawerigading dan data sekunder melalui instansi/dinas terkait. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif kualitatif dan deskriptif kuantitatif yaitu analisis statistik melalui regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan tata guna lahan di kawasan sepanjang Jalan Sawerigading adalah aksesibilitas, nilai lahan, kebijakan pemerintah dan penduduk. Dampak pembangunan Jalan Sawerigading terhadap perubahan tata guna lahan di sekitarnya yaitu terjadi perubahan fungsi lahan sehingga aktivitas di atas lahan ikut berubah, terjadi peningkatan luas lahan terbangun dan kenaikan harga lahan. This research aim to identify the factors affecting the changes of the land uses in the areas along Sawerigading Road and to investigate the impacts of the road upgrading of Sawerigading Road on the land uses of the neighboring areas. The research was conducted in the areas along Sawerigading Road, Wajo Regency. The primary data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the community members as respondents and were living along Sawerigading Road, while the secondary data were collected from the related institutions/service offices. The data were then analyzed using descriptive-qualitative and descriptive-quantitative analysis or the statistical analysis through logistic regression. The research results revealed that the factors affecting the land use changes in the areas along Sawerigading Road were accessibility, land prices, government policy, and the population. The impacts of the construction of Sawerigading Road on the land uses of the neighboring areas were the change of the land fuction, which in turn changing the activities on the land, the increasing area of the develop land and the increase of the land price.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mutu beton kolom eksisting dengan menggunakan uji kualitas fisik bangunan dengan cara tidak merusak (non-destructive) yaitu metode dan peralatan pengujian rebound number (Schimidt Hammer Test) SNI ASTM C805 -2012. Pengujian dilakukan pada pagi hari dan siang hari selama tiga hari bertur;ut-turut. Hasil Mutu beton rata-rata struktur kolom eksisting hasil korelasi pada kondisi pagi sebesar 457,57 kg/cm2, dan kondisi siang sebesar 479,90 kg/cm2. Bangunan eksisting struktur kolom memenuhi kriteria kekuatan mutu beton karakteristik berdasarkan perhitungan hasil pengujian hammer test yaitu sebesar 328,32 kg/cm2 pada pagi hari, dan 343,50 kg/cm2 pada siang hari, dengan mutu beton yang direncanakan yaitu K-300, dimana berdasarkan hasil pengujian tersebut diperoleh kekuatan tekan rata-rata karakteristik > 80%. This research aims to review existing quality concrete columns by using the physical qualities building with the destructive ( non-destructive ) the methods and equipment testing rebounds number ( schimidt hammer test ) SNI ASTM C805 -2012. Testing was conducted in morning and afternoon. consecutive for three days. The results of the quality of concrete on average structure column existing the correlation to the morning of 457,57 kg per cm2 , and the condition the day of 479,90 kg per cm2. The existing structure column meet the criteria of quality concrete characteristic based on calculations of the outcome of the testing test at per kg / 328,32 cm2, in the morning and 343,50 kg / cm2 during the day. Quality concrete k-300 is planned, where the results of tests were obtained a compressive force average characteristic >80%

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan agregat kasar batu pecah (split) dan agregat kasar batu alam yang berasal dari sungai noling, Kabupaten Luwu, Sulawesi Selatan sebagai campuran beton. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian eksperimen dengan melakukan uji kuat tekan beton di laboratorium. PPengujian kuat tekan beton dilakukan pada umur beton 3, 7, dan 28 hari menggunakan silinder dengan diameter 150 mm dan tinggi 300 mm dengan mutu beton yang direncanakan yaitu K-250. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kuat tekan beton yang menggunakan campuran agregat kasar batu pecah lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan campuran agregat kasar batu alam. Adapun nilai kuat tekan beton dengan menggunakan campuran agregat kasar batu  pecah didapatkan pada umur 3 hari 184,381 kg/cm2, 7 hari 221,489 kg/cm2, dan 28 hari 257,437 kg/cm2, sedangkan kuat tekan beton menggunakan campuran agregat kasar batu alam sungai noling pada umur 3 hari 178,583 kg/cm2, 7 hari 197,137 kg/cm2, dan 28 hari 251,639 kg/cm2 yang mana kedua campuran agregat kasar tersebut  mampu memenuhi kuat tekan rencana. This research was conducted to compare coarse crushed stone aggregate (Split) and natural stone coarse aggregate from the noling river, Luwu Regency, South Sulawesi as a concrete mixture by conducting concrete compressive strength tests in the laboratory. Concrete compressive strength test were carried out at concrete ages of 3, 7, and 28 days using cylinders with a diameter of 150 mm and a height of 300 mm with the planned concrete quality K-250. The results of the research show that the compressive strength of concrete using a mixture of coarse crushed stone aggregate is higher than mixture of coarse natural stone aggregate. The compressive strength value of concrete using a coarse crushed stone aggregate mixture was obtained at 3 days 184,381 kg/cm2, 7 days 221,489 kg/cm2, and 28 days 257,437 kg/cm2 while the compressive strength of concrete using a coarse aggregate mixture of noling river natural stone at 3 days 178,583 kg/cm2, 7 days 197,137 kg/cm2, dan 28 days 251,639 kg/cm2 where both coarse aggregate mixtures are able to meet the planned compressive strength.
