Abstract

Based on the previous observation which yielded the initial data regarding to the level of achievement on the employee performance, it turned out that it still did not fully show good achievement. An institution needs a leader who is able to provide direction to his subordinates where one of the goals is to direct all employees for obeying the rules have been made in order to make the employee performance increase. For this reason, it is necessary to have a quality leader so that later on he is able to lead his subordinates well so that, the organizational goals can be achieved effectively and efficiently. This study aimed at determining whether the leadership style of a leader influenced the employee performance, to determine whether work discipline effects employee performance, to determine whether the leadership style and work discipline affect the job satisfaction as a moderating variable and to determine whether work discipline influences job satisfaction as a moderating variable. The sample of this research was the employees of the Housing Department and Residential Areas of Metro City with totaling 59 employees. The collected data were carried out by distributing questionnaires. Furthermore, the collected data were analyzed by applying the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Data of Frequency Distribution, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Homogenia Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, T Test, Coefficient of Determination Test, MRA Interaction Test and Statistical Hypothesis test using program (SPSS 25). The results of this study showed that there was a positive and significant influences between Leadership style on Employee Performance, there was a Positive and Significant influence between Work Discipline and Employee Performance, there was a positive and significant influence of Leadership Style between Employee Performance and Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable, there was a positive and significant influence Significance of Work Discipline and Employee Performance on Job Satisfaction as a Moderating Variable. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to explain the implementation of multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak. The method used descriptive method with qualitative research type. The data sources were two history teachers, one deputy head of curriculum, one deputy head of student affairs and al-islam kemuhammadiyahan and sixteen grade X students. Data collection techniques and tools used observation with observation guides, interviews with interview guides and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results showed (1) The situation and conditions of diversity in SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak are well maintained so as to minimize the occurrence of cultural divisions or conflicts in the school environment. (2) The process of implementing multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak is carried out by delivering learning materials by teachers using lecture, question and answer, discussion and evaluation learning methods. (3) The obstacles experienced by teachers in implementing multicultural values in class X history learning at SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Pontianak are that there are some students who are still passive in participating in history learning and do not understand what is meant by multicultural and its values.

Abstract

Dengan kodratnya manusia sebagai makhluk sosial pasti mengalami kebutuhan-kebutuhan Ekonomi dari pihak lain untuk menjalani hidupnya. Tetapi sebagai pemeluk agama islam yang menyandarkan semua aktifitas pada kehidupan sehari-hari pada ketentuan-ketentuan hukum Islam yang mana sudah ditetpkan dalam sumber utama hukum Islam yakni, Al-Qur'an, sunnah, ijma', dan Qiyas. Maka dari itu sepantasnya bagi masyarakat muslim khususnya di Indonesia dan seluruh dunia untuk menghindari transaksi untuk memenuhi kebutuhan Ekonominya yang terindikasi mengandung Gharar, dan Maysir. Dari hal itu, perlu kita menelaah lebih mendalam lagi tentang keharaman Gharar dan Maysir dalam transaksi Ekonomi Islam. Sedangkan hasil dari menelaah ditemukan bahwasanya Gharar dan Maysir merupakan sesuatu yang tidak di perbolehkan di dalam syari'at Islam. Maka dari itu, untuk kita sebagai pelajar abadi merupakan hal yang bagus di dalam memahami dan mengamalkannya dalam kehidupan yang fana ini.
