Abstract

Financial reports that are always slow and inaccurate have a bad domino effect for the business, from starting prospective buyers to withdraw due to taking too long to get answers to inquiries, wrong selling prices due to incorrect recording costs, late incoming money due to late billing, and other internal operational constraints. Companies must immediately redesign the business processes, so they can operate more efficiently and increase productivity. Starting with setting clear objectives for the principles of change, followed by setting the intended Business Process Blueprint, and followed by a series of activities to identify the current process (As-Is) and define process objectives (To-Be), a new Business Process Design is obtained. reflects the flow of business processes that integrate all functions of the company. The integration of business processes has succeeded in making the process simpler with a focus on the flow of cash-in and cash-out processes as well as internal management which can be directly seen on the General Ledger to make it easier to make timely financial reports and correct costing costs and other important business decisions. Keywords: Design Process, Manufacturing Process Flow, ERP.

Abstract

Lapis Legit Rosalina Cake shop is a cake shop that offers a wide variety of products such as Lapis Legit, Lapis Surabaya, Lapis Taro Bogor, Brownies, Mavin, Banana Cake, Pandan Cake, Ring Cake, Marble Cake, Tigaraksa Cake, Roll Cake, etc. Because of the diversity, many customers shop at the Lapis Legit Rosalina Cake Shop and this will have an impact on consumer loyalty. Consumer satisfaction can be achieved by providing good service quality. Good service quality can make customers feel comfortable and can make customers come back to shop again. However, from initial observations there were several complaints about customer satisfaction with the quality of services and facilities provided. This study aims to determine the level of customer satisfaction with service quality and what factors should be improved. This study took data from 65 respondents, and then performed Service Quality calculations to find out the Gap value, the Gap results were used as input data for Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) which then identified 2 attributes that must be considered in the Cartesian diagram.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and overcome the main obstacles in the production process of LED Classic lamps at PT. Berdikari Inti Gemilang by using the Theory of Constraints approach. The main problem faced by the company is the low production output due to limited capacity at certain workstations. The methods used in this study include bottleneck identification, capacity analysis, and the implementation of Drum-Buffer-Rope to optimize production flow. The results showed that the installation workstation SK-3 was the most significant bottleneck in the production flow. After analysis and improvements, such as adding buffers, standardizing work, and increasing operator work effectiveness, there was an increase in production output and a decrease in the defect rate. The overall implementation of Theory of Constraints has been proven to be able to improve production performance without the need for large investments in machinery or labor. Keywords: Theory of Constraints, Drum-Buffer-Rope, bottleneck, LED production, efficiency.
