Abstract

Background: The diagnosis of pain documented in the nursing care process still needs to be evaluated. The reason is because there is still diversity in formulating the problem due to diverse nursing education, nurse knowledge, and even differences in reference standards used. Purpose: This study aimed to find out the application of diagnoses of nanda, nic, noc in improving the quality of nursing documentation.Method: This research method uses research design using descriptive analytics. The population in this study were 150 nurses in the inpatient hospital room of H.L Manambai Abdulkadir. The study sample was 73 nurses. The variable of this study is the application of diagnoses nanda, nic, noc in improving the quality of nursing documentation. Research instruments using questionnaires and statistical tests using frequency distribution.Results: The results show that the majority of nurse respondents had a female sex of 73%, and male sex numbered 27%. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that the majority of nurse respondents had an age of 31-40 years which was 41%, and those aged 20-30 years amounted to 32% and those aged > 40 years amounted to 27%. Based on the results of research that has been done, it was found that the majority of nurse respondents had the Application of NANDA, NIC, NOC Diagnosis in improving the Quality of Nursing Documentation by 55% and less by 45%. application of NANDA, NIC, NOC diagnoses in improving the quality of nursing documentation is good and the need for regular training to maintain it.Conclusion: From the research concluded that the use of diagnosis can improve the quality of nursing documentation

Abstract

Keterampilan menulis bahasa Arab di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri (MTsN) Bangkalan masih sangat rendah, masih menitik beratkan pada keterampilan membaca dan kurang memperhatikan pada keterampilan lainnya. Oleh karena itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui model strategi pengajaran bahasa Arab dengan pendekatan kontekstual untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis bagi siswa kelas VII MTsN Bangkalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan tiga yaitu observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi, dengan populasi sampel terdiri dari 20 siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pengajaran dengan menggunakan pendekatan kontekstual sangat efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis dalam pengajaran bahasa Arab bagi siswa kelas VII MTsN Bangkalan. Dengan menggunakan strategi pengajaran pendekatan kontekstual siswa bisa membaca dan memahami tulisan dengan gaya pendidikan yang menyenangkan, tidak monoton dan terfokus pada buku teks.

Abstract

This research investigate the concept of nakirah and ma'rifat in sharaf through a semantic approach, especially referential theory. Sharaf as a branch of Arabic language science has an important role in understanding the structure and form of words, while semantics provides a more contextual and philosophical approach to meaning. By utilizing referential theory, this research aims to explore how nakirah and ma'rifat word forms not only have grammatical differences, but also demonstrate referential relationships in linguistic context. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis of a number of Arabic texts in sharaf books. The results indicate the nakirah form tends to show a meaning is general and not specific, while ma'rifat leads to a meaning is more certain and identified. These findings enrich the understanding of the dynamics of meaning in the morphological structure of Arabic and show the relevance of integration between the science of sharaf and semantic theory in Arabic linguistic studies. Therefor, the interpretation of a word's meaning depends not only on its grammatical form, but also on the accompanying context.
